Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail and completely with reference to the following specific embodiments of the present application and the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Fig. 1 is a block diagram of a structure of an inspection robot according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 1, the inspection robot 100 includes at least: an infrared thermal imager 110 and a mobile computing board 120. The infrared thermal imager 110 and the mobile computing board 120 are adapted to each other through an interface, so that the mobile computing board 120 can obtain the visible light image and the infrared light image acquired by the infrared thermal imager 110.
It should be noted that the infrared thermal imaging camera 110 in the embodiment of the present application may obtain visible light images and infrared light images of several devices in a substation at the same time. Such as the FLIR infrared thermal imager 110.
In an embodiment of the application, after the inspection robot 100 is powered on, the inspection robot 100 photographs a plurality of devices in a transformer substation through the infrared thermal imager 110 mounted on the inspection robot according to a preset inspection path, so as to obtain video streams of visible light images and video streams of infrared light images of the devices in the transformer substation. The mobile computing board 120 invokes a video coding and decoding tool command line through a video decoding tool and through pipeline interactive operation according to a programming language, completes image stream fetching through hard decoding, and obtains a video stream bare stream of a visible light image and a video stream bare stream of an infrared light image.
For example, the mobile computing board 120 calls an FFmpeg command line through a video codec FFmpeg (fast forward mpeg) and a subprocess pipeline technology according to Python language, and performs hard decoding through a real-time streaming protocol RSTP to obtain a video stream bare stream of the visible light image and a video stream bare stream of the infrared light image.
The mobile computing board 120 performs frame extraction on the video stream bare stream according to a preset picture resolution and a preset frame extraction interval to obtain a key frame, and therefore the key frame includes visible light image information and infrared light image information. The visible light images and the infrared light images correspond to each other one to one, that is, the infrared thermal imager 110 simultaneously captures the visible light images of the devices and the corresponding infrared light images of the devices, and the visible light images and the infrared light images respectively include images of a plurality of devices in the substation. The position coordinates of each device image in the visible light image and the position coordinates of each device image in the infrared light image correspond one-to-one.
The mobile computing board 120 preferentially identifies and positions the visible light image according to the pre-trained depth target recognition neural network model to obtain the classes and position coordinates of the plurality of devices in the visible light image, and judges whether the visible light image includes a first hidden danger class device image. In one example, the first potential hazard category device image is a potential hazard category associated with an exterior surface of a number of devices in the substation.
And under the condition that the visible light image does not include the first hidden danger type equipment image, the depth target recognition neural network model positions a plurality of pieces of equipment in the infrared light image corresponding to the visible light to obtain position coordinates of the plurality of pieces of equipment in the infrared light image.
According to the types and position coordinates of the devices in the visible light image, measuring the temperature of the position areas corresponding to the devices in the infrared light image corresponding to the visible light image, and judging whether the infrared light image comprises a second hidden danger type device image. In one example, the second potential trouble type device image is a potential trouble type related to the temperature of the device, and therefore whether the temperature of the device in the substation is abnormal or not can be identified according to the infrared light image.
For example, the inspection robot 100 detects a plurality of devices in the transformer substation under the dim light and night condition, and the infrared light image contrast is low this moment, and the power equipment detail is unclear in the infrared light image. The inspection robot 100 identifies and positions a plurality of devices in the visible light image preferentially, and finds devices with hidden surface troubles in the transformer substation in time. Under the condition that the hidden danger of the outer surfaces of the devices in the visible light image is not found, the temperature of the target area of the devices in the infrared area is obtained by measuring the temperature of the relevant area of the infrared light image corresponding to the visible light image according to the position coordinates and the device types of the devices in the visible light image, and therefore the devices with abnormal temperature in the transformer substation are found in time.
According to the embodiment of the application, the depth target recognition neural network model is compressed and then runs on the inspection robot 100, the pictures are processed in real time, data are transmitted back in real time, and a user can process the alarm in real time conveniently. And the infrared thermal imager 110 measures the temperature of the target type area, so that multi-target temperature measurement is realized, and the required result can be obtained quickly and accurately. And the identification rate of the inspection robot 100 is greatly improved by the method of preferentially detecting the visible light image in the key frame and then identifying, positioning and measuring the temperature of the infrared light image.
Based on the inspection robot provided by the embodiment of the application, the embodiment of the application also provides an image identification method of the inspection robot, which is suitable for the inspection robot in the figure 1 and is described in detail through the figure 2.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an image identification method for an inspection robot according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
S201, the inspection robot 100 collects visible light images and infrared light images of a plurality of devices in the transformer substation.
