And if the household appliance detects that the firmware upgrade package received by the household appliance is incomplete, the household appliance deletes the firmware upgrade package downloaded from the server and sends a download error instruction to the server. And after receiving the error downloading instruction sent by the household appliance, the server pushes new firmware next time based on the error downloading instruction sent by the household appliance.
And A3, finishing the firmware upgrade of the household appliance according to the new firmware.
Specifically, since the architecture of the old firmware adopted in the home appliance is different from the architecture of the new firmware, the home appliance writes the new firmware into the new sector of the home appliance to complete the firmware upgrade of the home appliance. Wherein the new firmware writes a new sector different from the sector where the old firmware is located.
In this embodiment, the home appliance generates the check code according to the server, checks whether the firmware upgrade package acquired from the server is complete, and after confirming that the firmware upgrade package acquired from the server is complete, the home appliance acquires new firmware from the firmware upgrade package to complete firmware upgrade, thereby ensuring that the home appliance can complete the firmware upgrade process; the firmware upgrading method and the firmware upgrading device avoid the failure of firmware upgrading of the household appliances caused by the fact that the household appliances cannot finish firmware upgrading according to the firmware upgrading package due to the fact that the firmware upgrading package obtained by the household appliances from the server is incomplete.
Further, based on the third embodiment, a fourth embodiment of the firmware upgrading method of the present invention is provided, where the step of detecting whether the firmware upgrade package is complete further includes:
step B1, if the firmware upgrade package is detected to be incomplete, deleting the acquired firmware upgrade package, and sending a download error instruction to the server;
if the household appliance detects that the household appliance receives the incomplete firmware upgrading packet, the household appliance deletes the firmware upgrading packet downloaded from the server and sends a downloading error instruction to the server, so that the server determines the reason for failure of firmware upgrading of the household appliance according to the downloading error instruction, and the server pushes the firmware to the household appliance again according to the reason for failure of firmware upgrading.
And if the household appliance detects that the firmware upgrade package received by the household appliance is complete, the household appliance obtains new firmware for upgrading the firmware of the household appliance from the firmware upgrade package fed back by the server.
And step B2, the query instruction generated by the server based on the download error instruction is obtained again.
And after receiving the downloading error instruction sent by the household appliance, the server judges whether to push the new firmware or not based on the downloading error instruction sent by the household appliance. And when the new firmware pushing is determined, the server sends the query instruction to the household appliances again so as to query the distribution network information of the household appliances. And realizing the steps of upgrading the firmware of the household appliance. When the home appliance detects the query command again, the above step S10 is returned to and continuously performed to perform the steps of firmware upgrade of the home appliance.
For example, the household appliance detects the firmware upgrade package through the CRC code, deletes the downloaded firmware upgrade package when detecting that the CRC code is incorrect, and sends a download error instruction to the server according to the detection result of the CRC code. The home appliance waits for the polling command next sent by the server, and when the home appliance again detects the polling command, returns to and continues to execute the above step S10.
In this embodiment, the home appliance generates a check code according to the server, checks whether the firmware upgrade package acquired from the server is complete, and when detecting that the firmware upgrade package acquired from the server is incomplete, the home appliance deletes the acquired firmware upgrade package, thereby avoiding that a useless file occupies a memory of the home appliance; meanwhile, the household appliance sends the error downloading instruction to the server, and the server further pushes new firmware to the household appliance according to the error downloading instruction sent by the household appliance so as to upgrade the firmware of the household appliance. Therefore, the server can accurately push the new firmware according to the information fed back by the household appliance, and the household appliance can accurately finish the firmware upgrading process.
Further, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a fifth embodiment of a firmware upgrading method according to the present invention, where in the fifth embodiment of the firmware upgrading method according to the present invention, the firmware upgrading method is applied to a server, and the firmware upgrading method includes:
step S210, after detecting the new firmware to be upgraded, acquiring the equipment identification number of the household appliance;
in this embodiment, the home appliance establishes a network connection with the server through the built-in WIFI module. Therefore, the household appliance downloads the firmware upgrading package from the server, and the firmware of the household appliance is upgraded, so that the firmware of the household appliance is upgraded.
The device identification number refers to a device ID number assigned to the household appliance by the server, and the household appliance establishes network connection with the server based on the device identification number.
