Abstract

微硅高效水泥砂浆和砼抗碱剂,以该抗碱剂组合物总量计含如下重量百分比的物料:CaO/SiO2/Al2O3复合矿粉20~60%,萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐5~10%,及余量的活性二氧化硅粉。本抗碱剂还可以含沸石粉15~50%。本抗碱剂掺入水泥砂浆或砼中,可抑制水泥砂浆和砼构件的碱-集料反应,确保其使用耐久性。

Description

微硅高效水泥砂浆和砼抗碱剂
本发明属于水泥砂浆及混凝土添加剂,特别是抗碱型添加剂。
水泥砂浆及砼构筑体当受到碱—集料反应(Alkali-AggregateReaction,简称AAR),会遭到破坏而造成巨大损失。所谓碱—集料反应,是指含活性集料(能与水泥中的碱起化学反应,而造成砼或砂浆构件膨胀、裂缝而破坏的岩石或矿物,如蛋白石、安山岩、方英石等)的砂石与较高碱含量(>0.6%)的水泥一起浇筑的砼或拌合的砂浆,所产生的一系列物理化学变化。这种物理化学变化会使砼或砂浆构件出现膨胀,严重的可引起砼裂缝及砂浆构件的大面积龟裂,甚至造成砼和砂浆构筑体松散崩解。
50多年来,有关碱—集料反应的研究很多,破坏原因也已明确,对AAR的破坏主要采取以下措施:
1、在水泥砂浆或砼中掺水泥用量1%的锂盐(LiF,LiOH),以抑制AAR破坏。其抑制作用机理—是形成溶解度较大的氢氧化物,二是形成难溶性的硅酸盐。但锂盐价格太贵,经济上不合适。
2、对集料进行仔细的岩相鉴定和危险分析,有几种集料源可供选择时,力求避免使用活性集料。但除国家级重点工程外,一般工程均无条件和设备进行岩相鉴定和危险分析。
3、在必须应用活性集料时,就采取使用低碱水泥、低碱的外掺料和外加剂,同时控制水泥用量,使单方砼中含碱量不超过2.45kg等措施。但控制水泥用量,对砼和砂浆的标号提高受到限制。
4、采用矿渣大坝水泥或掺矿渣量在35%以上的矿渣水泥。但矿渣水泥干缩率及泌水性较大,早期强度低,抗冻、保水性较差。
本发明的目的在于解决水泥砂浆和砼构筑体遭碱—集料反应而破坏的问题,提供一种高效水泥砂浆和砼抗碱剂,掺有这种抗碱剂的水泥砂浆及砼构筑体,能有效消除活性集料与碱反应,确保砂浆和砼构件的耐久性。
本发明微硅高效水泥砂浆和砼抗碱剂其技术解决方案的特殊之处是以该抗碱剂组合物总重量计含如下重量百分比的物料:CaO/SiO2/Al2O3复合矿粉20~60%,萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐5~10%及余量的活性二氧化硅粉。
本抗碱剂还可以含沸石粉15~50%,其组成可以是:含所述的复合矿粉20~60%,萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐5~10%,活性二氧化硅20~50%,沸石粉15~50%。
所述的沸石为斜发沸石或丝光沸石,其分子通式为:
(Na,K)x(Mg、Ca、Sr、Ba)y[Alx+2ySin-(x+2y)O2n]·mH2O

本微硅高效水泥砂浆和砼抗碱剂是一种无毒、无害、无污染的环保型固体粉状抗碱新材料,它含多种高活性化合物,掺入水泥中能改变砂浆和砼构件的渗透性、孔结构,特别是水泥石—骨料的界面结构,它能迅速降低孔缝溶液中碱离子的浓度,抑制活性集料与碱的反应,同时,它能迅速吸收水泥水化过程中产生的氢氧化钙,并生成高强微晶体,使砂浆和砼构件的密实性大大提高。在今后潮湿和雨水浸蚀的环境中,还能不断吸收水泥继续水化所产生的氢氧化钙,确保砂浆和砼构件的耐久性。
本微硅高效水泥砂浆和砼抗碱剂的测试,采用饱和氢氧化钙溶液,用相当量浓度的盐酸溶液中和回滴,结果为:
1、每2.5g微硅高效水泥砂浆和砼抗碱剂在常温下吸收83ml饱和氢氧化钙。
2、每5g微硅高效水泥砂浆和砼抗碱剂在常温下回滴0.16ml相当量盐酸。
3、每10g微硅高效水泥砂浆和砼抗碱剂在常温下回滴0.08ml相当量盐酸。
下面列出本抗碱剂配比以说明本发明的实施例方式:

1、微硅高效水泥砂浆和砼抗碱剂,其特征是以该抗碱剂组合物总量计含如下重量百分比的物料:CaO/SiO2/Al2O3复合矿粉20~60%,萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐5~10%及余量的活性二氧化硅粉。
2、微硅高效水泥砂浆和砼抗碱剂,其特征是以该抗碱剂组合物总量计含如下重量百分比的物料:CaO/SiO2/Al2O3复合矿粉20~60%,萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐5~10%,活性二氧化硅粉20~50%,沸石粉15~50%。
3、如权利要求2所述的微硅高效水泥砂浆和砼抗碱剂,其特征是所述的沸石为斜发沸石或丝光沸石,其分子通式为:
