Ions in the cooling water easily form scale on the metal surface under the heat exchange condition, and the ions in the cooling water entering the cooling water accommodating cavity 11 can be prevented from entering the tooth-shaped structures 4 and the T-shaped structures 2 through the ion permeable membrane 8, so that the ions in the cooling water are prevented from forming scale on the inner walls of the tooth-shaped structures 4 and the T-shaped structures 2.
As a preferable aspect of the present invention, a scale-preventive coating 9 is provided on the inner side wall of the water jacket main body 1. The scale formation of the cooling water inside the water jacket main body 1 can be avoided by the scale-preventive coating 9.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the scale-preventive coating 9 is a nano ceramic coating. The scale-proof coating 9 is preferably a nano ceramic coating which has good scale-releasing effect, high temperature resistance and good thermal conductivity, and can be replaced by other scale-proof coatings such as polytetrafluoroethylene coatings.
As a preferable embodiment of the present invention, the water jacket body 1 is a copper water jacket.
