Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of information processing technologies, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, a medium, and a terminal device for matching activity information.
Background
In a traditional online marketing mode, after a customer places an order online, the system pushes the latest activity information to the client so that the customer can participate in more activities. However, in the prior art, the importance of the activity is often taken as a recommendation condition, and the influence factor of the interest of the client on the activity information is not considered, so that the activity information pushing effect is not good.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an activity information matching method, which aims to solve the technical problem that the activity information pushing effect is poor due to the fact that influence factors of interest of clients on activity information are not considered in the prior art.
In order to solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides an activity information matching method, including:
acquiring customer information; and obtaining activity information, wherein the activity information comprises activity development time;
when the current time is determined to be within the activity development time, matching the client information from the activity information according to a preset matching rule to obtain optimal activity information;
and sending the optimal activity information to a client, recording user behavior information, and establishing a user portrait according to the user behavior information.
Preferably, after the user representation is created according to the user behavior information, the method further includes: and acquiring an attenuation factor, and updating the user portrait according to the attenuation factor.
Preferably, the customer information includes a customer type, a customer range, a customer gender, a customer location, and a historical consumption record.
Preferably, the preset matching rule includes an activity relationship condition and an activity priority.
Accordingly, another embodiment of the present invention provides an activity information matching apparatus, including:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring client information; and obtaining activity information, wherein the activity information comprises activity development time;
the information matching module is used for matching the client information from the activity information according to a preset matching rule to obtain optimal activity information when the current time is determined to be within the activity development time;
and the user portrait module is used for sending the optimal activity information to a client, recording user behavior information and establishing a user portrait according to the user behavior information.
Preferably, the activity information matching apparatus further includes: and the portrait updating module is used for acquiring an attenuation factor after the user portrait is established according to the user behavior information, and updating the user portrait according to the attenuation factor.

The embodiment of the present invention further provides a terminal device, which includes a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, where the processor implements the activity information matching method according to any one of the above items when executing the computer program.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
according to the technical scheme, client information is matched from activity information according to a preset matching rule to obtain optimal activity information, and a user portrait is established through user behavior information; the technical problem that influence factors of interest of a client on activity information are not considered in the prior art, and the activity information pushing effect is poor is solved, so that the matching degree of the activity information is improved, and the practicability of an information pushing scheme is improved.

Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of steps of an activity information matching method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes steps 101 to 103, where each step includes:

And 103, sending the optimal activity information to a client, recording user behavior information, and establishing a user portrait according to the user behavior information. In this embodiment, after the creating a user portrait according to the user behavior information, the method further includes: and acquiring an attenuation factor, and updating the user portrait according to the attenuation factor.
Specifically, in the transaction environment of ordering and settling, the system verifies the client information such as client type, client range, client gender, client location, historical consumption condition and the like, and matches the marketing campaign and coupons whose current client information meets the campaign threshold in the marketing system, and according to the campaign relationship conditions and the campaign priorities configured in the marketing strategy of marketing management, the system can form two campaign schemes: 1. general activities/coupons + mutual exclusion activities/coupons; 2. exclusive campaigns/coupons. Through calculation, an optimal solution, namely a marketing scheme with the maximum preferential amplitude is preferentially matched for the customer; continuously collecting user data by recording user behavior information and quantitative questionnaire investigation to obtain population attributes, business attributes, consumption characteristics, life forms and CRM of the user; analyzing the collected user data, and according to a data modeling formula: the user identification + time + behavior type + contact point (website + content) tags the behavior of the user, the weight of the user tag may be attenuated along with the increase of the time, so the time is defined as an attenuation factor r, the behavior type and the website determine the weight, the content determines the tag, and the formula is further converted into: the label weight is attenuation factor x behavior weight x website sub-weight. Finally, user portrait and activity data statistics are formed.
The marketing system may consist of 3 major parts: campaign management, coupon management, marketing management. The system supports various marketing modes such as full discount activities, full gift activities, random instant discount, time-limited second killing, discount, full discount coupons, activity coupons and shopping coupons through reasonable modeling and decoupling. In addition, the marketing system supports multiple dimension configuration activities, and provides customized and differentiated marketing service for each customer. The corresponding limit rule can be configured according to the order type aiming at the order applicable type, and whether the limit corresponding to the order type is counted in consumption during the activity period is flexibly configured; collecting user data through a system to form a user portrait and calculating a client type; the activities and coupons are divided into generic activities/coupons, mutually exclusive activities/coupons, exclusive activities/coupons using the activity policy.
Because marketing campaigns are based on department teams, business line-based, customer type, cross-over threshold of money, product purchase, number of purchases and the like, the diversity of marketing campaigns requires that the marketing system supports large data volume, and can provide quick-response service and ensure data consistency. Different data models need to be established respectively to support rapid increase of data volume, marketing is normal, most hot sales products are promoted at any time, the promotion data has high change rate and large data volume, and a technical framework based on database sub-base sub-tables, high-efficiency large-batch MQ and cache clusters needs to be established. Besides, various mutually exclusive and overlapped rule setting and calculation are supported, and a rule engine technical architecture is required.

An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where the computer-readable storage medium includes a stored computer program; wherein, when running, the computer program controls the device on which the computer readable storage medium is located to execute the activity information matching method according to any of the above embodiments.

The embodiment of the present invention further provides a terminal device, where the terminal device includes a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, and the processor implements the activity information matching method according to any of the above embodiments when executing the computer program.
Preferably, the computer program may be divided into one or more modules/units (e.g., computer program) that are stored in the memory and executed by the processor to implement the invention. The one or more modules/units may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing specific functions, which are used for describing the execution process of the computer program in the terminal device.