After detecting the new firmware to be upgraded, the server acquires the equipment code of the household appliance to be upgraded; the device code of the household appliance can be input into the server by a person or acquired by the server from a third party.
And the server searches the equipment identification number corresponding to the equipment code from the server according to the equipment code.
Step S220, acquiring the distribution network information of the household appliance according to the equipment identification number;
the distribution network information refers to information necessary for establishing network connection between the household appliance and the server.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the server sends an inquiry instruction for inquiring the distribution network information of the home appliance to the home appliance corresponding to the found device identification number, so that the home appliance feeds back the distribution network information of the home appliance to the server based on the inquiry instruction. After the household appliance detects the query instruction generated by the server, the household appliance queries the distribution network information stored on the Flash and sends the distribution network information stored on the household appliance Flash to the server. And the server acquires the distribution network information of the household appliances fed back by the household appliances based on the query instruction.
The query instruction refers to an instruction which is generated by the server and used for querying the distribution network information of the household appliance before the firmware upgrade package is sent to the household appliance.
In one embodiment, the household appliance sends the distribution network information of the household appliance to a server paired with the household appliance at regular time. After detecting the new firmware to be upgraded, the server acquires the equipment identification number of the household appliance to be subjected to firmware upgrade, and acquires the distribution network information sent by the household appliance corresponding to the equipment identification number.
Step S230, generating a firmware upgrading packet according to the distribution network information, the equipment identification number and the new firmware, and sending the firmware upgrading packet to the household appliance;
after receiving the distribution network information sent by the household appliance, the server packs the distribution network information of the household appliance, the equipment identification number of the household appliance and the new firmware to be upgraded to form a firmware upgrade package; and returning the firmware upgrade package to the household appliance according to the equipment identification number of the household appliance so that the household appliance can complete firmware upgrade based on the firmware upgrade package.
The firmware upgrading package is formed by the server packaging the distribution network information of the household appliances, the equipment identification numbers of the household appliances and the new firmware to be upgraded based on the distribution network information sent by the household appliances.
Step S240, acquiring a connection request generated after the household appliance completes upgrading based on the firmware upgrade package, and establishing connection with the household appliance according to the connection request.
And after the firmware upgrading packet is returned to the household appliance, the server sends an upgrading instruction to the household appliance. The household appliance obtaining server generates a firmware upgrading packet based on the distribution network information, and after receiving an upgrading instruction sent by the server, the household appliance obtains a new firmware from the firmware upgrading packet fed back by the server; and the firmware upgrade of the household appliance is completed according to the new firmware.
After the firmware of the household appliance is upgraded, the household appliance sets a starting sector zone bit so as to restart and run a new firmware. After the new firmware is started, the household appliances read the distribution network information and the equipment identification codes of the household appliances from the firmware upgrading package fed back by the server, and send connection requests to the server according to the read distribution network information and the read equipment identification codes.
And the server establishes network connection with the household appliances after verifying the distribution network information and the equipment identification codes sent by the household appliances based on the connection requests of the household appliances. Therefore, the whole firmware upgrading process of the household appliance is completed, and the household appliance is automatically connected with the server after the firmware upgrading is completed.
The connection request refers to that before the household appliance establishes connection with the server, the household appliance sends a connection establishment request to the server based on the distribution network information and the equipment identification number.
In this embodiment, the server sends the query instruction to the home appliance, and the home appliance sends the distribution network information of the home appliance to the server after receiving the query instruction from the server; the server packages a new firmware to be upgraded and the distribution network information into a firmware upgrading package according to the distribution network information sent by the household appliance and sends the firmware upgrading package to the household appliance; the household appliance upgrades the firmware according to the firmware upgrade package, and after the firmware is upgraded, the distribution network information of the household appliance is acquired from the firmware upgrade package and is connected with the server through a network. After the firmware of the household appliance is upgraded, the household appliance can directly acquire the distribution network information of the household appliance and establish network connection with the server, so that the manual distribution network process is not needed. The problem that the network distribution of the household appliances needs to be manually and again manually carried out due to the fact that the household appliances cannot determine the network distribution information of the household appliances after the firmware is upgraded because the framework of the old firmware adopted in the household appliances is different from the framework of the new firmware and the household appliances cannot automatically establish network connection with the server is solved.
Further, based on the fifth embodiment, a sixth embodiment of the firmware upgrading method according to the present invention is provided, and step S210 includes:
when detecting a new firmware to be upgraded, acquiring the equipment code of the household appliance;
and acquiring the equipment identification number of the household appliance on the server according to the equipment code.
