The determining module 332 may be configured to determine the dynamic rule according to the work efficiency evaluation result of each employee and the classification number.
Further, to determine the dynamic rule, the determination module 332 includes a first determination submodule and a second determination submodule.
The first determining submodule may be configured to determine a maximum value and a minimum value in the work efficiency evaluation results of the respective employees.
The second determining submodule may be configured to determine the dynamic rule using the classification number based on the determined maximum value and the determined minimum value.
Further, in order to determine the dynamic rule by using the classification number, the second determining submodule may be configured to determine a working efficiency evaluation interval range according to the maximum value and the minimum value; determining the dynamic rule based on the determined evaluation interval range and the classification number.
Further, in order to determine the work efficiency evaluation level corresponding to the employee to be evaluated, the determining module 332 may be specifically configured to determine each work efficiency evaluation interval based on the dynamic rule; determining a target work efficiency evaluation interval to which the work efficiency evaluation result belongs from each work efficiency evaluation interval; and determining the working efficiency evaluation grade corresponding to the employee to be evaluated based on the target working efficiency evaluation interval.
Further, in order to obtain the time length information of the employee to be evaluated using each office software within the preset time period, the obtaining unit 31 includes: an acquisition module 311 and a determination module 312.
The obtaining module 311 may be configured to obtain an operation duration of the employee to be evaluated on the active window of each office software within a preset time period.
The determining module 312 may be configured to determine the operation duration of the active window of each office software as duration information of the employee to be evaluated using each office software.
It should be noted that other corresponding descriptions of the functional modules related to the work efficiency evaluation apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention may refer to the corresponding description of the method shown in fig. 1, and are not described herein again.
Based on the method shown in fig. 1, correspondingly, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the following steps: acquiring time length information of each office software used by an employee to be evaluated in a preset time period; determining a working efficiency evaluation result corresponding to the employee to be evaluated according to the duration information corresponding to each office software; and determining the work efficiency evaluation grade corresponding to the employee to be evaluated according to the work efficiency evaluation result and the dynamic rule.
Based on the above embodiments of the method shown in fig. 1 and the apparatus shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an entity structure diagram of a computer device, as shown in fig. 5, where the computer device includes: a processor 41, a memory 42, and a computer program stored on the memory 42 and executable on the processor, wherein the memory 42 and the processor 41 are both arranged on a bus 43 such that when the processor 41 executes the program, the following steps are performed: acquiring time length information of each office software used by an employee to be evaluated in a preset time period; determining a working efficiency evaluation result corresponding to the employee to be evaluated according to the duration information corresponding to each office software; and determining the work efficiency evaluation grade corresponding to the employee to be evaluated according to the work efficiency evaluation result and the dynamic rule.
By the technical scheme, the time length information of each office software used by the staff to be evaluated in the preset time period can be acquired; determining a working efficiency evaluation result corresponding to the employee to be evaluated according to the duration information corresponding to each office software; meanwhile, according to the work efficiency evaluation result and the dynamic rule, the work efficiency evaluation level corresponding to the staff to be evaluated is determined, so that the work efficiency of the staff can be effectively evaluated, the evaluation precision of the work efficiency of the staff is improved, meanwhile, an enterprise management department can master the work state of the staff according to the work efficiency evaluation level of the staff, namely, whether the staff works seriously is known, the staff of the enterprise is effectively managed, and the overall work efficiency of the enterprise is improved.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Claims (10)

1. A method for evaluating work efficiency, comprising:
acquiring time length information of each office software used by an employee to be evaluated in a preset time period;
determining a working efficiency evaluation result corresponding to the employee to be evaluated according to the duration information corresponding to each office software;
and determining the work efficiency evaluation grade corresponding to the employee to be evaluated according to the work efficiency evaluation result and the dynamic rule.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining the work efficiency evaluation result corresponding to the employee to be evaluated according to the duration information corresponding to each office software comprises:
determining position information corresponding to the employee to be evaluated;
determining a weight value corresponding to the time length information of each office software based on the determined position information;
and determining a working efficiency evaluation result corresponding to the employee to be evaluated according to the determined weight value and the time length information corresponding to each office software.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the method of determining dynamic rules comprises:
obtaining the work efficiency evaluation result and the classification number of each employee with the same position as the employee to be evaluated in the preset time period;
and determining the dynamic rules according to the work efficiency evaluation results of all the employees and the classification numbers.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein said determining the dynamic rules based on the work efficiency assessment results and the classification numbers of the respective employees comprises:
determining the maximum value and the minimum value in the work efficiency evaluation results of all the employees;
determining the dynamic rule using the classification number based on the determined maximum and minimum values.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein determining the dynamic rule using the classification number based on the determined maximum and minimum values comprises:
determining a working efficiency evaluation interval range according to the maximum value and the minimum value;
determining the dynamic rule based on the determined evaluation interval range and the classification number.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining the work efficiency evaluation level corresponding to the employee to be evaluated according to the work efficiency evaluation result and the dynamic rule comprises:
determining each working efficiency evaluation interval based on the dynamic rule;
determining a target work efficiency evaluation interval to which the work efficiency evaluation result belongs from each work efficiency evaluation interval;
and determining the working efficiency evaluation grade corresponding to the employee to be evaluated based on the target working efficiency evaluation interval.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the obtaining of the time length information of the employee to be evaluated using each office software within the preset time period comprises:
acquiring the operation duration of the staff to be evaluated on the movable window of each office software within a preset time period;
and determining the operation duration of the active window of each office software as duration information of each office software used by the staff to be evaluated.
8. An operation efficiency evaluation device characterized by comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the time length information of each office software used by the staff to be evaluated in a preset time period;
the first determining unit is used for determining a working efficiency evaluation result corresponding to the employee to be evaluated according to the duration information corresponding to each office software;
and the second determining unit is used for determining the work efficiency evaluation grade corresponding to the employee to be evaluated according to the work efficiency evaluation result and the dynamic rule.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer arrangement comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the computer program realizes the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7 when executed by the processor.
