Description

Neutral enzyme-based cloth dyeing and polishing one-bath method
Technical Field
The invention relates to a dyeing and polishing process of cloth, in particular to a cloth dyeing and polishing one-bath method based on neutral ferment.
Background
In order to improve the fabric hand feeling of cotton fabrics, the prior cotton fabrics are usually required to be polished before a dyeing process, and the smoothness degree of the fabric surface is improved by an enzyme washing method. However, all the enzymes used in the existing enzyme washing process are acidic enzymes, namely, the pH value of the cloth is adjusted to be acidic by mixing the enzymes and glacial acetic acid; and because the conventional cloth needs to be dyed in a neutral or alkaline environment, the acid enzyme cannot be dyed in one bath with the cloth, so that the polishing process needs to be completed independently before the dyeing of the cotton fabric, and the polishing process generally needs to be completed within 2 hours, thereby reducing the production efficiency of the cotton fabric and increasing the production cost.
Although the method of polishing by using neutral enzyme can reduce the influence of dye on the coloring effect of the fabric compared with acid enzyme, the method can be finished in one bath with the dyeing process of cotton fabrics; however, the polishing effect is relatively poor, and the strong damage of the cotton fabric after polishing cannot achieve the polishing effect of the acid enzyme, so that the process requirement of manufacturers cannot be met. Therefore, the existing cloth polishing process cannot simultaneously have the characteristics of high treatment efficiency and good polishing effect.

thirdly, washing the product B after being cooled to normal temperature to obtain a product C;
fourthly, the pH value of the product C is adjusted to be neutral, and then the soaping auxiliary agent is added to obtain a product D;
fifthly, heating the product D to 90-100 ℃, and then preserving heat for inactivation to obtain a product E;
sixthly, cooling the product E to normal temperature, and then washing the product E with water to obtain the finished product cloth.
In the neutral enzyme-based cloth dyeing and polishing one-bath method, the product A is heated to 60 ℃ under the temperature rise condition of 1.5 ℃/min, and the heat preservation time of the product A is 60 minutes.

In the neutral enzyme-based cloth dyeing and polishing one-bath method, the total amount of soda ash added in the step (ii) is 15g/L, and the time interval of each addition is 10 min.
In the neutral enzyme-based cloth dyeing and polishing one-bath method, the enzyme additive includes 0.5-1% owf of enzyme and 40g/L of anhydrous sodium sulphate.
In the neutral ferment-based cloth dyeing and polishing one-bath method, the soaping assistant comprises 2g/L of soaping agent, 2g/L of chelating dispersant and 2g/L of glacial acetic acid.
In the neutral enzyme-based cloth dyeing and polishing one-bath method, in the fifth step, the product D is heated to 95 ℃ at a temperature of 1.5 ℃/min, and the heat preservation time of the product D is 20 minutes.
In the neutral enzyme-based cloth dyeing and polishing one-bath method, in the step (c), the temperature of the product E is first reduced to 60 ℃ at a temperature reduction condition of 2 ℃/min, and then the product E is cooled to normal temperature.
Compared with the prior art, the specific proportion of the enzyme auxiliary agent is readjusted, so that the polishing process and the dyeing process of the cloth can be finished in one bath, and compared with the prior art, the single enzyme washing process is reduced, and the treatment efficiency of the cloth is effectively improved; on the basis, the dyeing and polishing process for the cloth is further optimized, so that the polishing effect of the process on the cloth is effectively improved, the polishing effect generated by the enzyme auxiliary agent formed based on the neutral enzyme can reach the polishing effect of the existing acidic enzyme, the problem of low polishing effect of the neutral enzyme in the prior art is effectively solved, and the production requirement of manufacturers is met; through adding soda many times at cloth heat preservation in-process, can also effectively avoid the uneven problem of dyeing that the soda caused after directly throwing into, improve the dyeing degree of consistency of cloth. Therefore, the polishing device has the characteristics of high treatment efficiency and good polishing effect.
Detailed Description

fourthly, the pH value of the product C is adjusted to be neutral, and then the soaping auxiliary agent is added to obtain a product D;
fifthly, heating the product D to 90-100 ℃, and then preserving heat for inactivation to obtain a product E;
sixthly, cooling the product E to normal temperature, and then washing the product E with water to obtain the finished product cloth.
In the second step, the product A is heated to 60 ℃ under the temperature rising condition of 1.5 ℃/min, and the heat preservation time of the product A is 60 minutes.
And secondly, adding the product A into the soda ash for three times during heat preservation, wherein the soda ash is added for the first time, the soda ash is added for the second time, and the soda ash is added for the third time, wherein the soda ash accounts for 10%, 20% and 70% of the total amount of the soda ash is added for the second time.
In the second step, 1.5g/L of soda ash is added for the first time after the product A is kept warm for 5-10 min, 3g/L of soda ash is added for the second time after 10min, and 10.5g/L of soda ash is added for the third time after 10 min.
The ferment auxiliary agent comprises 0.5 percent of ferment (owf) and 40g/L of anhydrous sodium sulphate, or 1 percent of ferment (owf) and 40g/L of anhydrous sodium sulphate.

The proportion of the dye in the step I is as follows: EC-GC blue 0.5% (owf), 3BS Red 0.1% (owf) and HB yellow 0.5% (owf).
The working principle of the invention is as follows: according to the invention, through optimization of the enzyme auxiliary agent and the polishing and dyeing process, the polishing effect of the neutral enzyme on the cloth can be effectively improved, so that the cloth can reach the strong damage of the existing acidic enzyme under the independent polishing process. On the basis of the above effects, the polishing and washing process of the neutral ferment and the existing dyeing process are organically combined, so that the polishing and dyeing processes of the cloth can be finished in one bath, and the polishing and dyeing effects of the cloth can respectively meet the process requirements of manufacturers. Compared with the prior art, the invention can save the independent polishing process of the cloth, thereby effectively improving the production efficiency of the cloth and reducing the production cost.
Experimental example: in the present invention, 24 experimental groups were prepared from 40 × 40 (yarn count), 133 × 100 (warp/weft density) poplin and 60 × 60, 140 × 120 poplin. And polishing 24 experimental groups by four polishing processes respectively. Wherein the first and second polishing processes are conventional acid enzyme polishing processes, wherein the addition amounts of acid enzyme are 0.5% (owf) and 1% (owf), respectively; the third and fourth polishing processes are the dyeing and polishing one-bath method described in the examples, in which the neutral ferment is added in an amount of 0.5% (owf) and 1% (owf), respectively. Meanwhile, the polishing time (i.e. the high-temperature heat preservation time of the fabric after the enzyme is added) of each polishing process is controlled to be 1 hour, 2 hours and 4 hours respectively. And detecting the strong damage of the cloth after polishing. The results are shown in table 1:
