The invention provides a TWS Bluetooth headset control method based on voice assistance and a TWS Bluetooth headset, wherein the method comprises the following settings: setting a default mode and defining earphone key operation in the default mode; setting a plurality of functional modes and defining earphone key operation in each functional mode; setting voice prompt words corresponding to each functional mode; every N seconds, a voice prompt word is broadcasted in sequence by voice; if the button is released, the earphone is switched to the function mode corresponding to the voice prompt word; and if no operation is performed within M seconds in the functional mode, switching back to the default mode. The system of the earphone runs the method, the left earphone or/and the right earphone carries out voice broadcasting, and the keys of the left earphone or/and the right earphone are used for operation.