After detecting the new firmware to be upgraded, the server acquires the equipment code of the household appliance to be upgraded; the device code of the household appliance can be input into the server by a person or acquired by the server from a third party.
And the server searches the equipment identification number corresponding to the equipment code from the server according to the equipment code. For ease of understanding, the description will be in terms of specific embodiments. For example, the server stores: the firmware upgrading method comprises the following steps of 1, 2, 3, namely an equipment identification number A corresponding to the equipment code 1, an equipment identification number B corresponding to the equipment code 2 and an equipment identification number C corresponding to the equipment code 3, wherein when the server detects that the equipment code of the household appliance to be subjected to firmware upgrading is as follows: and 2, the server finds out the equipment identification number corresponding to the equipment code 2 from the server through the equipment code 2: the device identification number B.
In this embodiment, the server searches for the device identification number corresponding to the device code from the server through the device code of the home appliance to be subjected to firmware upgrade, sends an inquiry instruction to the home appliance corresponding to the device identification number, and acquires distribution network information fed back by the home appliance based on the inquiry instruction. Through the equipment identification number, the server can also accurately push new firmware to the household appliances, so that the household appliances can be ensured to accurately finish firmware upgrading.
Further, based on the fifth embodiment, a seventh embodiment of the firmware upgrading method according to the present invention is provided, and step S230 includes:
step C1, packaging the distribution network information, the equipment identification number and the new firmware to generate a firmware upgrade package;
and after receiving the distribution network information sent by the household appliances, the server packages the distribution network information of the household appliances, the equipment identification number of the household appliances and the new firmware to be upgraded to form a firmware upgrade package.
Step C2, generating the check code of the firmware upgrade package;
in order to avoid that the household appliance cannot completely receive the firmware upgrading packet sent by the server, after the server receives the distribution network information sent by the household appliance, the distribution network information of the household appliance, the equipment identification number of the household appliance and the new firmware to be upgraded are packaged to form the firmware upgrading packet, and the check code of the firmware upgrading packet is generated, for example, the CRC code is generated when the firmware upgrading packet is packaged.
The check code is a verification code, such as a CRC code, for verifying whether the firmware upgrade package received by the home appliance is accurate.
And step C3, sending the check code and the firmware upgrade package to the household appliance, so that the household appliance can detect whether the received firmware upgrade package is complete or not based on the check code.
And the server returns the firmware upgrade package and the check code to the household appliance according to the equipment identification number of the household appliance, so that the household appliance can determine whether the firmware upgrade package received by the household appliance is complete or not according to the check code.
The household appliance acquisition server generates a firmware upgrade package and a check code based on the distribution network information. And after the firmware upgrading packet and the check code are returned to the household appliance, the server sends an upgrading instruction to the household appliance. And after detecting the upgrading instruction sent by the server, the household appliance checks whether the received check code is correct or not.
If the home appliance checks that the check code is incorrect, the home appliance is proved to receive the incomplete firmware upgrade package; the household appliance deletes the firmware upgrade package downloaded from the server and sends a download error instruction to the server. And after receiving the downloading error instruction sent by the household appliance, the server judges whether to push the new firmware or not based on the downloading error instruction sent by the household appliance. And when the new firmware pushing is determined, the server sends the query instruction to the household appliances again so as to query the distribution network information of the household appliances, and executes the steps of recommending the new firmware to the household appliances and upgrading the firmware of the household appliances.
If the home appliance checks that the check code is correct, the home appliance is proved to receive the complete firmware upgrading package, and the firmware can be further upgraded. The household appliance obtains new firmware for upgrading the firmware of the household appliance from the firmware upgrading package fed back by the server, and the firmware upgrading of the household appliance is completed according to the new firmware.
In this embodiment, the server generates the check code of the firmware upgrade package and sends the check code to the home appliance, so that the home appliance generates the check code according to the server to check whether the firmware upgrade package acquired from the server is complete, and after the home appliance confirms that the firmware upgrade package acquired from the server is complete, the home appliance acquires new firmware from the firmware upgrade package to complete firmware upgrade. Therefore, the household appliances can complete the firmware upgrading process, and the problem that the household appliances fail to upgrade the firmware due to the fact that the household appliances cannot complete the firmware upgrading according to the firmware upgrading package because the firmware upgrading package obtained by the household appliances from the server is incomplete is avoided.
