Abstract
The electronic device of the invention comprises: the side end cover covers the side edge of the main body, which is provided with the socket, and an opening which can expose the socket is arranged on the side end cover corresponding to the socket; the movable door assembly comprises a movable door and a rubber hinge, the movable door is detachably buckled on the opening of the side end cover, the rubber hinge protrudes out of one side of the movable door and is provided with a strip-shaped limiting hole corresponding to the limiting pin, the rubber hinge is sleeved on the limiting pin of the shell through the limiting hole, and the thickness of the rubber hinge is smaller than the depth of the sliding chute; a fixing piece having a strip-shaped main plate; and a flat head screw penetrates through the through hole of the fixing sheet and is then screwed in the screw hole on the shell, so that the fixing sheet is fixed above the rubber hinge.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an electronic device, in particular to an electronic device which is fixed by a movable door without adopting screws with shoulders.
Background
Electronic devices, such as tablet computers or smart phones, are provided with sockets, such as a charging socket, a USB interface, a headphone jack, and the like. The existing movable door is usually fixed by a shoulder screw, and the shoulder screw has a shoulder structure, so that the thickness of the electronic device has to be influenced, and the design of thinning the electronic device is not facilitated.
In view of this, the present invention provides an electronic device, in which a shoulder screw is not required to be used for fixing a movable door, thereby facilitating a thin design of the electronic device.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an electronic device, wherein a movable door of the electronic device is fixed without adopting screws with shoulders, so that the electronic device is beneficial to thin design.
To solve the above technical problem, an electronic device according to the present invention includes:
the side end cover covers the side edge of the main body provided with the inserting port, and an opening capable of exposing the inserting port is formed in the position, corresponding to the inserting port, of the side end cover;
the movable door assembly comprises a movable door and a rubber hinge, the movable door is detachably buckled on the opening of the side end cover, the rubber hinge protrudes out of one side of the movable door and is provided with a strip-shaped limiting hole corresponding to the limiting pin, the rubber hinge is sleeved on the limiting pin of the shell through the limiting hole and is limited in the sliding groove on the shell in a sliding way, and the thickness of the rubber hinge is smaller than the depth of the sliding groove;
the fixing piece is provided with a strip-shaped main board, a fixing hole for the limiting pin to penetrate through is formed in the position, corresponding to the limiting pin on the shell, of the main board, the fixing hole is sleeved on the limiting pin, the rubber hinge is limited below the fixing piece, and a through hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the screw hole in the shell, of the main board; and
the flat head screw penetrates through the through hole of the fixing sheet and then is screwed in the screw hole on the shell, and the fixing sheet is fixed above the rubber hinge.
Preferably, the interface is a USB interface, an earphone jack or a power jack.
Preferably, one side of the main plate close to the movable door is bent upwards in an arc shape to form a front reinforcing edge.
Preferably, the other side of the main panel is also upwardly arcuately bent to form a rear reinforcing rim.
Preferably, when the movable door is not opened, that is, when the movable door is fastened to the opening of the side cover plate, the rubber hinge is accommodated in the sliding groove, one end of the limiting hole of the rubber hinge, which is close to the movable door, abuts against the limiting pin, and the flat head screw fixes the fixing piece above the rubber hinge.
Preferably, when the movable door is to be opened, one end of the movable door, which is far away from the rubber hinge, can be buckled to be opened outwards with force, meanwhile, the rubber hinge at the other end of the movable door is driven to slide outwards, and in the process of continuously opening the movable door, the rubber hinge deforms and slides outwards until the other end of the limiting hole of the rubber hinge meets the limiting pin, and the rubber hinge can not slide any more, so that the movable door is completely opened.
Compared with the prior art, the invention can limit the rubber hinge protruded from the movable door on the shell in a sliding way in the transverse direction by arranging the limiting pin in the sliding groove of the shell, then fix the fixing piece above the rubber hinge by the flat head screw, and prevent the rubber hinge from separating from the limiting pin in the longitudinal direction, thereby fixing the movable door on the shell, because the flat head screw is adopted and the design of no shoulder part is adopted, the occupied space in the thickness direction of the electronic device is less, the thickness of the electronic device can be reduced, in addition, because the adopted limiting pin limits the sliding distance of the rubber hinge, because the limiting pin is thinner relative to the shoulder part with the shoulder screw, the sliding distance of the rubber hinge is larger, the bending generated to the rubber hinge is relatively smaller in the opening process of the movable door, and the service life of the rubber hinge is greatly improved, in addition, because the front reinforcing edge of the fixing sheet is bent in an arc shape, the rubber hinge cannot be interfered in the sliding process of the rubber hinge, and the movable door can be ensured to be smoothly opened.

