In one embodiment, the step of setting the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate according to the mode selection signal matching with the corresponding adjusting mode comprises: when the mode selection signal is an automatic adjustment signal, the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate is adjusted according to the height of a user.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5, similar to the above manual adjustment or the adjustment of the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate by directly selecting the angle data, when the mode selection signal sent by the user is the automatic adjustment signal, the control device will enter the automatic adjustment mode to automatically adjust the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate, and directly adjust the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate with the corresponding size according to the height of the user.
It should be noted that, in one embodiment, the height of the user may be input by the user, and then the control device automatically matches the opening and closing angle of the corresponding smoke guide plate according to the height of the user to realize the adjustment of the smoke guide plate. In another embodiment, the height of the user can be measured by other measuring devices, and then the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate can be adjusted by combining the height of the user.
Referring to fig. 6, in an embodiment, the step of adjusting the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate according to the height of the user includes: step S410, step S420, and step S430.
Step S410, obtaining the height of the user; step S420, obtaining corresponding angle data according to the matching of the height of the user and a preset height database; and step S430, when the angle data obtained by matching meets the requirements of the user, adjusting the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate according to the angle data.
Specifically, please refer to fig. 5 in combination, the height of the user is detected and transmitted by a height measuring device disposed on the range hood; the preset height database stores angle data of the opening and closing angles of the smoke guide plates required by different user heights. In this embodiment, still be provided with the height measuring device who is used for user's height to measure at the lampblack absorber, the device sets up in the lampblack absorber to be connected with controlling means, after the automatic adjustment signal that controlling means sent, will further measure the user's height of using the lampblack absorber at present according to height measuring device. And then matching the angle data of the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate required under the height of the current user according to a preset height database, further analyzing and judging whether the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate meets the user requirement, and adjusting the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate to the corresponding size by using an angle adjusting device when the matched angle data meets the user requirement to complete the adjustment operation of the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate.
It should be noted that the manner of determining whether the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate meets the user requirement by the control device is not exclusive, and in one embodiment, the control device may display the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate obtained by matching, and prompt the user to perform analysis and determination. If the user considers the angle data to be suitable, a signal that the angle data meets the user requirement is fed back to the control device, and the angle data meets the user requirement at the moment. And when the user feeds back the signal that the angle data does not meet the user requirement, the angle data does not meet the user requirement.
It will be appreciated that the type of height measuring device is not exclusive and in one embodiment may be implemented by an infrared detection device, and the specific infrared detection device performs analysis based on the transmitted signal to the user and the reflected signal reflected by the user, i.e. the height of the user using the range hood at present can be obtained by analysis.
Referring to fig. 6, in an embodiment, after step S420, the method further includes step S440.
And step S440, when the matched angle data does not meet the requirements of the user, judging whether the height of the user needs to be detected again. If not, returning to the step of obtaining the mode selection signal; and if so, returning to the step of obtaining the height of the user.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5, when the angle data obtained by the control device according to the height of the user detected by the height measuring device does not meet the user requirement, the control device further analyzes and determines whether the height of the user needs to be detected again. If the user needs to return to obtain the height of the user, the operation similar to the embodiment is executed, and the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate is adjusted by re-matching angle data. If not, the user directly returns to obtain the mode selection signal, namely the user selects an adjusting mode to realize the adjustment operation of the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate. It will be appreciated that the manner in which the control means determines whether the user's height needs to be redetected is not exclusive and, in one embodiment, may also be implemented by determining whether an instruction sent by the user using a virtual key or a mechanical key has been received.
In one embodiment, when the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate is adjusted to meet the user requirement according to the size adjusting instruction sent by the user, or when the angle data obtained by matching in the preset height database meets the user requirement, the method further comprises the following steps: judging whether relevant parameters of the opening and closing angle of the current smoke guide plate need to be stored or not; if yes, saving the related parameters of the opening and closing angle of the current smoke guide plate; if not, executing the step of controlling the starting operation of the range hood.
Specifically, please refer to fig. 5 in combination, the control device adopts manual adjustment, and adjusts the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate to meet the user requirement according to the size adjustment instruction sent by the user, or the control device adopts automatic adjustment, and after the angle data meeting the user requirement is matched according to the height of the user, the control device can also carry out storage operation according to the angle data meeting the user requirement, so that the control device can directly select the angle data with the corresponding size in the angle selection mode. At this time, the control device firstly determines whether the relevant parameters of the opening and closing angle of the current smoke guide plate need to be stored, and specifically, the control device prompts a user whether the relevant parameters need to be stored through a touch display screen of the control device or other information prompting devices. If the user feeds back an instruction to be stored within a preset time length, the control device stores relevant parameters of the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate; if the storage instruction is not received within the preset time or the non-storage instruction sent by the user is received, the control device does not store the relevant parameters of the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate, and the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate is adjusted only according to the angle data obtained by current analysis, and the range hood is started. It can be understood that the manner of determining whether to store the relevant parameters of the opening and closing angle of the current smoke guide plate by the control device is not exclusive, and in one embodiment, the determination may also be performed by determining whether to receive an instruction sent by a user through a virtual key or a mechanical key.
