The working principle is as follows: before use, the device is powered on, then the fixing frame 1 and the mounting frame at the top of a factory building are fixedly mounted through the fixing bolts, and then a plurality of groups of large fan blades are fixedly mounted on the mounting block on the outer side of the mounting cover 3; when the device is used, the outer rotor 16 and the permanent magnet 15 are forced to rotate around the mounting rod 6 by the cooperation of the permanent magnet 15, the inner stator iron core 18, the excitation winding 19 and the circuit board 20, the mounting cover 3 is driven to rotate along with the top of the outer rotor 16 by the fixed connection of the threaded rod 7 and the first nut 4, the mounting cover 3 is driven to rotate along with the mounting rod, the mounting cover 3 and the second mounting rack 8 are driven to rotate, the fan blades 11 are clamped into the clamping groove 25, so that the multiple groups of fan blades 11 are forced to rotate along with the mounting cover, the multiple groups of fan blades 11 play a role of a fan, outside air is blown into the outer rotor 16 to blow components inside the outer rotor 16 for cooling, the second filter screen 12 filters the air entering the outer rotor 16 to prevent outside dust from entering the outer rotor 16 to influence the normal use of the device, and when the air entering the outer rotor 16 is blown for cooling, one part of the air with the temperature flows out to the external environment through the vent hole 14, and the other part of the air with the temperature flows into the external environment from the bottom of the outer rotor 16 after passing through the arc-shaped through hole 17; when the outer rotor motor of the industrial large ceiling fan is not used, external dust is prevented from entering the inner part of the outer rotor 16 through the vent hole 14 due to the blocking of the first filter screen 501 and the first mounting frame 502; when the first filter mesh 501 and the second filter mesh 12 need to be detached for cleaning, the base 504, together with the first filter mesh 501 and the first mounting frame 502, can be detached from the mounting rod 6 by unscrewing the second nut 503, then the first filter mesh 501 can be cleaned, then the hand-pulling plate 264 is manually pulled to force the insert block 262 to leave the inside of the slot 261, then the two sets of the second mounting frames 8 can be detached from the inside of the mounting groove 13, then the two sets of the second mounting frames 8 can be separated, so that the splicing block 27 can leave the inside of the splicing groove 28, thereby separating the two sets of the second mounting frames 8 and then being detached from the outside of the mounting rod 6, then the first nut 4 can be unscrewed to separate the mounting cover 3 and the outer rotor 16, then the mounting rod 6 and the components on the inner stator frame 22 can be detached from the inside of the outer rotor 16, then the third nut 24 can be unscrewed to detach the components on the inner stator frame 22 from the mounting rod 6, the circuit board 20 is then removed from the mounting rod 6, thereby completely disassembling the entire industrial ceiling fan outer rotor motor and cleaning the interior thereof.