After detecting that the firmware upgrade package acquired from the server is incomplete, the household appliance deletes the acquired firmware upgrade package, so that useless files are prevented from occupying the internal memory of the household appliance; meanwhile, the household appliance sends the error downloading instruction to the server, and the server further pushes new firmware to the household appliance according to the error downloading instruction sent by the household appliance so as to upgrade the firmware of the household appliance. Therefore, the server can accurately push the new firmware according to the information fed back by the household appliance, and the household appliance can accurately finish the firmware upgrading process.
Further, based on the above fifth embodiment, sixth embodiment or seventh embodiment, an eighth embodiment of the firmware upgrading method of the present invention is proposed, and step S220 includes:
sending a query instruction to the household appliance according to the equipment identification number;
and acquiring the distribution network information of the household appliances fed back by the household appliances based on the query instruction.
And the server sends a query instruction for querying the distribution network information of the household appliances to the household appliances corresponding to the equipment identification number so that the household appliances can feed back the distribution network information of the household appliances to the server based on the query instruction. After receiving the query instruction sent by the server, the household appliance feeds back the distribution network information of the household appliance to the server. And the server acquires the distribution network information of the household appliances fed back by the household appliances based on the query instruction. The query instruction refers to an instruction which is generated by the server and used for querying the distribution network information of the household appliance before the firmware upgrade package is sent to the household appliance.
Further, the step of obtaining the distribution network information of the household appliance fed back by the household appliance based on the query instruction includes:
step D1, detecting whether the distribution network information of the household appliance fed back by the household appliance is received;
in order to avoid that the household appliance does not receive the query instruction sent by the server or the household appliance does not feed back the distribution network information of the household appliance to the server after receiving the query instruction sent by the server, the server detects whether the distribution network information fed back by the household appliance is received or not after sending the query instruction.
Step D2, if the distribution network information is not received, detecting whether the difference between the current time and the time for sending the query instruction is greater than a preset time length, and if the difference between the current time and the time for sending the query instruction is greater than the preset time length, sending the query instruction to the household appliance again;
if the server does not receive the distribution network information fed back by the household appliances, the server subtracts the time for sending the query instruction to the household appliances from the current time to obtain the waiting time of the server, and detects whether the waiting time of the server is greater than the preset time.
And if the waiting time of the server is longer than the preset time, the server sends the query instruction to the household appliances again until the distribution network information of the household appliances fed back by the household appliances based on the query instruction is obtained, so that the household appliances can query the distribution network information stored on Flash based on the query instruction and feed back the distribution network information to the server.
And if the waiting time of the server is less than or equal to the preset time, the server continues to wait for the distribution network information fed back by the household appliances.
The preset duration may be set according to specific requirements, and a specific value of the preset duration is not limited in this embodiment.
And D3, until the distribution network information fed back by the household appliance is obtained.
And if the server receives the distribution network information fed back by the household appliances after sending the query instruction, the server generates a firmware upgrade package according to the distribution network information of the household appliances, the equipment identification number of the household appliances and the new firmware.
In this embodiment, after the server sends the query instruction, if the waiting time of the server is longer than the preset time and the distribution network information fed back by the household appliance is not received yet, the server sends the query instruction to the household appliance again until the distribution network information fed back by the household appliance is obtained, so that the distribution network information of the household appliance can be obtained in time, and the distribution network information is provided for the subsequent firmware upgrading process timely and accurately.
Further, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a step S240 in a ninth embodiment of the firmware upgrade method according to the present invention, and the ninth embodiment of the firmware upgrade method according to the present invention is proposed based on the above fifth embodiment, sixth embodiment or seventh embodiment, where the step S240 includes:
step S241, sending an upgrading instruction to the household appliance;
the server sends an upgrading instruction to the household appliance after returning the firmware upgrading packet to the household appliance, so that the household appliance obtains new firmware from the firmware upgrading packet fed back by the server after receiving the upgrading instruction sent by the server; and the firmware upgrade of the household appliance is completed according to the new firmware.