It can be understood that, in an embodiment, the relevant parameters of the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate are angle data, and at this time, the angle data can be updated and/or stored in a preset angle database, so that when the control device receives the angle selection signal, the relevant angle data are directly called to adjust the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate.
According to the range hood control method, when the range hood is started for the first time, if a user has the requirement for setting the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate of the range hood, the user can enter different opening and closing angle adjusting modes of the smoke guide plate according to different mode selection signals sent by the user, and then the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate can be set to the size of the angle required by the user. Through above-mentioned scheme, when effectively improving the smoke exhaust efficiency of lampblack absorber, can also carry out individualized setting to the angle that opens and shuts of smoke deflector to the user of difference to satisfy different user's demands, thereby effectively improved the use reliability of lampblack absorber.
Referring to fig. 7, a range hood control device includes a setting requirement determining module 100, a mode selecting module 300, and an angle adjusting module 400.
The setting requirement judging module 100 is used for judging whether the opening and closing angle of a smoke guide plate of the range hood needs to be set when the range hood is started for the first time; the mode selection module 300 is used for acquiring a mode selection signal when the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate needs to be set; the angle adjustment module 400 is used for setting the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate according to the mode selection signal and matching the corresponding adjustment mode and controlling the range hood to start and operate.
Referring to fig. 8, in an embodiment, after the requirement determining module 100 is configured, the apparatus further includes a default angle control module 200. The default angle control module 200 is used for opening the smoke guide plate of the range hood and controlling the range hood to start and operate at a preset opening and closing angle when the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate is not required to be set.
Referring to FIG. 9, in one embodiment, the apparatus further includes a non-first-run control module 500. The non-initial operation control module 500 is used for adjusting the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate according to the operation mode of the smoke guide plate when the range hood is closed last time when the range hood is not started for the first time and controlling the range hood to start and operate.
In one embodiment, the angle adjusting module 400 is further configured to control the setting requirement determining module 100 to perform an operation of determining whether the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate of the range hood needs to be set when the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate needs to be adjusted during the operation of the range hood.
Referring to FIG. 10, in one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises a shutdown control module 600. The shutdown control module 600 is configured to record the current operation mode of the smoke guide plate and shut down the range hood when a shutdown instruction is received.
In one embodiment, the angle adjusting module 400 is further configured to select corresponding angle data from a preset angle database according to a selection instruction sent by a user to adjust the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate when the mode selection signal is the angle selection signal.
In one embodiment, the angle adjustment module 400 is further configured to increase the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate and/or decrease the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate according to a size adjustment instruction sent by the user when the mode selection signal is the manual adjustment signal until the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate meets the user requirement.
In one embodiment, the angle adjustment module 400 is further configured to adjust the opening/closing angle of the smoke guide according to the height of the user when the mode selection signal is the auto adjustment signal.
In one embodiment, the angle adjustment module 400 is further configured to obtain a height of the user; matching according to the height of the user and a preset height database to obtain corresponding angle data; when the angle data obtained by matching meet the user requirements, the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate is adjusted according to the angle data.
In one embodiment, the angle adjustment module 400 is further configured to determine whether the height of the user needs to be re-detected when the matched angle data does not meet the user requirement; if not, the mode selection module 300 is controlled to execute the operation of acquiring the mode selection signal, and if so, the operation of acquiring the height of the user is returned to.
For specific limitations of the range hood control device, reference may be made to the above limitations on the range hood control method, which will not be described herein again. All or part of the modules in the range hood control device can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
Above-mentioned lampblack absorber controlling means, when the lampblack absorber starts for the first time, if the user has the demand that the angle setting opened and shut to the smoke deflector of lampblack absorber, then can get into different smoke deflector angle mode of opening and shutting according to the different mode select signal that the user sent, and then can set up the smoke deflector angle of opening and shutting to the required angle size of user. Through above-mentioned scheme, when effectively improving the smoke exhaust efficiency of lampblack absorber, can also carry out individualized setting to the angle that opens and shuts of smoke deflector to the user of difference to satisfy different user's demands, thereby effectively improved the use reliability of lampblack absorber.
