本发明主要涉及建筑门窗技术领域，具体是一种单轨推拉外平开金刚网一体窗。
背景技术
门窗即门与窗，门窗是建筑物围护结构系统中重要的组成部分，是所有建筑物的必备组件之一。今年来，随着国家房地产行业的快速发展，人们对门窗的需求也越来越高。传统的普通尼龙纱网长期置于窗外的结构，经过长时间的风吹日晒，纱网没几年就需要进行更换，的使用寿命太短；同时尼龙纱网只有防蚊虫的功能，没有安全防护功能。金刚网一体窗就随着市场的需求逐步开启流行起来，其兼具了普通纱窗的防蚊虫的效果，还有一定的防护功能，减少不法分子入室偷盗的可能性，也可降低高层儿童坠落的风险；虽然现在市场上也存在金刚网一体推拉窗，但大多都是金刚网扇推拉的形式，密封效果不好，安全性较差，材料成本较高。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种单轨推拉外平开金刚网一体窗，本发明一侧采用单轨推拉窗，一侧为固定窗，金刚网外平开形式，开启方便且不占用室内空间，清洁、维护更加便捷，还有防护、防盗、防蚊虫的优点，可实现一侧推拉和金刚网同时向外开启，对于金刚网的清洁、维修、维护提供了极大的便利，同时固定框可以与边框进行螺钉连接；金刚网采用组角角码进行组角固定，再扣入压线，与金刚网组成一体，安装与拆卸方便。
本发明为实现上述目的，通过以下技术方案实现：
一种单轨推拉外平开金刚网一体窗，包括窗框、窗扇、金刚网窗扇、金刚网窗扇压线、勾企盖板、固定压线、带勾中梃、固定框、单轨上滑与单轨下滑，所述单轨边封包括第一连接铝型材、第一隔热条与第二连接铝型材，所述窗扇包括第三连接铝型材、第二隔热条与第四连接铝型材。
进一步的，所述第一连接铝型材上设有两条密封筋，所述第二连接铝型材上设有胶条槽口与第一五金槽口。
进一步的，所述金刚网窗扇的内部设有第二五金槽口、密封胶条槽口、角码固定腔体、金刚网槽口。
进一步的，所述单轨上滑包括第五连接铝型材、第三隔热条与第六连接铝型材；
进一步的，所述单轨下滑包括第七连接铝型材、第四隔热条与第八连接铝型材。

窗户在组装时，将边框1、单轨上滑9和单轨下滑10加工成直角后，并对单轨上滑9和单轨下滑10进行铣榫加工，用螺丝进行连接，组成方框，将窗扇2加工成45°用角码进行连接，勾企盖板5加工成直角后用螺丝与窗扇2进行连接；将金刚网扇3加工成45°角后采用角码进行连接，组成方框；将固定框8加工成45°角后采用角码进行连接，组成方框；将压线4根据所述长度加工成90°角；然后将固定框8通过螺钉与窗框1、连接；然后将金刚网扇3与固定框8、带勾中梃7、单轨上滑9、单轨下滑10采用合页进行连接，实现向外开启；本发明室内侧采用单轨推拉的形式，简洁美观，采光好，视野开阔，开启方便且不占用室内空间，而室外侧金刚网可有效起到防护、防盗、防蚊虫等作用，金刚网可向外开启，对于金刚网的清洁、维修、维护提供了极大的便利，也可为紧急情况下逃生提供方便通道。金刚网采用组角角码进行组角固定，再扣入压线，与金刚网组成一体，安装与拆卸方便。