Referring to fig. 1-2, the present invention provides an electronic device, which includes a housing 1, a movable door assembly 2, a fixing plate 3 and a flat head screw 4.
The housing 1 includes a main body 10 and a side end cap 11, wherein the main body 10 is provided with a socket 100 at one side, the socket 100 can be a USB port, an earphone jack or a power jack, etc., the main body 10 is provided with a sliding groove 101 at a position on a surface thereof near the socket 100, a limit pin 102 is protruded in the sliding groove 101, and the housing 1 is further provided with a screw hole 12 at a position near the sliding groove 101. The side end cap 11 covers the side of the main body 10 where the socket 100 is disposed, and an opening 110 for exposing the socket 100 is formed at a position of the side end cap 11 corresponding to the socket 100.
The movable door assembly 2 includes a movable door 20 and a rubber hinge 21, the movable door 20 is detachably fastened to the opening 110 of the side end cover 11, the rubber hinge 21 protrudes out of one side of the movable door 20 and is provided with a strip-shaped limiting hole 210 corresponding to the limiting pin 102, the rubber hinge 21 is sleeved on the limiting pin 102 of the housing 1 through the limiting hole 210, the rubber hinge 21 is slidably limited in the chute 101 of the housing 1, and the thickness of the rubber hinge 21 is smaller than the depth of the chute 101.
The fixing plate 3 has a strip-shaped main plate 30, a fixing hole 300 for the limit pin 102 to pass through is formed in a position of the main plate 30 corresponding to the limit pin 102 on the housing 1, and the fixing plate 3 limits the rubber hinge 21 below the fixing plate 3 by sleeving the fixing hole 300 on the limit pin 102. The main plate 30 of the fixing piece 3 is provided with a through hole 301 at a position corresponding to the screw hole 12 of the housing 1. In the embodiment, in order to make the rubber hinge 21 smoothly move under the fixing plate 3 without interference of the edge of the main plate 30, and to increase the bending strength of the fixing plate 3, the side of the main plate 30 close to the movable door 20 is curved upward to form the front reinforcing edge 31, and due to the curved transition of the connection between the front reinforcing edge 31 and the main plate 30, no interference occurs when the rubber hinge 21 reciprocates. In the present embodiment, in order to further enhance the bending strength of the fixing sheet 3, the other side of the main plate 3 is also bent upward in an arc shape to form a rear reinforcing edge 32.
Referring to fig. 3 in conjunction with fig. 2, the flat head screw 4 is inserted through the through hole 301 of the fixing plate 3 and then screwed into the screw hole 12 of the housing 1 to fix the fixing plate 3 above the rubber hinge 21, and since the thickness of the rubber hinge 21 is smaller than the depth of the sliding groove 101, the smooth sliding of the rubber hinge 21 is not affected.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, when the movable door 20 is not opened, that is, when the movable door 20 is fastened to the opening 110 of the side cover 11, the rubber hinge 21 is received in the sliding slot 101, one end of the limiting hole 210 of the rubber hinge 21 close to the movable door 20 abuts against the limiting pin 102, the flat head screw fixes the fixing plate 3 above the rubber hinge 21, and the rubber hinge 21 is prevented from being disengaged from the upper side of the limiting pin 102, as shown in fig. 5-6, when the movable door 20 is to be opened, one end of the movable door 20 away from the rubber hinge 21 can be fastened to be opened by force outwards, at the same time, the rubber hinge 21 at the other end of the movable door 20 is driven to slide outwards, and in the process of continuously opening the movable door 20, the rubber hinge 21 deforms and slides outwards until the other end of the limiting hole 210 of the rubber hinge 21 meets the limiting pin 102, and the rubber hinge 21 can not slide again, thereby completely opening the movable door 20.
In summary, the invention can prevent the rubber hinge 21 protruding from the movable door 20 from separating from the limit pin 10 by disposing the limit pin 102 in the sliding slot 101 of the housing 1 to limit the rubber hinge 21 on the housing 1 in a sliding manner in a transverse direction, and then fixing the fixing plate 3 above the rubber hinge 21 by the flat head screw 4, thereby fixing the movable door 20 on the housing 1, because the flat head screw 4 is used, the flat head screw 4 has no shoulder design relative to the shoulder screw, the occupied space in the thickness direction of the electronic device is less, the thickness of the electronic device can be reduced, because the limit pin 102 is used to limit the sliding distance of the rubber hinge 21, because the limit pin 102 is thinner relative to the shoulder of the shoulder screw, the sliding distance of the rubber hinge 21 is larger, and the bending generated to the rubber hinge 21 in the opening process of the movable door 20 is relatively smaller, the service life of the rubber hinge 21 is greatly prolonged, and in addition, the front reinforcing edge 31 of the fixing piece 3 is bent in an arc shape, so that interference on the rubber hinge 21 is avoided in the sliding process of the rubber hinge 21, and the movable door 20 can be ensured to be smoothly opened.

the movable door assembly comprises a movable door and a rubber hinge, the movable door is detachably buckled on the opening of the side end cover, the rubber hinge protrudes out of one side of the movable door and is provided with a strip-shaped limiting hole corresponding to the limiting pin, the rubber hinge is sleeved on the limiting pin of the shell through the limiting hole and is limited in the sliding groove on the shell in a sliding way, and the thickness of the rubber hinge is smaller than the depth of the sliding groove;
the fixing piece is provided with a strip-shaped main board, a fixing hole for the limiting pin to penetrate through is formed in the position, corresponding to the limiting pin on the shell, of the main board, the fixing hole is sleeved on the limiting pin, the rubber hinge is limited below the fixing piece, and a through hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the screw hole in the shell, of the main board; and
the flat head screw penetrates through the through hole of the fixing sheet and then is screwed in the screw hole on the shell, and the fixing sheet is fixed above the rubber hinge.
2. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the interface is a USB interface, an earphone jack or a power jack.
3. The electronic device as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the present embodiment, a side of the main board close to the movable door is curved upward to form a front reinforcing edge.
4. The electronic device of claim 3, wherein the other side of the main board is also curved upward to form a rear reinforcing edge.

The electronic device according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein when the movable door is not opened, i.e. when the movable door is locked to the opening of the side cover, the rubber hinge is received in the sliding slot, one end of the limiting hole of the rubber hinge close to the movable door abuts against the limiting pin, and the flat head screw fixes the fixing piece above the rubber hinge.
6. The electronic device of claim 5, wherein when the movable door is opened, the end of the movable door away from the rubber hinge is fastened to open by force, and at the same time, the rubber hinge at the other end of the movable door is driven to slide outward.