In one example, the inspection robot 100 simultaneously captures visible light images and infrared light images corresponding to the visible light images of a plurality of devices in the substation through the infrared thermal imager 110, and obtains video streams of the visible light images and video streams of the infrared light images corresponding to the visible light images of the plurality of devices in the substation. In addition, the inspection robot 100 performs image fetching on the video stream of the visible light image and the video stream of the infrared light image respectively through the mobile computing board 120 to obtain a video stream bare stream of the visible light image and a video stream bare stream of the infrared light image. And extracting frames from the video stream bare stream of the visible light image and the video stream bare stream of the infrared light image to obtain a key frame, wherein the key frame comprises visible light image information and infrared light image information.
S202, the inspection robot 100 identifies a corresponding device image from the visible light image according to the pre-trained depth target identification neural network model, determines the position coordinates of the identified corresponding device in the visible light image, and determines whether the visible light image includes a device image of the first hidden danger category.
How to obtain the pre-trained deep target neural network model will be described in detail with reference to fig. 3.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a training method for a deep target neural network model according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, in S301, a server obtains visible light images and infrared light images of a plurality of devices in a substation to obtain a training data set.
In the embodiment of the present application, the server acquires data from the infrared thermal imager 110 to perform data acquisition on a plurality of devices in the substation from different angles. And simultaneously obtaining visible light images and infrared light images of a plurality of devices in the transformer substation. It should be noted that the plurality of devices include normal devices and hidden danger devices. The visible light images correspond to the infrared light images one to one, that is, one transformer substation scene needs to shoot the visible light images and the infrared light images.
And the server marks the equipment image in the visible light image, and performs data enhancement on the marked visible light image to obtain an enhanced visible light data set. And the server marks the image in the infrared light image and performs data enhancement on the marked infrared light image to obtain an enhanced infrared light data set.
For example, a plurality of devices appearing in the visible light image and the infrared light image are framed by rectangular frames respectively, and the corresponding device types are labeled. The marked visible light image and the marked infrared light image are zoomed according to a certain proportion, then all the images are rotated at different angles, and all the images are horizontally turned over, so that the aim of enhancing a data set is finally achieved, and the detection effect of the deep target neural network model is improved.
It should be noted that, the device category is labeled on the collected data set, and then the hidden danger type is labeled. And for equipment without hidden danger, marking the equipment category.
And the server finally obtains an enhanced data set according to the enhanced visible light data set and the enhanced infrared light data set. And the server randomly divides the enhanced data set into a training data set and a testing data set according to a certain proportion. For example, the training data set: test data set 9: 1.
S302, the server preprocesses the training data set.
In the embodiment of the application, the server performs multi-scale Gaussian function filtering on the training data set to obtain a filtered data set. And the server compares the filtered data set with the enhanced data set to obtain the detail information of the enhanced data set. It should be noted that the detail information is different parts of the enhancement data set and the filtering data set.
And the server multiplies the detail information by different weights to obtain a weighted data set. And then the server fuses the weighted data set into the enhanced data set to obtain a fused data set. In addition, the server performs image defogging algorithm processing on the fused data set. Such as OpenCV image processing algorithms.
According to the method and the device, the problem that the texture of equipment in the infrared light image is not clear can be effectively solved through a multi-scale fusion algorithm integrated by a depth target recognition neural network model, and the image details are improved. The image defogging algorithm based on the naive OpenCV image processing algorithm solves the problem that the recognition rate is reduced in the haze weather, and enhances the adaptability of the deep target recognition neural network model in the actual environment.
S303, the server trains the initial neural network model to obtain a basic training target recognition neural network model.
In one example, the initial neural network model is the yolov3-spp neural network model. The embodiment of the application is not limited to yolov3-spp network model.
In one embodiment of the present application, a volume Block Attention Module (CBAM) is added after the direct layer short of yolov3-spp neural network model, and the CBAM includes a channel Attention Module and a spatial Attention Module. In the embodiment of the present application, how to train the initial neural network model to obtain the target recognition neural network model of the basic training is specifically described in detail with reference to fig. 4.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a training method of a basic training target neural network model according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
S401, the server obtains an original characteristic diagram according to a shortcut layer of the yolov3-spp neural network model.
S402, the server obtains a channel attention feature map according to the original feature map.
In the embodiment of the application, the server performs global maximum pooling on the original input feature map to obtain global maximum pooling features of the original input feature map. And the server performs global average pooling on the original input feature map to obtain global average pooling features of the original input feature map.

The following proceeds to describe the training method of the deep target neural network model of fig. 3.
S304, pruning the basic training target recognition neural network model by the server to obtain a deep target recognition neural network model.
In the embodiment of the application, the server firstly conducts sparse training on the target recognition neural network model of the basic training, then conducts channel pruning on the target recognition neural network model of the sparse training, and finally conducts fine tuning on the pruned target recognition neural network model to obtain the deep target recognition neural network model.
Specifically, the server increases the sparsification factor of the basic training target recognition neural network model, reduces the learning rate, and determines the total iteration batch value epochs. The total epochs value is obtained by comprehensively comparing the feature complexity of the data set of the target recognition neural network model based on the basic training and the precision and time required for training the target recognition neural network model based on the basic training. In one example, the sparsification factor is increased, the determined sparsity rate is 0.005, the learning rate is decreased to 0.001, and the total iteration batch value is 300.
