In the process of inserting the drawing frame body 22 into the second detection box body 21, the guide hole 221 positioned at one end face of the drawing frame body 22 can contact the guide pin 27 positioned on the inner wall of the end face of the second detection box body 21, so that the matching positioning between the guide hole 221 and the guide pin 27 is realized, the drawing frame body 22 is accurately positioned in the second detection box body 21, and the detection plate positioned in the drawing frame body 22 is accurately positioned in the second detection box body 21; after the elastic latch 25 of the drawing frame 22 is inserted into the positioning hole 242, the cover 12 is closed to close the first accommodating chamber 111 and the second accommodating chamber 211 of the cassette assembly. Alternatively, the fixing hole 121 on the cover 12 and the screw hole 222 at the other end of the drawing frame 22 may be more stably fixed to the first cassette 11 by screw-fitting the cover 12.

Claims (10)

1. A detection box assembly for a security inspection machine (30), the security inspection machine (30) comprising a conveyor (31) and a channel closure plate (32), characterized in that the detection box assembly comprises:
a first detection box (10), wherein the first detection box (10) is provided with a first accommodating cavity (111), and the first detection box (10) is arranged at the side part of the channel sealing plate (32);
The second detection box (20), the first detection box (10) is fixedly arranged at one end of the second detection box (20), the second detection box (20) is arranged at the bottom of the conveying device (31), the second detection box (20) comprises a second accommodating cavity (211) communicated with the first accommodating cavity (111), and a drawing frame body (22) which is positioned in the second accommodating cavity (211) and can reciprocate along the length direction of the second detection box (20); and
A locking assembly disposed between the first and second detection boxes (10, 20), the locking assembly including a locking member (24) and an elastic latch (25), the locking member (24) having an inclined surface (241) and a positioning hole (242) extending from the inclined surface (241), the elastic latch (25) being movable along the inclined surface (241) and inserted into the positioning hole (242) to lock the drawing frame (22) within the second detection box (20);
The second cassette (20) further comprises: a second detection box body (21) and a guide rail assembly (23), wherein the second accommodating cavity (211) is formed inside the second detection box body (21); the guide rail assembly (23) comprises a first slide rail (231), a middle guide rail (232) and a second slide rail (233), wherein the first slide rail (231) is fixed on the side face of the drawing frame body (22), the second slide rail (233) is fixed on the inner wall of the side face of the second detection box body (21), guide rail grooves (2321) are formed in two sides of the middle guide rail (232), and the first slide rail (231) and the second slide rail (233) are matched with the guide rail grooves (2321) in two sides of the middle guide rail (232) respectively.
2. The cassette assembly of claim 1, wherein the locking member (24) is disposed on a side of the first cassette (10) and the resilient latch (25) is disposed on a side of the pull frame (22).
3. The cassette assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that an end face of the drawing frame body (22) is provided with at least one guide hole (221), and an inner wall of the end face of the second cassette body (21) is provided with at least one guide pin (27) which is one-to-one fit to the guide hole (221).
4. A cassette assembly according to claim 3, wherein the second cassette (20) further comprises a stopper (28), the stopper (28) being provided on an inner wall of an end face of the second cassette body (21).
5. The cassette assembly of claim 4, wherein the second cassette (20) further comprises a second mounting bracket (26), the second mounting bracket (26) being disposed between two sides of the pull frame (22).

The cassette assembly of claim 1, wherein the first cassette (10) further comprises a first cassette body (11) and a cover body (12), the first receiving cavity (111) is formed in the first cassette body (11), and a standing edge of the cover body (12) is hinged to the first cassette body (11) for sealing the first receiving cavity (111) and the second receiving cavity (211).
7. The cassette assembly of claim 6, wherein the first cassette (10) further comprises a handle (15), the handle (15) being disposed on the other vertical side of the cover (12).
8. The cassette assembly of claim 6, wherein the first cassette (10) further comprises a mounting base (13) and a first mounting bracket (14), the mounting base (13) being disposed on the first cassette body (11), the first mounting bracket (14) being fixedly disposed on the mounting base (13).
9. The cassette assembly of claim 6, wherein the second cassette (20) further comprises foam (29), the foam (29) being disposed on the other end face of the drawer frame (22).
10. The cassette assembly according to claim 6, further comprising a screw hole (222) provided on the other end face of the drawing frame body (22) and a fixing hole (121) formed in the cover body (12) and corresponding to the screw hole (222), the screw hole (222) and the fixing hole (121) being fixable by a screw.
