Abstract

A one-way valve comprises a valve shell and a valve core assembly, wherein the valve core assembly is arranged in the valve shell and can enable water to flow from a hot water end to a cold water end in a one-way mode; the valve is characterized in that a negative pressure chamber is arranged in the cold water end, a film is hermetically arranged on an end opening of the negative pressure chamber, a support is arranged in the valve shell and can be arranged at the cold water end back and forth, one end of the support is connected with the film, and the other end of the support can be matched with a one-way valve core of the valve core assembly to limit the opening of the one-way valve core; when the negative pressure chamber generates negative pressure, the leather membrane drives the bracket to move, and the other end of the bracket limits the opening of the one-way valve core. After cold water is started, the one-way valve core is blocked by the support and is always in a closed state, so that the water heater can not be started when only cold water is used, and the user trouble is reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a water valve applied to a pipeline of a gas water heater, and also relates to the gas water heater.
Background
When a common gas water heater is used, cold water in an original pipeline needs to be discharged to discharge hot water, a water heater manufacturer has provided a circulating water heater for solving the problem at present, the principle of the circulating water heater is that a circulating pump is arranged in the water heater to preheat water in a household pipeline of a user before the water is extracted, and therefore the cold water can flow out after being heated, and waste is avoided.
The structure of the circulating water heater is shown in figure 1, the water heater is connected with a cold water pipe 4a and a hot water pipe 3a, the cold water pipe 3a and the hot water pipe 3a form a one-way circulating water path through a one-way valve 6a, the cold water pipe 3a is connected with a water inlet pipe 2a, a plurality of water taps 5a are arranged between the cold water pipe 4a and the hot water pipe 3a in parallel, and each water tap 5a is respectively provided with a cold water outlet and a hot water outlet. The structure utilizes the original cold and hot water pipes of the user family, and adds a check valve to form a circulating system, the system has low cost, and the pipeline which is installed by the user family is not required to be transformed.
However, the circulation water heater has a problem that when the farthest water tap is opened to open the cold water outlet end, part of water may pass through the water heater and then flow out from the cold water tap through the one-way valve, and when the flow of the cold water flowing through the water heater is large, the water heater is started, which causes trouble to users.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention provides a check valve that is always in a blocking state when the cold water outlet end is opened, in order to solve the technical problem mentioned above.

