deacidifying: mixing the crude oil with the impurity removed and an alkaline buffer solution, stirring for 1.8h at 65 ℃, standing for 7h, and separating to obtain deacidified crude oil, wherein the addition amount of the alkaline buffer solution is 2.5% of the mass of the crude oil with the impurity removed, and the alkaline buffer solution is prepared from sodium carbonate;
and (3) antioxidant treatment: adding rosemary extract and natural VE into deacidified crude oil, and stirring well to obtain the final product.

The invention provides a preparation method of pricklyash seed oil, which comprises the following steps:
raw material treatment: cleaning, impurity removing and peeling the pepper seeds to obtain pepper seed kernels;
crushing: crushing the pepper seed kernels to obtain pepper seed powder, wherein the particle size of the pepper seed powder is 70-80 meshes;
and (3) extraction: extracting semen Zanthoxyli powder by subcritical extraction to obtain crude oil of semen Zanthoxyli, wherein in the extraction process, the extraction temperature is 65 deg.C, the extraction pressure is 0.4MPa, the extraction times are 4 times, each extraction time is 35min, and the extraction solvent is butane;
degumming: adding the degumming agent into the crude prickly ash seed oil, and stirring for 2.2h at 28 ℃ to carry out degumming, wherein the addition amount of the degumming agent is 4% of the mass of the crude prickly ash seed oil, and the degumming agent is prepared from sodium oxalate and citric acid;
freezing and impurity removal: freezing the degummed crude oil at-3 ℃, standing for 19h, and separating to remove impurities to obtain impurity-removed crude oil;
deacidifying: mixing the impurity-removed crude oil with an alkaline buffer solution, stirring for 2.4h at 45 ℃, standing for 6.5h, and separating to obtain deacidified crude oil, wherein the addition amount of the alkaline buffer solution is 2.5% of the mass of the impurity-removed crude oil, and the alkaline buffer solution is prepared from sodium carbonate and potassium carbonate;
and (3) antioxidant treatment: adding rosemary extract and natural VE into deacidified crude oil, and stirring well to obtain the final product.

raw material treatment: cleaning, impurity removing and peeling the pepper seeds to obtain pepper seed kernels;
crushing: crushing the pepper seed kernels to obtain pepper seed powder, wherein the particle size of the pepper seed powder is 55-70 meshes;
and (3) extraction: extracting semen Zanthoxyli powder by subcritical extraction to obtain crude oil of semen Zanthoxyli, wherein in the extraction process, the extraction temperature is 65 deg.C, the extraction pressure is 0.8MPa, the extraction times are 3 times, each extraction time is 20min, and the extraction solvent is butane;
degumming: adding the degumming agent into the crude prickly ash seed oil, and stirring for 1.5h at 20 ℃ to carry out degumming, wherein the addition amount of the degumming agent is 2% of the mass of the crude prickly ash seed oil, and the degumming agent is prepared from sodium oxalate and sodium citrate;
freezing and impurity removal: freezing the degummed crude oil at-7 ℃, standing for 13h, and separating to remove impurities to obtain impurity-removed crude oil;
deacidifying: mixing the crude oil with the impurity removed with an alkaline buffer solution, stirring for 2h at 60 ℃, standing for 7.5h, and separating to obtain deacidified crude oil, wherein the addition amount of the alkaline buffer solution is 4% of the mass of the crude oil with the impurity removed, and the alkaline buffer solution is prepared from potassium bicarbonate and potassium carbonate;
and (3) antioxidant treatment: adding natural VE into deacidified crude oil, and stirring to obtain the final product.

The invention provides a preparation method of pricklyash seed oil, which comprises the following steps:
raw material treatment: cleaning, impurity removing and peeling the pepper seeds to obtain pepper seed kernels;

and (3) extraction: extracting semen Zanthoxyli powder by subcritical extraction to obtain crude oil of semen Zanthoxyli, wherein in the extraction process, the extraction temperature is 50 deg.C, the extraction pressure is 0.5MPa, the extraction times are 3 times, each extraction time is 30min, and the extraction solvent is butane;
degumming: adding the degumming agent into the crude prickly ash seed oil, and stirring for 1.5h at 20 ℃ to carry out degumming, wherein the addition amount of the degumming agent is 2% of the mass of the crude prickly ash seed oil, and the degumming agent is prepared from sodium oxalate and sodium citrate;
freezing and impurity removal: freezing the degummed crude oil at-7 ℃, standing for 13h, and separating to remove impurities to obtain impurity-removed crude oil;
deacidifying: mixing the crude oil with the impurity removed with an alkaline buffer solution, stirring for 2.5h at 55 ℃, standing for 8h, and separating to obtain deacidified crude oil, wherein the addition amount of the alkaline buffer solution is 3% of the mass of the crude oil with the impurity removed, and the alkaline buffer solution is prepared from potassium bicarbonate and potassium carbonate;
and (3) antioxidant treatment: adding natural VE into deacidified crude oil, and stirring to obtain the final product.

Claims (10)
1. The preparation method of the prickly ash seed oil is characterized by comprising the following steps:
raw material treatment: cleaning, impurity removing and peeling the pepper seeds to obtain pepper seed kernels;
crushing: crushing the pepper seed kernels to obtain pepper seed powder;
and (3) extraction: extracting the pricklyash seed powder by a subcritical extraction method to obtain crude pricklyash seed oil;
degumming: adding the degumming agent into the crude prickly ash seed oil, and stirring for 1.5-2.5h at 15-35 ℃ to perform degumming;
freezing and impurity removal: freezing the degummed crude oil at-8 to-1 deg.C for 10-24 hr, separating to remove impurities to obtain crude oil;
deacidifying: mixing the crude oil with the buffer solution, stirring at 40-70 deg.C for 1.5-2.5 hr, standing for 6-9 hr, and separating to obtain deacidified crude oil;
and (3) antioxidant treatment: adding natural VE or rosemary extract into deacidified crude oil, and stirring to obtain the final product.
2. The method for preparing the zanthoxylum seed oil according to claim 1, wherein the particle size of the zanthoxylum seed powder is 50-100 meshes.
3. The method for preparing the prickly ash seed oil according to claim 2, wherein in the extraction process, the extraction temperature is 40-70 ℃, the extraction pressure is 0.3-0.8MPa, the extraction times are 2-5 times, and the extraction time is 20-40min each time.
4. The method for preparing the prickly ash seed oil according to claim 3, wherein in the extraction process, the extraction temperature is 45-60 ℃, the extraction pressure is 0.4-0.6MPa, the extraction times are 2-5, and the extraction time is 25-35min each time.
5. The method for preparing the prickly ash seed oil according to claim 4, wherein in the extraction process, the extraction temperature is 50 ℃, the extraction pressure is 0.5MPa, the extraction times are 3 times, and the extraction time is 30min each time.
6. The method for preparing the prickly ash seed oil according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the extraction solvent is butane.
7. The method for preparing the prickly ash seed oil according to claim 1, wherein the degumming agent is one or more of sodium bicarbonate, sodium citrate, sodium oxalate and citric acid.
8. The preparation method of prickly ash seed oil according to claim 7, wherein the addition amount of degumming agent is 2% -5% of the mass of prickly ash seed crude oil.
9. The preparation method of the prickly ash seed oil according to claim 1, wherein the alkaline buffer solution is one or more of sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate or potassium bicarbonate.
10. The preparation method of the zanthoxylum seed oil according to claim 9, wherein the addition amount of the alkaline buffer solution is 2-4.5% of the mass of the impurity-removed crude oil.
