Referring to fig. 1, after the air conditioner is started, the gear 1 rotates anticlockwise, the rack 4 drives the wind shield 3 to retract into the shell towards the right side, and the air outlet is opened; before the air conditioner is powered off, the gear 1 rotates clockwise, the rack 4 drives the wind shield 3 to move towards the left side, so that the free end of the wind shield 3 is in lap joint with the slope guide structure 50 of the volute tongue 5 to block the air outlet.
Although the flash seam between the first panel and the wind shield can be reduced by arranging the inclined surface guide structure, due to the arrangement of the inclined surface guide structure and the certain meshing gap between the gear and the rack, when the wind shield is pushed by external force, the free end of the wind shield can move towards the air conditioner along the inclined surface, and the state of the wind shield is shown in fig. 2; after the external force is removed, a flash seam appears between the wind shield and the volute tongue under the influence of the resilience of the rack, and the state of the wind shield refers to fig. 3. The air conditioner windshield limiting device according to claim 2, wherein the elastic member is a spring, the magnetic member comprises a rod part and a limiting block, the rod part is arranged in the first seat hole and the second seat hole in a penetrating manner, the limiting block is connected to the rod part or integrally formed with the rod part and located outside the first seat hole, one end of the spring is fixedly connected or abutted to the outer wall surface of the first seat hole, the other end of the spring is fixedly connected or abutted to the inner wall surface of the limiting block, and the spring is compressed in the process that the magnetic member is adsorbed to the electromagnetic member, so that the magnetic member can be driven to extend out of the support seat by the acting force of restoring deformation in the power-off state of the electromagnetic member.
7. An air conditioner windscreen limiting device according to claim 1 wherein said bearing seat comprises a first seat bore, the elastic component is a spring, the magnetic component comprises a rod part and a limiting block, the rod part is arranged in the first seat hole in a penetrating mode, the stopper is connected to or integrally formed with the rod portion and located inside the first seating hole, the spring is sleeved on the rod part and positioned between the first seat hole and the limiting block, one end of the spring is fixedly connected with the inner wall surface of the first seat hole, the other end of the spring is fixedly connected with the limiting block, the spring is stretched in the process that the magnetic component is adsorbed to the electromagnetic component, so that the magnetic member can be driven to extend out of the supporting seat by means of the acting force for restoring the deformation in the state that the electromagnetic member is powered off.
8. An air conditioner windscreen limiting device according to claim 1 wherein said bearing seat comprises a first seat bore, the elastic component is a spring, the magnetic component comprises a rod part and a limiting block, the rod part is arranged in the first seat hole in a penetrating mode, the limiting block is connected to the rod part or is integrally made with the rod part and is positioned outside the first seat hole, the spring is sleeved on the rod part and positioned between the first seat hole and the limiting block, one end of the spring is fixedly connected or abutted with the outer wall surface of the first seat hole, the other end of the spring is fixedly connected or abutted with the limiting block, the spring is compressed in the process that the magnetic component is adsorbed to the electromagnetic component, so that the magnetic member can be driven to extend out of the supporting seat by means of the acting force for restoring the deformation in the state that the electromagnetic member is powered off.
9. An air conditioner windscreen limiting device according to any one of claims 1 to 8 wherein the air conditioner includes a fan and the securing formation is a volute tongue of the fan.
10. An air conditioner windscreen limiting device according to any one of claims 1 to 8 wherein the snap-fit formation is a limiting recess formed in the windscreen into which an end of the projecting magnetic member can engage.