According to the embodiment of the application, the target recognition neural network model of basic training is thinned, the thinning training is the game process of precision and sparsity, large sparse factors are generally sparse and fast, but precision is fast, and the later-stage small learning rate is helpful for precision recovery. Therefore, the embodiment of the application can effectively reduce the storage amount and the calculation amount by increasing the sparsification factor of the target recognition neural network model of the basic training and reducing the learning rate, thereby realizing acceleration while maintaining the precision.
In one embodiment of the present application, the pruning rate of sparsely trained target recognition neural network models is controlled by a global threshold. And based on the sparsity training target recognition neural network model, obtaining small weight channels in each convolution layer of the sparsity training model according to a global threshold, and pruning channels of each group of small weight channels in each convolution layer.
In another embodiment of the present application, a scaling factor is introduced for each channel to weigh the importance of the network channel, the closer the scaling factor is to zero, the less important the corresponding channel is to the network. Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, channels with scaling factors close to zero are deleted, and meanwhile, the input and output connected with the channels and the related weights are correspondingly removed, so that the pruned target recognition neural network model is obtained.
It should be noted that the global threshold is a percentage of the respective scaling factor value in the sparse training model dataset.
In one embodiment of the present application, the server fine-tunes the pruned target recognition neural network model. For example, the server fine-tunes the pruned target recognition neural network model through finetune. According to the embodiment of the application, the accuracy of network detection is improved by training the pruned network model.
In an embodiment of the application, after the target recognition neural network model is finely tuned, the detection performance of the deep target recognition neural network model is evaluated, and if the requirement is not met, sparse training, channel deletion and fine tuning are continuously performed in a circulating manner. If the performance of the deep target recognition neural network model reaches the requirement, S305 is executed.
S305, the inspection robot 100 tests the deep target recognition neural network model.
In the embodiment of the present application, the inspection robot 100 performs a deployment test on the deep target recognition neural network model.
The depth target recognition neural network model is deployed on the mobile computing board 120, the mobile computing board 120 obtains video streams of a plurality of devices in the transformer substation, which are shot by the infrared thermal imager 110 carried by the inspection robot 100, and frames of the video streams are extracted to obtain key frame images. The key frame thus contains visible light image information as well as infrared light image information.
In addition, the depth target recognition neural network model detects the visible light image preferentially and then detects the infrared light image. In the embodiment of the present application, please refer to S202-S203 in fig. 2 and the related content for describing how the deep target recognition neural network model specifically recognizes a plurality of devices, which will not be described repeatedly herein. And under the condition that the error rate of the deep target recognition neural network model is lower than a preset threshold value, the inspection robot 100 is put into daily work and operation.
The following continues to illustrate other steps in fig. 2. It has been described above that step 202 in fig. 2 includes determining whether the device image of the first potential hazard class is included in the visible light image.
S203, when the visible light image does not include the first hidden danger type device image, based on the position coordinates of the device, the inspection robot 100 identifies the infrared light image corresponding to the visible light image to determine whether the infrared light image includes the second hidden danger type device image. In one example, the second concern category device image is a concern category related to the temperature of the device.
In the embodiment of the present application, when the first hidden danger type image is not included in the visible light image, the returned result is None. The depth target recognition neural network model positions a plurality of devices in the infrared light image corresponding to the visible light to obtain position coordinates of the devices in the infrared light image.
The temperature acquisition module of the infrared thermal imager 110 acquires the category and the position coordinates of a plurality of devices in the visible light image from the mobile computing board 120, and the temperature acquisition module reads the temperature value of the relevant area corresponding to the position coordinates in the infrared light image according to the coordinate points of the plurality of devices in the visible light image.
According to the method and the device, the position coordinates of the equipment and the types of the equipment in the visible light image are detected preferentially, and the equipment with the hidden danger on the outer surface is found timely. Under the condition that the visible light image does not include the appearance hidden trouble equipment, the corresponding relevant area in the infrared light image is measured according to the position coordinates of the equipment and the types of the equipment in the visible light image, the temperature measurement of multiple target types of the equipment is achieved, the hidden trouble equipment with abnormal temperature is obtained, and the identification accuracy is improved.
In addition, in the embodiment of the application, whether the deep target recognition neural network model needs to be updated or not is judged according to the error rate of the inspection robot 100 in recognizing the hidden danger equipment. Under the condition that the error rate of the inspection robot 100 in hidden danger identification exceeds a preset threshold value, the current deep target identification neural network model is updated, and therefore the accuracy rate of the inspection robot in hidden danger identification of a plurality of devices in the transformer substation is improved.
The above description is only an example of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application. Various modifications and changes may occur to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the scope of the claims of the present application.
