Abstract
The invention relates to a transverse supporting assembly of container equipment, which comprises a support, a pull rod assembly and an adjusting assembly, wherein the support is fixedly connected with the support; the support is hinged with the pull rod assembly; the adjusting assembly adjusts the distance between the two supports by adjusting the distance between the two pull rod assemblies; the two supports are respectively connected to the container equipment and the wall body. The invention has the following beneficial effects: the support is hinged with the pull rod assembly, so that the supporting force originally mainly concentrated at the joint of the container equipment is dispersed, and the bearing force of the whole container equipment is uniform; the length of the transverse support can be adjusted through the adjusting assembly, so that the supporting force between the transverse support assemblies on the circumferential direction of the container equipment can be balanced; simple structure, convenient on-the-spot installation is arranged.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of machinery, and particularly relates to a transverse supporting assembly of container equipment.
Background
For the container equipment with larger major diameter, a support part at the bottom of the equipment is generally attached to a concrete foundation and fixed through foundation bolts or welding. But is subject to sloshing when the container equipment is subjected to vibratory impacts, resulting in failure or destruction of the equipment. Therefore, the supporting members are generally arranged on the circumferential direction of the container device to improve the rigidity and strength of the container device, so as to avoid the damage and failure of the container device caused by shaking.
The container equipment usually adopts a horizontal support rod as a transverse support member, the support rod member is generally a steel pipe or an I-shaped steel section bar and the like, one end of the support rod member is welded or bolted with a base plate on the container equipment, and the other end of the support rod member is fixed with a support surface. When the horizontal supporting rods are adopted for connection, supporting force is mainly concentrated at the connection part of the container equipment, so that the bearing force of the whole container equipment is uneven, and meanwhile, the length of each horizontal supporting rod can not be adjusted generally when the container equipment is installed on site.

The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and examples.
As shown in FIG. 2, the invention discloses a lateral support assembly of a container device, which comprises a support 3, a pull rod assembly 5 and an adjusting assembly; the support 3 is hinged with the pull rod assembly 5; the hinge pin 4 is convenient to disassemble and assemble in a hinged mode, and the installation and the fixation on site are convenient. The adjusting assembly adjusts the distance between the two supports 3 by adjusting the distance between the two pull rod assemblies 5; the two supports 3 are respectively connected to the container device and the wall. As shown in fig. 1, the lateral support assemblies are evenly arranged around the circumference of the container apparatus to achieve lateral support of the container apparatus.
The pull rod assembly 5 comprises a connector 5-1, a connecting pipe 5-2 and a threaded section 5-3; the connector 5-1 and the threaded section 5-3 are respectively arranged at two ends of the connecting pipe 5-2; the connector 5-1 is hinged with the support 3, and the thread section 5-3 is provided with a thread matched with the adjusting component. The length of the connecting pipe 5-2 can be adjusted according to the actual supporting distance requirement, and the thread length of the thread section 5-3 can also be adjusted according to the supporting force. The connecting plate 3-2 is connected with a connector 5-1 of the pull rod assembly 5 through a pin shaft 4, and is fixed and limited through a pin 8, so that the field installation and connection are facilitated.
The adjustment assembly comprises a threaded rod 6; two ends of the threaded rod 6 are respectively provided with reverse threads to be matched with different pull rod assemblies 5 at the same time; the distance between the two pull rod assemblies 5 can be adjusted when the threaded rod 6 rotates. An adjusting nut 6-1 is further arranged between the two sections of reverse threads of the threaded rod 6, and the adjusting nut 6-1 and the threaded rod 6 do not rotate relatively. And the threaded rod 6 is also provided with a locking nut 7 matched with the threaded section 5-3.
In the embodiment, the threaded rod 6 consists of an adjusting nut 6-1 arranged close to the middle part and reverse threaded sections 6-2 at two ends, and reverse threads are processed on the surfaces of the two reverse threaded sections 6-2, so that the threaded rod can be connected with the threaded sections 5-3 of the pull rod assemblies 5 arranged at two ends. Meanwhile, the whole transverse supporting rod can be fastened and loosened by adjusting the adjusting nut 6-1 on the threaded rod 6. For the connection of the adjusted screw rod 6-2 and the threaded section 5-3, the supporting strength of the threaded rod 6 can be improved by tightening the locking nut 7.
