The invention provides an assembled sound-insulation flame-retardant composite veneer which comprises a veneer body, wherein the veneer body comprises a first veneer unit and a second veneer unit, a first connecting piece is arranged on one side of the first veneer unit, one end of the first connecting piece is inserted in the second veneer unit, a second connecting piece is arranged on one side of the second veneer unit, one end of the second connecting piece is inserted in the second veneer unit, the other end of the second connecting piece is inserted in the first veneer unit, and the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are fixedly connected through a plurality of bolts. The invention can effectively solve the problems of single function of the veneer and unstable connection between the veneers, thereby achieving the purpose of improving the construction efficiency.
