Abstract
The invention provides a rotary plug-in contact, which comprises a moving contact component, a fixed contact and a connecting plate, wherein the moving contact component is connected with the fixed contact through the connecting plate; the moving contact component rotates along with the rotation of the main shaft, and the fixed contact and the connecting plate are arranged on two sides of the main shaft in a row. The rotary plug-in contact has the advantages of large opening distance and double break points, and has good dynamic stability, so that high short-time tolerance is achieved; the lower opening of the switch is designed to be converged, so that the switch is convenient for customers to use.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of transfer switching appliances, and particularly relates to a rotary plug-in contact.
Background
The contact of the existing rotary change-over switch mostly adopts a clapper type, silver-based alloy is adopted as the contact, the manufacturing cost is high, the contact is influenced by power when bearing larger current, the dynamic stability is poor, and the short-time tolerance index is low.

In view of the above, the present invention is directed to overcoming the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art and providing a rotary type plug-in contact.

a rotary plug-in contact comprises a moving contact component, a fixed contact and a connecting plate;
the moving contact assembly is rotationally connected with the main shaft, and the fixed contact and the connecting plate are arranged on two sides of the main shaft respectively;
when the moving contact assembly rotates to the switching-on position, the end part of the fixed contact and the end part of the connecting plate are inserted between the moving contact bodies.
Furthermore, the moving contact component comprises a moving contact body, a support, a moving contact support plate, a support and a spring;
the support is internally provided with a contact through hole for mounting the moving contact body and the moving contact supporting plate, and the opening of the two contact through holes is provided with a separating rib plate which divides the through hole into an upper part and a lower part for placing the moving contact body and the moving contact supporting plate;
the top of the bracket is also provided with a supporting piece mounting hole penetrating into the contact through hole, a supporting piece and a spring are arranged in the supporting piece, and the moving contact body and the moving contact supporting plate are arranged in the supporting piece;
one side of the bracket protrudes outwards and is provided with a main shaft mounting hole for being connected with a main shaft.

As shown in fig. 10; the main body of the static contact (2) is of a plate-shaped structure with one side bent, a wedge-shaped contact plate extends outwards at the bent part, and the wedge-shaped contact plate is symmetrically arranged relative to a connecting line of the connecting plate (4) and the main shaft.
As shown in fig. 11, the end of the connecting plate (4) is a horn-shaped structure, and the outer edge of the horn-shaped structure is wedge-shaped.
The rotary plug-in contact has the advantages of large opening distance, double breakpoints and good dynamic stability, thereby achieving higher short-time tolerance. The lower opening of the switch is designed to be converged, so that the switch is convenient for customers to use.

contact through holes (503) for mounting the moving contact body (6) and the moving contact supporting plate (7) are arranged in the support (5), and separating rib plates are arranged at openings of the two contact through holes (503) to separate the contact through holes (503) into an upper part and a lower part for placing the moving contact body (6) and the moving contact supporting plate (7);
the top of the bracket (5) is also provided with a supporting piece mounting hole (501) penetrating into the contact through hole (503), a supporting piece (8) and a spring (9) are arranged in the supporting piece (8), and the moving contact body (6) and the moving contact supporting plate (7) are arranged in the supporting piece (8);