Step S242, acquiring a connection request generated after the upgrade of the home appliance is completed based on the upgrade instruction and the firmware upgrade package;
the household appliance obtaining server generates a firmware upgrading packet based on the distribution network information, and after receiving an upgrading instruction sent by the server, the household appliance obtains a new firmware from the firmware upgrading packet fed back by the server; and the firmware upgrade of the household appliance is completed according to the new firmware. After the firmware of the household appliance is upgraded, the household appliance sets a starting sector zone bit so as to restart and run a new firmware. After the new firmware is started, the household appliances read the distribution network information and the equipment identification codes of the household appliances from the firmware upgrading package fed back by the server, and send connection requests to the server according to the read distribution network information and the read equipment identification codes.
And the server acquires the connection request generated after the household appliance is upgraded based on the upgrade instruction and the firmware upgrade package.
And step S243, determining the equipment identification number of the household appliance according to the connection request, and establishing connection with the household appliance based on the equipment identification number.
And the server establishes network connection with the household appliances after verifying the distribution network information and the equipment identification codes sent by the household appliances based on the connection requests of the household appliances. Therefore, the whole firmware upgrading process of the household appliance is completed, and the household appliance is automatically connected with the server after the firmware upgrading is completed.
In this embodiment, after sending the firmware upgrade package to the home appliance, the server sends an upgrade instruction to the home appliance, so that after the home appliance completes firmware upgrade based on the firmware upgrade package and the upgrade instruction, the home appliance generates a connection request based on the device identification code and the distribution network information. The server acquires a connection request of the household appliance and establishes connection with the household appliance, so that the household appliance can automatically establish normal network connection with the server after firmware upgrade is completed, and manual participation in a network distribution process is not needed; the problem that the network needs to be manually re-distributed due to the fact that the household appliances cannot be automatically connected with the server after firmware upgrading is completed is solved.
In addition, referring to fig. 6, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a firmware upgrading system, where the firmware upgrading system includes a home appliance 100 and a server 200, where:
after detecting the new firmware to be upgraded, the server 200 acquires and sends a query instruction to the household appliance 100 according to the device identification number of the household appliance 100;
the household appliance 100 receives and sends the distribution network information of the household appliance 100 to the server 200 based on the query instruction;
the server 200 generates a firmware upgrade package according to the distribution network information, the device identification number and the new firmware, and sends the firmware upgrade package to the household appliance 100;
after receiving and completing the firmware upgrade based on the firmware upgrade package, the household appliance 100 acquires and establishes a connection with the server 200 according to the device identification number and the distribution network information of the household appliance 100.
It should be noted that the embodiments of the firmware upgrading system are substantially the same as the embodiments of the firmware upgrading method, and are not described herein again.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a readable storage medium, where a firmware upgrade program is stored on the readable storage medium, and when the firmware upgrade program is executed by a processor, the steps of the firmware upgrade method described above are implemented.

Claims (15)

1. A firmware upgrading method is applied to household appliances, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
sending the distribution network information of the household appliances to a server;
acquiring a firmware upgrading packet generated by the server based on the distribution network information;
and finishing firmware upgrading of the household appliance according to the firmware upgrading packet, and establishing network connection between the household appliance and the server according to the distribution network information in the firmware upgrading packet.
2. The firmware upgrading method of claim 1, wherein the step of transmitting the distribution network information of the home appliance to the server comprises:
detecting whether an inquiry instruction generated by a server paired with the household appliance is received;
and if the inquiry command is detected, sending the distribution network information of the household appliance to the server.
3. The firmware upgrading method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the firmware upgrading packet comprises the distribution network information, the device identification number of the household appliance and new firmware to be upgraded;
according to the firmware upgrade package, finishing the firmware upgrade of the household appliance, and according to the distribution network information in the firmware upgrade package, establishing the network connection between the household appliance and the server comprises the following steps:
acquiring the new firmware from the firmware upgrading package, and finishing the firmware upgrading of the household appliance according to the new firmware;
restarting the firmware of the household appliance, and acquiring the equipment identification number and the distribution network information of the household appliance from the firmware upgrade package;
and connecting the household appliance to the server according to the equipment identification number and the distribution network information.
4. The firmware upgrading method according to claim 3, wherein the step of sending the distribution network information of the home appliance to the server is followed by further comprising:
and acquiring a check code generated by the server based on the distribution network information.
