Abstract
The invention relates to a middle-low radioactivity double-cover sealing ring and a waste barrel using the same, wherein the sealing ring comprises an annular main body; the annular main body is provided with a bearing part and a bottom part for bearing the lower double covers; the bottom of the annular main body is arranged on the sealing ring seat; and a lower layer sealing space with a large upper part and a small lower part is formed between the bearing part and the bottom part so that the lower double-cover part can be clamped in. The waste barrel comprises a barrel body, a sealing ring seat and a lower double cover; the double-cover sealing ring is arranged on the sealing ring seat; the lower double covers can be clamped into the lower sealing space of the double-cover sealing ring. The invention has the following beneficial effects: the lower double covers are coated by the lower layer sealing space formed by the supporting part and the bottom, so that the lower double covers are prevented from being separated, the sealing effect is greatly improved, the structure of the waste barrel is not required to be changed, and the waste barrel is easy to maintain. The butt joint sealing structure can form sealing with the butt joint port, and further improves the sealing effect during butt joint.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of nuclear industry, and particularly relates to a middle-low radioactivity double-cover sealing ring and a waste barrel using the same.
Background
The volume of the existing transport waste barrel is generally designed to be 200L standard, and a sealing ring is configured to seal the cover body and the barrel body.
At present, the waste transfer system adopts a double-cover sealing transfer technology, but the double-cover design structure is complex, so that the processing cost of the waste barrel is high, and the waste barrel is basically disposable, so that the operation cost of the waste transfer system is high.
In the design of new waste transport systems, the waste bin is required to be dimensionally compatible with a standard 200L waste bin, to be acceptable to a waste disposal unit, and to be inexpensive to manufacture for operational use. Because the size problem of lower double-deck lid, current sealing washer realizes sealed through the side pressure with lower double-deck lid only, not only appears the condition that lower double-deck lid breaks away from with the sealing washer easily, and sealed effect is also not good moreover.
In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a middle-low radioactivity double-cover sealing ring and a waste barrel using the same.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a middle-low radioactivity double-cover sealing ring comprises an annular main body; the annular main body is provided with a bearing part and a bottom part for bearing the lower double covers; the bottom of the annular main body is arranged on the sealing ring seat; and a lower layer sealing space with a large upper part and a small lower part is formed between the bearing part and the bottom part so that the lower double-cover part can be clamped in.
Further, in the above middle-low radioactivity double-cap sealing ring, the top of the ring-shaped main body is provided with a butt-joint sealing structure for sealing with a butt-joint port.
Further, in the middle-low radioactivity double-cap sealing ring, the supporting part is further provided with a reinforced sealing structure, the reinforced sealing structure is formed by extending the annular main body to the center, and the extending tail end of the reinforced sealing structure is bent downwards.
Further, in the aforementioned middle-low radioactivity double-cap sealing ring, the butt-sealing structure is an inner conical surface with a large top and a small bottom, and the inner conical surface extends from the top of the annular main body.

Meanwhile, the invention also provides a waste barrel utilizing the medium-low double-cover sealing ring, which comprises a barrel body, a sealing ring seat and a lower double cover; the double-cover sealing ring is arranged on the sealing ring seat; the lower double covers can be clamped into the lower sealing space of the double-cover sealing ring.
Further, in the above waste bin, the opening edge of the bin body is provided with the bin hoop; and the lower double covers are provided with hanging rings.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the lower double covers are coated by the lower layer sealing space formed by the supporting part and the bottom, so that the lower double covers are prevented from being separated, the sealing effect is greatly improved, the structure of the waste barrel is not required to be changed, and the waste barrel is easy to maintain.
2. The butt joint sealing structure can form sealing with the butt joint port, and further improves the sealing effect during butt joint.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and examples.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the invention discloses a middle-low radioactivity double-cap sealing ring, which comprises an annular main body 1; the annular main body 1 is provided with a supporting part 3 for supporting the lower double covers and a bottom part 4; the lower double lid edge is draped over the support 3 for support (see fig. 5); the bottom 4 of the annular main body 1 is arranged on the sealing ring seat; a lower layer sealing space with a large upper part and a small lower part is formed between the supporting part 3 and the bottom part 4; the part protruding outwards on the lower double covers is clamped into the lower layer sealing space; the top of the annular main body 1 is provided with a butt sealing structure 5 for sealing a butt joint.
As shown in fig. 2, the supporting part 3 is also provided with a reinforced sealing structure 6; the reinforced seal structure 6 is formed by extending the ring body 1 toward the center, and is bent downward at the extended end. When the lower double covers fall down, the tail ends of the reinforced sealing structures 6 are bent downwards, so that the protruding parts of the lower double covers smoothly fall into the lower sealing space; after the lower double covers fall down, the tail ends of the reinforced sealing structures 6 can automatically rebound and tightly fit with the lower double covers, and the sealing performance is guaranteed.
The butt seal structure 5 is a large-upper-small inner conical surface extending from the top of the annular body 1. And a deformation space 7 which is convenient to deform so as to enhance the butt sealing effect is arranged outside the butt sealing structure 5.