Referring to fig. 11, a range hood control system includes a control device 10, an angle adjusting device 20 and a smoke guide plate 30, the control device 10 is connected to the angle adjusting device 20, the angle adjusting device 20 is connected to the smoke guide plate 30, the smoke guide plate 30 is disposed on the range hood, and the control device 10 is used for controlling the range hood by the above method.
The smoke guide plate is arranged on the range hood, and the smoke guide plate is arranged on the surface of one side, used for collecting smoke, of the range hood, so that the range hood can conveniently collect oil smoke. The opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate is the included angle between the smoke guide plate and the surface of the range hood provided with the smoke guide plate. Referring to fig. 2, taking the side range hood as an example, the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate 30 is an included angle a between the smoke suction side surface of the range hood 40 and the smoke guide plate in the obliquely downward direction. The larger the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate is, the larger the vertical distance between one end of the smoke guide plate 30 far away from the range hood 40 and the cooking bench 50 (or the ground) is. Therefore, in a possible embodiment, the vertical distance H between the end of the smoke guide 30 far away from the range hood 40 and the cooking bench 50 can be used to represent the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide, and in combination with the length of the smoke guide and the inclination angle of the smoke collection side of the range hood relative to the ground, the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide can be obtained by calculating and matching each vertical distance H.
Whether the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate needs to be set or not is also required to be adjusted to a certain size by combining the self requirement of a user. The determining operation may be specifically implemented by determining whether an opening/closing angle setting instruction sent by a user is received within a preset time period. In one embodiment, the range hood is provided with an information prompting device, when the range hood detected by the control device 10 of the range hood is started for the first time, the information prompting device is controlled to generate a prompting message and start timing with a preset time length so as to remind a user whether the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate needs to be set by combining the self requirement. When the timing reaches the preset time length, the control device 10 does not receive an opening and closing angle setting instruction sent by a user, that is, the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate does not need to be set; if an opening and closing angle setting instruction sent by a user is received within a preset time length, the opening and closing angle of a smoke guide plate of the range hood needs to be set, and at the moment, subsequent setting operation is continuously executed.
It is understood that, in another embodiment, after the control device 10 sends a prompt message to prompt the user whether to set the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate, virtual keys similar to or not needed are displayed on the touch display screen of the control device 10 or a separate touch display screen, and whether the user needs to set the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate 30 is not determined according to different virtual keys selected by the user.
It should be noted that the first start of the range hood is not the first start operation in the conventional sense, specifically, the first start of the range hood after leaving the factory can be performed, the first start operation after the user restores the factory setting to the range hood can also be performed, and the control scheme of the range hood when the range hood is first started in this embodiment can be adopted to perform the operation of adjusting the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate 30.
As described in the above embodiments, when the control device 10 receives the opening and closing angle setting instruction sent by the user within the preset time period, that is, when the user has a need to adjust the opening and closing angle, the selection operation of the adjustment mode is further performed.
It will be appreciated that the manner in which the control device 10 receives the mode selection signal is not exclusive. In one embodiment, the control device 10 includes a controller and a touch display screen, the controller is connected to the touch display screen, when the controller of the control device 10 determines that the user needs to set the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate, different adjustment modes are displayed on the touch display screen, and at this time, the user selects a corresponding adjustment mode on the touch display screen according to the user's own needs, that is, the user receives the mode selection signal.
It should be noted that, in another embodiment, a voice input device may be further provided for the range hood, and when a user needs to set the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide 30, a mode selection signal may be further input through the voice input device, and then the adjustment mode selected by the user is analyzed and obtained through the control device 10.
After the adjustment mode required by the user is obtained through matching, the control device 10 starts corresponding adjustment operation according to a pre-stored relevant program of the adjustment mode, so as to set the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate 30 to a required size.
It is understood that the adjustment mode is not exclusive, and in one embodiment, the angle data may be directly selected from a preset angle database, and the opening and closing angle of the smoke deflector is directly adjusted to the size. In another embodiment, the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate can be manually adjusted by a user until the opening and closing angle meets the requirements of the user. In other embodiments, the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate can be adaptively adjusted by combining the height of the user, so as to match the height of the user using the range hood.
It should be noted that the operation of adjusting the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide is performed by an angle adjusting means 20, such as a motor or the like. When the control device 10 adjusts the smoke guide plate 30 according to the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate, the adjustment can be realized by only controlling the corresponding angle adjusting device 20 to operate. It will be appreciated that the type of angle adjustment device 20 is not exclusive and in one embodiment may be implemented using a motor. After the control device 10 obtains the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate, the angle of the smoke guide plate 30 to be adjusted is converted into the motor operation time, and the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate can be adjusted to a corresponding size only by controlling the motor operation time.
