(2) when in maintenance, a maintainer needs to enter the box body of the power distribution cabinet to overhaul electrical elements and circuits, and the space is limited; the electrical components at the high position cause inconvenience for maintenance due to the height problem of the power distribution cabinet; space-limited electrical components and circuits in the power distribution cabinet are dense, and inconvenience is caused to overhaul;

When the electric elements in the power distribution cabinet work for a long time and the electric elements in the power distribution cabinet need to be overhauled, the second motor 91 is electrified to drive the first belt wheel 8 to rotate, the second belt wheel 9 and the first belt 7 are driven to enable the plurality of second belt wheels 6a to rotate, and the second belt wheels 6a are fixedly connected with the sleeve 102, so that the cabinet plates 31 driven by the second belt wheels 6a are overturned along with the second belt wheels until the side faces, provided with the electric elements, of each cabinet plate 31 are overturned to the outer side and then stopped (as shown in fig. 3), all the electric elements are overturned to the outer side from the inner side of the power distribution cabinet, and a maintenance worker has sufficient space to overhaul the electric elements.
