Abstract
The invention provides a hoop and a fish detector transducer, which comprises an opening piece and a fastening piece; the opening part comprises a thin-wall circular ring (1), and the thin-wall circular ring (1) is provided with an opening (2); the fastener comprises a first connecting piece (3) and a second connecting piece (4), the first connecting piece (3) is arranged at one end of the opening (2) on the thin-wall circular ring (1), and the second connecting piece (4) is arranged at the other end of the opening (2) on the thin-wall circular ring (1); the first connecting piece (3) and the second connecting piece (4) can be connected in a fastening mode so that the opening (2) of the thin-wall circular ring (1) is closed. The hoop provided by the invention is provided with the first connecting piece (3) and the second connecting piece (4) which can be tightly connected, so that the diameter of the thin-wall ring (1) can be reduced, a polyurethane coating layer (5) of a fish detector transducer is further compressed, and the watertight performance of the joint of the polyurethane coating layer (5) and the metal flange (6) is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water tightness, in particular to a hoop and a fishing detector transducer.
Background
Most of the traditional transducer watertight coating materials in China are rubber or polyurethane materials, the water permeability of the rubber serving as the coating material is superior to that of the polyurethane coating, but in transducers with larger sizes such as a fish detector and the like, the rubber vulcanization process is difficult and is often less in use, so that how to improve the watertight reliability of the polyurethane coating material is particularly important.
When the energy converter is used in engineering, water permeates into energy converter components through the polyurethane coating layer to cause the failure of the energy converter generally through two paths, wherein the first path is direct permeation, the second path is permeation through the joint of the polyurethane coating layer and the metal flange, and the probability of permeation of the energy converter through the joint of the polyurethane coating layer and the metal flange in a seawater high-pressure environment is far greater than that of the direct permeation. Research and demonstration show that under the actual working condition of seawater, a packaging interface is under the action of high hydrostatic pressure, materials on two sides generate certain shearing force due to different deformation, hydrolysis or other actions can cause the failure or degradation of a coupling agent between a polyurethane coating layer and a metal flange, and when the bonding strength of a material on the interface is reduced to be insufficient to resist the shearing force, packaging leakage failure can occur. The invention adds the polyurethane coating layer at the compression joint to achieve the aim of improving the reliability.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the hoop.
The hoop comprises an opening piece and a fastener;
the opening piece comprises a thin-wall circular ring, and an opening is formed in the thin-wall circular ring;
the fastener comprises a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece, the first connecting piece is arranged at one end of the opening on the thin-wall circular ring, and the second connecting piece is arranged at the other end of the opening on the thin-wall circular ring;
the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece can be firmly connected so that the opening of the thin-wall circular ring is closed.
Preferably, the first connecting piece protrudes from one end of the thin-wall ring in the circumferential direction, and the protruding structure of the first connecting piece is arranged above the opening;
the convex structure of the thin-wall circular ring protrudes out of the second connecting piece in the circumferential direction;
when the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are fixedly connected, the protruding structure of the first connecting piece is positioned above the protruding structure of the thin-wall circular ring, and the bottom surface of the protruding structure of the first connecting piece is tightly attached to the top surface of the protruding structure of the thin-wall circular ring.
Preferably, the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are connected by screw fastening.
Preferably, the wall thickness of the thin-wall circular ring is 2-3 mm.
Preferably, when the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are not connected, the distance between two ends of the opening is 2-3 mm.
Preferably, the distance between the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece is 5mm when the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are not connected.
Preferably, the corners of the thin-walled ring, the first connecting member and the second connecting member are provided with chamfers.
Preferably, the anchor ear is stress-relieved.
Preferably, the thin-wall circular ring, the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are made of industrial pure titanium TA2 material.
The invention also provides a fishing detector transducer.
According to the fish detector transducer provided by the invention, the hoop is installed, and the hoop is tightly connected with the metal flange of the fish detector transducer through the polyurethane coating layer of the fish detector transducer.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the diameter of the thin-wall circular ring can be reduced by arranging the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece which can be tightly connected, the reduced thin-wall circular ring can compress a polyurethane coating layer of the energy converter of the fish detector, and the watertight performance of the joint of the polyurethane coating layer and the metal flange is improved;
2. the chamfering is arranged on the corners of the hoop, so that the hoop has no edges and corners, and the polyurethane coating layer is prevented from being damaged;
3. the anchor ear is made of industrial pure titanium TA2 material, so that the corrosion resistance of the anchor ear is improved.

