"first", "second", "third" and "fourth" do not denote any sequence relationship, but are merely used for convenience of description. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art. "Current" is the time at which an action is performed, multiple occurrences of which are recorded in real time over time.
The invention provides ironing equipment aiming at the problem that clothes ironed by the existing ironing machine are too wet.
Products, methods, and the like will be described in detail below with reference to basic designs, extended designs, and alternative designs.
An ironing device, as shown in fig. 1, comprises an ironing main body and a holding part, wherein the holding part is mounted on the ironing main body, a drying airflow channel and a steam channel are arranged in the ironing main body, the ironing main body is also provided with a steam outlet 2, an air inlet 10 and a drying airflow outlet 3, the drying airflow channel is used for communicating the air inlet 10 and the drying airflow outlet 3, and the steam channel is used for communicating the steam outlet 2; a drying air flow outlet 3 is arranged around the steam outlet 2.
The holding part 12 can be directly fixed and installed on the ironing main body, or can be a split structure, and the holding part 12 is installed on the ironing main body in a plugging, screwing, sleeving and other modes when in use.
In other embodiments, the holding portion 12 may be removably and fixedly connected to the ironing main body, and when the ironing main body is not used, the holding portion 12 and the ironing main body are in a folded position, for example, when the ironing main body is a specific integral structure, an axial direction of the holding portion 12 is substantially parallel to an axial direction of the ironing main body, and when the ironing main body is used, the holding portion 12 is folded by 90 degrees, and the axial direction of the holding portion 12 and the axial direction of the ironing main body form an included angle of substantially 90 degrees. The grip 12 and the ironing main body remain fixed in position in both states. If the ironing main body is a separate structure, the holding part 12 maintains a folded relationship and an unfolded relationship with a partial structure of the ironing main body to which the holding part 12 is mounted.
The grip 12 can be a part intended only for gripping, but it is of course also possible to load parts of the ironing body, such as power supply structures (batteries or capacitors, etc.), a water reservoir, etc.
The drying airflow channel is used for conveying drying airflow to the drying airflow outlet. The channel may have a specific channel housing or may be assisted by a housing of the ironing body. Similarly, the steam channel is used for delivering steam, and the channel can be provided with a separate channel shell or can be provided with the help of a shell of the ironing main body. It should be noted, however, that since two air paths pass through the ironing main body, the two air paths may not use the ironing main body housing at the same time, and the blocking walls may enclose respective air flow passages with the ironing main body housing. Of course in other embodiments, separate channel housings may be used for the two channels. In principle, any means that does not confuse the two air flows may be used and is within the scope of the present application.
The steam outlet 2 is used to discharge steam for ironing the laundry, and is communicated with the steam passage. The air inlet 10 is used for the air flow outside the ironing device to enter the ironing device, to be heated in the drying air flow channel and to be sent to the drying air flow outlet 3. The drying air flow outlet 3 is used for discharging heated air for drying the ironed clothes. The air inlet 10 and the drying airflow outlet 3 are respectively communicated with one end of the drying airflow channel.
The drying airflow outlet is arranged at the periphery of the steam outlet, and the periphery is a position close to the steam outlet 2 and can surround the whole periphery of the steam outlet 2 or a certain area of the whole periphery.
The drying air flow outlet 3 is a large hole in some embodiments, and is annular or arc-shaped.
The steam outlet 2 needs to be close to the laundry during ironing to promote sufficient contact of the steam with the laundry. The drying airflow outlet 3 is at a certain distance from the clothes, namely, a preset distance exists between the drying airflow outlet 3 and the steam outlet 2, so that on one hand, steam ironing is not interfered, and on the other hand, drying airflow can be blown to the clothes more sufficiently. The drying airflow outlet 3 can be provided with a flow guide structure, so that drying airflow is guided to the area of clothes as much as possible and is blown to the ironing area in time, and drying is carried out in time.
The drying air flow outlet 3 is arranged around the steam outlet 2 in the entire circumferential direction or in a partial position in the circumferential direction.
When the drying airflow outlet 3 surrounds the steam outlet 2 in the whole circumferential direction, the drying airflow outlets 3 are arranged on the periphery of the steam outlet 2 in the circumferential direction, drying airflow is released from the periphery at the same time, circumferential drying can be performed on ironing positions, drying is uniform, and the drying effect is obvious.
When the drying airflow outlets 3 are arranged around the steam outlets 2 at the circumferential local positions, the drying airflow outlets 3 can be circumferentially discontinuously arranged or circumferentially arranged in a certain area, and the like, and the drying airflow is discharged from a certain area or discharged at intervals in the circumferential direction, so that the drying at the ironing position can be achieved, and a better drying effect is achieved.
When the plurality of drying airflow outlets 3 completely surround the steam outlet 2, more than one drying airflow outlet 3 surrounds more than one ring, and the steam outlet 2 is located in the central area of the ring.
When the drying airflow outlet 3 is surrounded into a ring shape, the steam outlet 2 is positioned in the central area, the distances from the drying airflow outlet 3 to the steam outlet 2 are equal, and effective drying can be obtained from the edge to the center of an ironing position. And if the drying airflow outlet 3 encloses more than one concentric ring, the outer ring provides temperature supplement for the inner ring, so that the rapid drying from the edge to the center can be ensured, and the effect is more obvious.