the cold water outlet is at least provided with an inlet section, a reducing section and an expanding section which are sequentially connected, the inner diameter of the inlet section to the reducing section is gradually reduced, the inner diameter of the reducing section to the expanding section is gradually enlarged, and the negative pressure chamber and the reducing section are provided with connecting channels so that the negative pressure chamber is communicated with the cold water outlet;
when the negative pressure chamber generates negative pressure, the leather membrane drives the bracket to move, and the other end of the bracket limits the opening of the one-way valve core.
Furthermore, the front end of the one-way valve core extends to be provided with an extension rod, and correspondingly, the other end of the bracket is provided with a blocking part which is abutted and matched with the extension rod to limit the one-way valve core to move continuously.
In order to ensure that the support moves back and forth stably and does not move, the inner wall of the valve shell is provided with a guide groove, and correspondingly, the other end of the support is provided with a guide part which is in guide fit with the guide groove.
In consideration of the convenience of manufacture, the valve casing is positioned at the cold water end and is provided with a port, a sealing sleeve is arranged on the port, the involucra is arranged between the sealing sleeve and the outer wall of the valve casing, and the inner space of the sealing sleeve forms a negative pressure chamber. As shown in fig. 1, the gas water heater in this embodiment includes a water heater main body 1b, a cold water pipe 4b, a hot water pipe 3b, a water inlet pipe, and a plurality of water taps 5b disposed between the cold water pipe 4b and the hot water pipe 3b, one end of the cold water pipe 4b is connected to a cold water inlet end of the water heater main body 1b, one end of the hot water pipe 3b is connected to a hot water outlet end of the water heater main body 1b, the cold water pipe 4b and the hot water pipe 3b form a one-way circulation water path through a one-way valve 4b, a cold water inlet 14 of the one-way valve 4b is connected to the cold water pipe 4b, a hot water inlet 12 is connected to the hot water pipe 3b, a hot water outlet 11 is connected to the hot water outlet end of the water taps.
As shown in fig. 3, the check valve 10 in the present embodiment includes a valve housing 1, a valve core assembly 5, a membrane 3, and a bracket 2. The valve housing 1 has a cold water end and a hot water end formed at both ends thereof, the cold water end having a cold water inlet 14 and a cold water outlet 13, and the hot water end having a hot water inlet 12 and a hot water outlet 11.
The valve core assembly 5 is arranged in the valve shell 1 and positioned between the hot water end and the cold water end, and the valve core assembly 5 can enable water to flow from the hot water end to the cold water end in a one-way mode; the valve core assembly 5 in this embodiment includes a valve seat 52, a one-way valve core 51 and a return spring 53, the valve seat 52 is disposed in the valve housing 1 through a snap spring 54, and an axial hole is formed in the middle of the valve seat 52, one end of the one-way valve core 51 is movably disposed in the axial hole of the valve seat 52 back and forth, an extension rod 54 is extended from the front end of the one-way valve core 51, and the other end of the one-way valve core is matched with a tapered opening in the valve housing; the return spring 53 is fitted over the check valve 51, and has one end abutting against the valve seat 52 and the other end abutting against the back surface of the one end of the check valve 51.
The cold water end is provided with a negative pressure chamber 41, the port of the negative pressure chamber 41 is hermetically provided with a coating 3, the valve casing 1 is provided with a port at the cold water end, the port is provided with a sealing sleeve 41, the coating 3 is arranged between the sealing sleeve 41 and the outer wall of the valve casing 1, and the inner space of the sealing sleeve 41 forms the negative pressure chamber 41.
A bracket 2 is arranged in the valve casing 1 at the cold water end in a reciprocating manner, one end of the bracket 2 is connected with the membrane 3, and the other end of the bracket 2 is provided with a blocking part 21 which is matched with the extension rod 54 in an abutting manner to limit the one-way valve core 51 to move continuously.
The cold water outlet 13 is provided with an inlet section 131, a necking section 132 and a flaring section 133 which are connected in sequence, the inner diameters of the inlet section 131 to the necking section 132 are gradually reduced, the inner diameters of the necking section 132 to the flaring section 133 are gradually enlarged, and the negative pressure chamber 41 and the necking section 132 are provided with a connecting channel 134 so that the negative pressure chamber 41 is communicated with the cold water outlet 13;
when the negative pressure chamber 41 generates negative pressure, the skin 3 drives the bracket 2 to move, and the other end of the bracket 2 limits the opening of the one-way valve core 51.
The inner wall of the valve casing 1 is provided with a guide groove 15, and the other end of the bracket 2 is provided with a guide part 22 which is matched with the guide groove 15 in a guiding way.
After cold water is opened, the cold water outlet 13 has a venturi effect due to the existence of the inlet section 131, the necking section 132 and the flaring section 133, so that negative pressure is generated, the negative pressure chamber 41 communicated with the cold water outlet also generates certain negative pressure, the skin 3 swings upwards to drive the support 2 to move upwards, the baffle part 21 of the support 2 limits the extension rod 54 of the one-way valve core to extend out, as shown in fig. 4, the one-way valve 10 is closed, so that when only cold water is used, partial water is prevented from passing through the water heater, and the water heater can be prevented from being started, so that the user trouble is reduced.

A valve housing (1) having a cold water end and a hot water end at opposite ends thereof, the cold water end having a cold water inlet (14) and a cold water outlet (13), and the hot water end having a hot water inlet (12) and a hot water outlet (11);
the valve core assembly (5) is arranged in the valve shell (1) and positioned between the hot water end and the cold water end, and the valve core assembly (5) can enable water to flow from the hot water end to the cold water end in a one-way mode;
it is characterized in that a negative pressure chamber (41) is arranged in the cold water end, a coating (3) is hermetically arranged on the port of the negative pressure chamber (41),
a support (2) is arranged in the valve casing (1) at the cold water end back and forth, one end of the support (2) is connected with the membrane (3), and the other end of the support can be matched with a one-way valve core (51) of the valve core assembly (5) to limit the opening of the one-way valve core (51);

A non-return valve according to claim 3, characterized in that the valve housing (1) has a port at the cold water end, which port is provided with a sealing sleeve (41), and the membrane (3) is provided between the sealing sleeve (41) and the outer wall of the valve housing (1), the inner space of the sealing sleeve (41) forming a negative pressure chamber (41).