The fastener comprises a first connecting piece 3 and a second connecting piece 4, the thickness of the first connecting piece 3 and the second connecting piece 4 is 12mm, and the width of the first connecting piece 3 and the second connecting piece 4 is 30 mm; the first connecting piece 3 is arranged at one end of the opening 2 on the thin-wall circular ring 1, the first connecting piece 3 protrudes out of one end of the thin-wall circular ring 1 in the circumferential direction, and the protruding structure of the first connecting piece 3 is arranged above the opening 2; the second connecting piece 4 is arranged at the other end of the opening 2 on the thin-wall circular ring 1, and the protruding structure of the thin-wall circular ring 1 protrudes out of the second connecting piece 4 in the circumferential direction; the first connecting piece 3 and the second connecting piece 4 can be tightly connected through the screw 7 to close the opening 2 of the thin-wall circular ring 1, when the first connecting piece 3 and the second connecting piece 4 are tightly connected, the first connecting piece 3 and the second connecting piece 4 are tightly attached, the protruding structure of the first connecting piece 3 is positioned above the protruding structure of the thin-wall circular ring 1, and the bottom surface of the protruding structure of the first connecting piece 3 is tightly attached to the top surface of the protruding structure of the thin-wall circular ring 1; preferably, the screw 7 is an M4 screw.
The thin-wall circular ring 1, the first connecting piece 3 and the second connecting piece 4 are made of industrial pure titanium TA2 material; the method is characterized in that an industrial pure titanium TA2 plate with the thickness of 20mm is adopted, the material has good ductility, after the first rough machining forming, a machining tool clamps and fixes the hoop and carries out stress relief treatment, and preferably, heat treatment is carried out to relieve stress; and flaw detection is carried out on the hoop after the completion, so that the crack-free hoop is ensured.

Fig. 2-4 are schematic diagrams of the energy converter of the fish detector provided by the invention, the anchor ear is arranged on the energy converter of the fish detector provided by the invention, when the energy converter is installed, the anchor ear is sleeved outside the polyurethane coating layer 5 and the metal flange 6 of the energy converter of the fish detector, then the screw 7 is tightened, the thin-wall ring 1 of the anchor ear is tightened, and the anchor ear is tightly connected with the metal flange 6 of the energy converter of the fish detector through the polyurethane coating layer 5 of the energy converter of the fish detector, so that the circumference of the joint of the polyurethane coating layer 5 and the metal flange 6 of the energy converter of the fish detector is sealed.
The hoop is made of the industrial pure titanium TA2, the impurity content of the industrial pure titanium TA2 is more than that of chemical pure titanium, so the hoop has higher strength and hardness, the mechanical property and the chemical property of the hoop are similar to those of stainless steel, the hoop has good plasticity and ductility, can be cut and processed, has good corrosion resistance, and is superior to austenitic stainless steel in oxidation resistance. The corrosion resistance of the material meets the requirement of long-term operation of the seabed.
The thickness of the conventional polyurethane coating layer 5 encapsulated at the metal flange 6 of the energy converter of the fishing detector is calculated according to 10mm, when the hoop is completely tightened, the diameter of the polyurethane coating layer 5 is reduced by about 1mm, namely, a single layer is 0.5mm, the compression amount is 5 percent, and the polyurethane coating layer 5 is in the safe compression range of the polyurethane coating layer 5; meanwhile, the thickness of the thin-wall circular ring 1 is 16mm, which is equivalent to the situation that the polyurethane coating 5 is completely compressed on a path of 16mm, and at the moment, the polyurethane coating 5 can better prevent water from entering the inside of the energy converter of the fishing detector as a stuffing box.
The invention improves the watertight reliability of the fishing detector transducer working in seawater for a long time and prolongs the service life of the fishing detector transducer; the hoop is made of an industrial pure titanium TA2 material, and the corrosion resistance of the industrial pure titanium TA2 material is superior to that of the traditional material stainless steel; in addition, compared with rubber vulcanization and metal shell fishing detector, the invention has the advantages of low process difficulty, small weight, light weight and convenient installation and maintenance.