In addition, the inside of the bottom 4 of the annular body 1 is provided with a chamfer or fillet to snap into the sealing seat. In this way, the bottom portion 4 of the annular body 1 can be brought into close contact with the gasket seat and maintain good sealing with the gasket seat.
At least two annular sealing bulges 8, preferably five annular sealing bulges, are arranged on the outer side of the annular main body 1. The section of the annular sealing bulge 8 is in an inverted triangle shape. The inverted triangle structure facilitates the sealing ring to fall into the waste barrel, and is not easy to slide out after falling into the waste barrel, and the inverted triangle structure and the barrel wall form a multi-sealing enhanced sealing effect.
As shown in fig. 3, the present invention also provides a waste bin using the above middle and low double-cap sealing ring, which comprises a bin body 9, a sealing ring seat 10 and a lower double cap 12; the double-cover sealing ring is arranged on the sealing ring seat 10; the lower double cover 12 can be snapped into the lower sealing space of the double-cover sealing ring. The edge of the opening of the cylinder body is provided with a barrel hoop 11.
As shown in fig. 4, the lower double covers 12 are thin plate-shaped members, and are provided with lifting rings 14 which can be erected or laid down for lifting before sorting. The safety cover 13 is buckled before the sealed barrel is transported outside, and is used as an additional safety link for double-cover sealing.
In one embodiment of the invention, the sealing ring seat, the sealing ring and the lower double cover form a double-cover sealing structure; the sealing ring seat is arranged in the waste bucket; the sealing ring is arranged on the sealing ring seat, the structure of the sealing ring is an annular structure, an outer cone at the upper part is flat (namely a bearing part), a middle and large lower cone (namely a lower sealing space) with a narrow upper inner side surface (a reinforced sealing structure) and a flat bottom is arranged, and the outer side surface is of a multi-layer convex-concave structure (annular sealing bulge); the lower double covers are arranged on the sealing ring. The outer cone on the upper part of the sealing ring and the butt joint port can form a sealed butt joint structure; the upper inner plane and the inner side surface narrow-upper middle-large lower cone structure are used for supporting and clamping the lower double covers and simultaneously ensuring the sealing of the lower double covers and the sealing ring; the convex-concave outer side surface is contacted with the waste barrel body, so that the sealing ring can be prevented from loosening and falling off, and the sealing of the sealing ring and the waste barrel body can be further ensured.
The waste barrel adopts an inner sealing design, the original structures of the waste barrel such as a sealing cover and the like are not changed, and the original sealing, transportation safety protection and the like of the waste barrel are not influenced, so that the problem that whether the inner sealing cover is separated in the transportation process is not considered, and the inner sealing structure is simple; a sealing cover mechanism is added in a standard 200L waste barrel, the external dimension of the waste barrel is not changed, the waste can be directly received when being disposed, and the waste barrel can be directly subjected to compression, volume reduction and other treatment; the inner seal design adopts the design that a sealing ring is embedded in the barrel body 9 and a sealing cover is sealed, only the sealing cover needs to be lifted up when the sealing cover is opened, and only the sealing cover needs to be pressed down to be in place when the sealing cover is closed, so that the sealing cover can be opened and closed, the structure is simple, and faults are not easy to occur; the sealing cover has simple structure, easy processing and more material selectivity, can be produced into a usable disposable sealing cover by adopting the modes of press forming, plastic mould casting and the like, and has low processing and manufacturing cost; the inner sealing cover is provided with the lifting ring 14 capable of standing up, the inner sealing cover of the waste bucket can be opened, the operation is convenient and simple, and the inner sealing cover can be used for opening the inner sealing cover of the waste bucket under the condition of a butt joint system without double doors.
In the using process of the invention, the lower double cover of the double-cover sealed barrel is meshed and butted with the upper double cover of the sealed box chamber, the transportation channel is opened, after waste is filled, the upper double cover and the lower double cover are covered, the lower double cover is separated from the upper double cover, and the waste barrel is sealed through the lower double cover door, the lower double cover sealing ring and the sealing ring seat 10. After being rotated out of the waste passage designated position, the safety cover 13 and the barrel band 11 are closed. When the waste bin is conveyed to a treatment workshop and needs to be sorted, the safety cover is opened, the lower cover door is opened through a lifting appliance of the treatment workshop, and radioactive waste in the waste bin is treated. If no sorting is required, the double-lid waste bin can be directly over-pressurized to reduce volume.
According to the invention, the double-cover sealing structure is added to the waste barrel, so that the waste barrel can be directly butted with the double covers of the waste transferring system, and the waste is safely and effectively transferred; the shape and the original seal of the waste barrel using the invention are not changed, and the original seal and the external transportation of the waste barrel are not influenced.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is intended to include such modifications and variations.

A waste bin using the mid-low activity double-cap seal of any one of claims 1-8, wherein: comprises a barrel body, a sealing ring seat and a lower double cover; the double-cover sealing ring is arranged on the sealing ring seat; the lower double covers can be clamped into the lower sealing space of the double-cover sealing ring.
10. The trash can of claim 9, wherein: a barrel hoop is arranged at the edge of the opening of the barrel body; and the lower double covers are provided with hanging rings.