5. The firmware upgrade method according to claim 4, wherein the step of acquiring the new firmware from the firmware upgrade package and completing the firmware upgrade of the home appliance according to the new firmware comprises:
after an upgrading instruction sent by a server is detected, detecting whether the firmware upgrading packet is complete or not according to the check code;
if the firmware upgrade package is detected to be complete, acquiring the new firmware from the firmware upgrade package;
and finishing the firmware upgrade of the household appliance according to the new firmware.
6. The firmware upgrade method according to claim 5, wherein the step of detecting whether the firmware upgrade package is complete further comprises:
if the firmware upgrading package is detected to be incomplete, deleting the acquired firmware upgrading package, and sending a downloading error instruction to the server;
and re-acquiring the query instruction generated by the server based on the download error instruction.
7. A firmware upgrading method is applied to a server and comprises the following steps:
when detecting a new firmware to be upgraded, acquiring an equipment identification number of the household appliance;
acquiring the distribution network information of the household appliance according to the equipment identification number;
generating a firmware upgrading packet according to the distribution network information, the equipment identification number and the new firmware, and sending the firmware upgrading packet to the household appliance;
and acquiring a connection request generated after the household appliance finishes upgrading based on the firmware upgrading package, and establishing connection with the household appliance according to the connection request.
8. The firmware upgrading method according to claim 7, wherein the step of acquiring the device identification number of the home appliance after detecting the new firmware to be upgraded comprises:
when detecting a new firmware to be upgraded, acquiring the equipment code of the household appliance;
and acquiring the equipment identification number of the household appliance on the server according to the equipment code.
9. The firmware upgrading method according to claim 7, wherein the step of generating a firmware upgrading packet according to the distribution network information, the device identification number and the new firmware, and sending the firmware upgrading packet to the home appliance includes:
packaging the distribution network information, the equipment identification number and the new firmware to generate a firmware upgrading packet;
generating a check code of the firmware upgrade package;
and sending the check code and the firmware upgrade package to the household appliance so that the household appliance can detect whether the received firmware upgrade package is complete or not based on the check code.
10. The firmware upgrading method according to any one of claims 7 to 9, wherein the step of obtaining the distribution network information of the home appliance according to the device identification number comprises:
sending a query instruction to the household appliance according to the equipment identification number;
and acquiring the distribution network information of the household appliances fed back by the household appliances based on the query instruction.
11. The firmware upgrading method according to claim 10, wherein the step of obtaining the distribution network information of the home appliance fed back by the home appliance based on the query instruction comprises:
detecting whether distribution network information of the household appliances fed back by the household appliances is received or not;
if the distribution network information is not received, detecting whether the difference between the current time and the time for sending the query instruction is greater than a preset time length; if the difference between the current time and the time for sending the query instruction is larger than the preset time length, the query instruction is sent to the household appliance again;
and obtaining the distribution network information fed back by the household appliances.
12. The firmware upgrade method according to any one of claims 7 to 9, wherein the step of acquiring a connection request generated by the appliance after the upgrade is completed based on the firmware upgrade package, and establishing a connection with the appliance according to the connection request includes:
sending an upgrading instruction to the household appliance;
acquiring a connection request generated after the household appliance finishes upgrading based on the upgrading instruction and the firmware upgrading package;
and determining the equipment identification number of the household appliance according to the connection request, and establishing connection with the household appliance based on the equipment identification number.
13. An appliance, comprising: a memory, a processor, and a firmware upgrade program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the firmware upgrade program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of:
sending the distribution network information of the household appliances to a server;
acquiring a firmware upgrading packet generated by the server based on the distribution network information;
and finishing firmware upgrading of the household appliance according to the firmware upgrading packet, and establishing network connection between the household appliance and the server according to the distribution network information in the firmware upgrading packet.
14. A firmware upgrade system, comprising an appliance and a server, wherein:
after detecting a new firmware to be upgraded, the server acquires and sends a query instruction to the household appliance according to the equipment identification number of the household appliance;
the household appliance receives the inquiry instruction and sends the distribution network information of the household appliance to the server based on the inquiry instruction;
the server generates a firmware upgrading packet according to the distribution network information, the equipment identification number and the new firmware, and sends the firmware upgrading packet to the household appliance;
and after receiving and finishing firmware upgrading based on the firmware upgrading package, the household appliance acquires and establishes connection with the server according to the equipment identification number and the distribution network information of the household appliance.
15. A readable storage medium having stored thereon a firmware upgrade program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the firmware upgrade method according to any one of claims 1 to 12.
