The computing device 1200 also includes an access device 1240, the access device 1240 enabling the computing device 1200 to communicate via one or more networks 1260. Examples of such networks include the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), a Personal Area Network (PAN), or a combination of communication networks such as the internet. In one embodiment of the present description, the above-described components of computing device 1200 and other components not shown in FIG. 12 may also be connected to each other, such as by a bus. It should be understood that the block diagram of the computing device architecture shown in FIG. 12 is for purposes of example only and is not limiting as to the scope of the description. Those skilled in the art may add or replace other components as desired.
Computing device 1200 may be any type of stationary or mobile computing device, including a mobile computer or mobile computing device (e.g., tablet, personal digital assistant, laptop, notebook, netbook, etc.), mobile phone (e.g., smartphone), wearable computing device (e.g., smartwatch, smartglasses, etc.), or other type of mobile device, or a stationary computing device such as a desktop computer or PC. Computing device 1200 may also be a mobile or stationary server.

Claims (21)

1. A visitor management method, comprising:
receiving a visitor invitation request generated by a first user through the first client, and displaying a visitor management interface for the first user at the first client based on the visitor invitation request;
receiving visitor access information filled in by the first user in the visitor management interface;
receiving attribute information of the visiting vehicle filled in by the first user in the visitor management interface and the determined payment mode of the visiting vehicle under the condition that the visitor is determined to have the visiting vehicle;
and generating visitor invitation information based on the access information of the visitor, the attribute information of the visiting vehicle and the payment mode of the visiting vehicle, and sending the visitor invitation information to the visitor.
2. The guest management method of claim 1, the receiving a guest invitation request generated by a first user through the first client comprising:
receiving a visitor invitation request generated by a first user through clicking a visitor invitation control on a user identification card of the first client; or
And receiving a visitor invitation request generated by clicking a visitor invitation control on a third-party application of the first client by the first user.
3. The guest management method of claim 1, further comprising, after receiving a guest invitation request generated by a first user through the first client:
and displaying a visitor visit record for the first user at the first client, and receiving the operation of the first user for the visitor visit record.
4. The visitor management method of claim 1, further comprising, after receiving access information of the visitor filled in by the first user at the visitor management interface:
and receiving the access address determined by the first user in the visitor management interface.
5. The guest management method of claim 4, the receiving the access address determined by the first user at the guest management interface further comprising:
and under the condition that the visitor is determined not to have a visiting vehicle, generating visitor invitation information based on the visiting information of the visitor and the visiting address, and sending the visitor invitation information to the visitor.
6. The visitor management method of claim 4, the generating a visitor invitation message based on the visitor's access information, attribute information of a visiting vehicle, and a payment mode of the visiting vehicle, and sending the visitor invitation message to the visitor comprising:
and generating visitor invitation information based on the access information of the visitor, the attribute information of the visiting vehicle, the payment mode of the visiting vehicle and the access address, and sending the visitor invitation information to the visitor.
7. The visitor management method according to claim 1, further comprising, after generating the visitor invitation information based on the visitor information, the attribute information of the visiting vehicle, and the payment pattern of the visiting vehicle:
receiving a visitor invitation information submission request sent by the first user based on the visitor management interface;
correspondingly, the sending the guest invitation information to the guest includes:
submitting the visitor invitation information based on the visitor invitation information submission request, and sending the visitor invitation information to the visitor under the condition of successful submission.
8. The guest management method of any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising, after sending the guest invitation message to the guest:
receiving an access request generated by the visitor through a second client;
acquiring access information of the visitor under the condition that the visitor meets a preset access condition based on the access request;
determining guest invitation information associated with the guest based on the access information of the guest;
and under the condition that the visitor invitation information to be accessed by the visitor is included in the visitor invitation information associated with the visitor, displaying a visitor code for the visitor through the second client.
9. The guest management method of claim 1, the receiving the access request generated by the guest through the second client comprising:
receiving an access request generated by clicking the visitor invitation information received by the second client by a visitor;
receiving an access request generated by a visitor through scanning a user access identification code by the second client; or
And receiving an access request generated by clicking an access control on a third-party application of the second client by a visitor.
10. The guest management method of claim 9, further comprising, after receiving the access request generated by the guest through the second client:
under the condition that the visitor is determined not to meet the preset access condition based on the access request, generating an authorization page for the visitor, and guiding the visitor to carry out authorization authentication;
and after the visitor carries out authorization authentication, obtaining the access information of the visitor.
11. The guest management method of claim 8, before presenting the guest code for the guest by the second client, further comprising:
and generating visitor visiting information and sending the visitor visiting information to a first client of the first user.

and under the condition that the attribute information of the visiting vehicle is matched with the attribute information of the visiting vehicle in the visitor invitation information, the visiting vehicle is released, and a visitor code is displayed for the visitor through the second client.
15. The visitor management method of claim 14, further comprising, after the passing the visiting vehicle:
and generating visitor visiting information and sending the visitor visiting information to a first client of the first user.
16. The guest management method of claim 14, the guest code comprising an access address and a guided navigation of the first user;
after the second client of the visitor shows the visitor code for the visitor, the method further includes:
directing the visitor to an access address of the first user according to the guided navigation and opening access restrictions of the first user for the visitor based on the visitor code.
17. The guest management method of claim 14, after presenting the guest code for the guest by the second client of the guest, further comprising:
upon detecting that a visiting vehicle of the visitor arrives at a vehicle exit, generating a temporary stop bill for the visiting vehicle based on a current time and a visiting time of the visiting vehicle;
and processing the temporary stop bill based on the payment mode of the visiting vehicle in the visitor invitation information, and releasing the visiting vehicle of the visitor.
18. The visitor management method of claim 17, the processing the pending bill based on a payment mode of a visiting vehicle in the visitor invitation message comprising:
determining a third party deduction platform bound with the first user under the condition that the payment mode of the visiting vehicle in the visitor invitation information is a withholding mode, and processing the temporary stop bill through the third party deduction platform;
under the condition that the payment mode of the visiting vehicle in the visitor invitation information is the payment of the first user, sending the temporary stop bill to a first client of the first user; or