The drying airflow outlets 3 are multiple, when the drying airflow outlets 3 partially surround the steam outlets 2, more than one drying airflow outlets 3 are distributed in an arc shape, and the steam outlets 2 are positioned in the arc-shaped central area.
The drying airflow outlets 3 are distributed in an arc shape around the steam outlets 2, drying airflow is dried from one area to the central area, ironing equipment can iron clothes at normal temperature along the opposite direction of the drying airflow outlets 3 relative to the steam outlets 2 during use, ironing steam irons the clothes at normal temperature, and after the ironing is moved, drying airflow is dried immediately, so that the use efficiency and energy consumption of the ironing steam can be reduced.
The drying airflow channel and the steam channel are independent from each other and respectively transmit corresponding steam/gas. The steam for ironing passes through the steam path and is discharged from the steam outlet 2 to iron the laundry.
In some embodiments, a steam generator 1 and a water pipe are arranged in the steam channel, the water outlet end of the water pipe is connected with a steam outlet 2 through the steam generator 1, and the steam generator 1 is used for heating water supplied by the water pipe to form steam. The water pipe can pass through the steam generator 1 or the water pipe to send water into the steam generator 1, and the water is heated into steam and then is conveyed to the steam outlet 2 to be discharged. The steam generator 1 is a heating device for providing heat.
It should be noted that in some embodiments the water duct feeds water into the steam generator 1, and the duct feeding steam discharged from the steam generator 1 to the steam outlet 2 may still be understood as a water duct, i.e. the water duct passing through the steam generator 1 comprises two parts, one part feeding water and the other part feeding steam. In other embodiments, the water pipe passes through the steam generator 1, the steam generator 1 supplies heat for heating water in the water pipe, the water in the water pipe is gradually converted into a steam state, and the water pipe is continuously conveyed to the steam outlet 2 and discharged.
The steam channel is also provided with a water storage device 8 and a water pump 5, the water inlet end of the water delivery pipeline extends into the water storage device, and the water pump is arranged on the water delivery pipeline. The water pipe is provided with a water pump 5, and the water pump 5 provides power for water flow. In some embodiments, the ironing apparatus is of a split type, such as a garment steamer, in which the water reservoir 8 and the water pump 5 are both in another configuration, which is independent of the configuration in which the grip is mounted, and the steam channel connects the two independent configurations in a water path. Of course, in other embodiments, the water reservoir 8, the water pump 5, the steam generator 1, etc. are all provided in one integral ironing body, which is fitted with a grip 12.

In order to dry the ironed clothes in multiple angles, it is preferable that the steam channel is located in an area enclosed by the drying airflow channel, and the steam outlet 2 is located in an area enclosed by the drying airflow outlet 3, so that the heat dissipation structure 9 is annular and is sleeved on the steam generator 1. The heat dissipation structure 9 is preferably a metal heat conduction block, and the heat dissipation structure 9 absorbs heat of the steam generator 1 from the circumferential direction by virtue of the characteristic of fast heat conduction of metal, and heats passing air.
The above-mentioned drying airflow outlet 3 may be provided with a diversion structure, which may be detachably contacted with the ironing main body, and the diversion structure may be a diversion cover or a diversion sheet, which diverts the airflow to the area of the clothes as much as possible, and blows the area through ironing in time, and performs low-temperature drying in time.
In other embodiments, the heat dissipation structure 9 may also use electric heating, such as an electric heating sheet, an electric heating rod, and the like.
To facilitate rapid flow of the drying air stream, air outside the ironing device is drawn into the ironing device, and in some embodiments, a blower assembly, selected from a fan 6 or blower, is disposed within the drying air stream path and is disposed in the air flow path between the air inlet 10 and the drying air stream outlet 3.
The setting position of fan subassembly has the multiple: such as: the air inlet 10 is arranged, air flow passes through the air inlet, and a fan arranged at the air inlet 10 can form negative pressure at the air inlet 10 in the ironing equipment to draw air into the ironing equipment. For another example: the fan is arranged at the drying airflow outlet 3 and can push out the hot air from the drying airflow outlet 3. For another example: the air inlet is arranged in the middle of a path between the air inlet and the drying airflow outlet so as to improve the airflow supplement of the drying airflow outlet of the air inlet.
In other embodiments, the housing of the steam channel at the steam generator may be provided with a heat shield 4 to reduce the loss of heat from the steam generator to the outside of the heat dissipating structure 9. The steam channel and the ironing air flow channel can be provided with a heat insulating layer at the positions which are not related to the heat conduction of the heat dissipation structure 9 and the steam generator 1, so as to reduce the heat dissipation and the energy loss.
In some embodiments, in order to simplify the volume of the ironing device as much as possible and improve the convenience of use, the ironing device may be a garment steamer, a small-sized ironing machine or a hand-held ironing machine when it is used in a household. When a garment steamer is used, the water reservoir can be arranged on the garment steamer base. The hand-held ironing machine comprises an ironing main body and a holding part.