The support 3 comprises a base plate 3-1 and a connecting plate 3-2; the connecting plate 3-2 is connected with an equipment container or a wall body 10 through the backing plate 3-1. In this embodiment, the connecting plate 3-2 is connected with the hoop 2 of the equipment container or the embedded plate 9 in the wall 10 through the backing plate 3-1.
The hoops 2 on the equipment container make the supporting force of the transverse supporting component on the container barrel 1 uniform. The hoop 2 comprises a hoop cylinder body 2-1, a hoop plate 2-2 and a rib plate 2-3; the embracing cylinder 2-1 is fixedly connected with the cylinder of the container equipment, and two ends of the embracing cylinder are provided with the annular plates 2-2; the rib plates 2-3 are arranged between the ring plates 2-2; the connecting plate 3-2 is connected with the embracing cylinder 2-1. The arrangement of the ring plate 2-2 and the rib plate 2-3 can further improve the strength and the rigidity.
Specifically, the embracing cylinder 2-1 surrounds the container cylinder 1, and the strength and the rigidity of the whole embracing ring 2 are improved by welding a embracing plate 2-2 and a rib plate 2-3 on the embracing cylinder 2-1. The outer side of the embracing ring 2 is welded with a backing plate 3-1 of the support 3, and a connecting plate 3-2 of the support 3 is connected with a peripheral pull rod assembly 5, a threaded rod 6, the support 3 and an embedded plate 9 embedded on a wall body 10 to form a transverse supporting rod so as to realize transverse supporting of the container barrel 1.
The support 3 is hinged with the pull rod assembly 5, so that the support force originally mainly concentrated at the joint of the container equipment is dispersed, and the bearing force of the whole container equipment is uniform; the length of the transverse support can be adjusted through the adjusting assembly, so that the supporting force between the transverse support assemblies on the circumferential direction of the container equipment can be balanced; simple structure, convenient on-the-spot installation is arranged.

Claims (6)
1. A lateral support assembly of a container apparatus, comprising a support, a tie rod assembly and an adjustment assembly; the support is hinged with the pull rod assembly; the adjusting assembly adjusts the distance between the two supports by adjusting the distance between the two pull rod assemblies; the two supports are respectively connected to the container equipment and the wall body;
the pull rod assembly comprises a connector, a connecting pipe and a threaded section; the connector and the thread section are respectively arranged at two ends of the connecting pipe; the connector is hinged with the support, and a thread matched with the adjusting component is arranged on the thread section;
the transverse supporting assemblies are uniformly arranged in the circumferential direction of the container equipment;
the adjustment assembly comprises a threaded rod; two ends of the threaded rod are respectively provided with reverse threads to be matched with different pull rod assemblies; the distance between two pull rod assemblies can be adjusted when the threaded rod rotates.
2. The lateral support assembly of claim 1, wherein an adjustment nut is disposed between opposing threads of the threaded rod and is non-rotatable relative to the threaded rod.
3. The lateral support assembly of claim 1, wherein the threaded rod is further provided with a locking nut that engages the threaded section.
4. The lateral support assembly of a container apparatus of claim 1, wherein the support includes a bolster plate and a web plate; the connecting plate is connected with the equipment container or the wall body through the backing plate.
5. The lateral support assembly of claim 4, wherein the connection plate is connected to a hoop of the equipment container or a pre-buried plate in a wall body through the tie plate.
6. The lateral support assembly of a container apparatus of claim 5, wherein the bail comprises a bail barrel, a bail plate, and a web; the embracing cylinder body is fixedly connected with the cylinder body of the container equipment, and two ends of the embracing cylinder body are provided with ring plates; the rib plates are arranged between the ring plates; the connecting plate is connected with the embracing cylinder body.