Referring to fig. 12, in an embodiment, the range hood control system further includes a height measuring device 60, the height measuring device 60 is disposed on the range hood (not shown), and the height measuring device 60 is connected to the control device 10.
Specifically, please refer to fig. 5 in combination, the height of the user is detected and transmitted by a height measuring device 60 disposed on the range hood; the preset height database stores angle data of the opening and closing angles of the smoke guide plates required by different user heights. In this embodiment, the range hood is further provided with a height measuring device 60 for measuring the height of the user, the height measuring device is arranged on the range hood and connected with the control device 10, and after the automatic adjusting signal sent by the control device 10, the height of the user using the range hood at present is further measured according to the height measuring device 60. Then match the angle data of required smoke deflector angle that opens and shuts under the current user's height according to presetting the height database to whether further analysis judges the smoke deflector angle that opens and shuts and satisfies the user's demand, utilize angle adjusting device 20 to adjust the smoke deflector angle that opens and shuts to corresponding size when the angle data that obtains matches satisfies the user's demand, accomplish the regulation operation of smoke deflector angle that opens and shuts.
It should be noted that the manner of determining whether the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate meets the user's requirement by the control device 10 is not exclusive, and in one embodiment, the control device 10 may display the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate obtained by matching and prompt the user to perform analysis and judgment. If the user considers the angle data to be suitable, a signal indicating that the angle data meets the user's requirements is fed back to the control device 10, which indicates that the angle data meets the user's requirements. And when the user feeds back the signal that the angle data does not meet the user requirement, the angle data does not meet the user requirement.
It will be appreciated that the type of height measuring device 60 is not exclusive and in one embodiment may be implemented by an infrared detection device, which analyzes the emitted signal to the user and the reflected signal reflected by the user, i.e. the height of the user using the range hood at present is obtained by analysis.
Above-mentioned lampblack absorber control system, when the lampblack absorber starts for the first time, if the user has the demand that the angle setting opened and shut to the smoke deflector of lampblack absorber, then can get into the different smoke deflector angle mode of adjustment that opens and shuts according to the different mode select signal that the user sent, and then can open and shut the angle setting up to the required angle size of user with the smoke deflector. A range hood comprises the range hood control system.
Specifically, the lampblack absorber control system is as shown in each of the above embodiments, and the lampblack absorber is provided with the smoke guide plate in this embodiment, and specifically, the smoke guide plate can be arranged on the surface of the lampblack absorber on the side where smoke is collected, so that the lampblack absorber can conveniently collect lampblack. The opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate is the included angle between the smoke guide plate and the surface of the range hood provided with the smoke guide plate. Referring to fig. 2, taking the side range hood as an example, the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate 30 is an included angle a between the smoke suction side surface of the range hood 40 and the smoke guide plate in the obliquely downward direction. The larger the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate is, the larger the vertical distance between one end of the smoke guide plate 30 far away from the range hood 40 and the cooking bench 50 (or the ground) is. In other embodiments, the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate can be adaptively adjusted by combining the height of the user, so as to match the height of the user using the range hood.
It should be noted that the operation of adjusting the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide is performed by an angle adjusting means 20, such as a motor or the like. When the control device 10 adjusts the smoke guide plate according to the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate, the adjustment can be realized by only controlling the corresponding angle adjusting device 20 to operate. Above-mentioned lampblack absorber, when the lampblack absorber starts for the first time, if the user has the demand that the angle set up opens and shuts to the smoke deflector of lampblack absorber, then can get into the different smoke deflector angle mode of opening and shutting according to the different mode select signal that the user sent, and then can open and shut the angle and set up the smoke deflector for the required angle size of user. Through above-mentioned scheme, when effectively improving the smoke exhaust efficiency of lampblack absorber, can also carry out individualized setting to the angle that opens and shuts of smoke deflector to the user of difference to satisfy different user's demands, thereby effectively improved the use reliability of lampblack absorber.

Claims (16)

1. A range hood control method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when the range hood is started for the first time, judging whether the opening and closing angle of a smoke guide plate of the range hood needs to be set or not;
when the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate needs to be set, a mode selection signal is obtained;
and setting the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate according to the mode selection signal matched with the corresponding adjusting mode and controlling the range hood to start and operate.
2. The range hood control method according to claim 1, wherein after the step of judging whether the opening and closing angle of the smoke guide plate of the range hood needs to be set when the range hood is started for the first time, the method further comprises:
