Abstract
The invention discloses a sand grain powder coating which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-85 parts of polyester resin, 20-30 parts of polyurea microspheres, 4-9 parts of cross-linking agent, 2-4 parts of flatting agent, 3-8 parts of curing agent, 3-7 parts of barium sulfate and 1-2 parts of benzoin. The invention also provides a preparation method of the sand grain powder coating. The sand grain powder coating provided by the invention has a good frosted hand feeling.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of powder coatings, in particular to a sand grain powder coating and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Along with the rapid development of the economy of China and the improvement of the living standard of people, the requirements of people on the quality and the color diversity of articles in daily life are higher and higher, and the iron and aluminum doors and windows have the heat transfer printing technology for simulating the pattern colors (such as wood grains, marble grains and other patterns) in the nature, so that the iron and aluminum doors and windows enrich the living colors of people and have the fireproof effect. In the related art, the planar powder coating can basically meet the requirements of processing performance, but the planar powder coating does not have frosted hand feeling.
Therefore, there is a need for a sand-grained powder coating and a preparation method thereof based on the prior art to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a graining powder coating and a preparation method thereof, which have better frosted hand feeling.
The invention provides a sand grain powder coating which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
70-85 parts of polyester resin
20-30 parts of polyurea microspheres
4-9 parts of cross-linking agent
2-4 parts of flatting agent
3-8 parts of curing agent
3-7 parts of barium sulfate
1-2 parts of benzoin.
Preferably, the cross-linking agent is one or more of tert-butyl peroxyisopropyl carbonate, 1-bis (tert-butyl peroxy) -3,3, 5-trimethylcyclohexane, tert-butyl peroxy2-ethylhexyl carbonate and 1, 1-bis (tert-amyl peroxy) -3,3, 5-trimethylcyclohexane.
Preferably, the leveling agent is one of alkyl modified organic siloxane, polydimethylsiloxane and polyether polyester modified organic siloxane.
Preferably, the curing agent is TGIC.
Preferably, the polyurea microspheres are nano-sized or micro-sized polymeric spheres.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the sand grain powder coating, which comprises the following steps:
uniformly mixing the raw materials, and crushing to 70-80 meshes;
adding the mixed material into a double-screw extruder, wherein the rotating speed of a screw is 150-;
adding the melt extrusion into a tablet press, and cooling in a nitrogen atmosphere after tabletting and forming;
and adding the tablets into a crusher for crushing, grinding and crushing the crushed tablets by a grinder, and sieving the crushed tablets by a sieve of 160-mesh and 200-mesh to obtain the powder coating.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the sand-textured polyester weather-resistant powder coating does not contain harmful heavy metals, and is an environment-friendly powder coating;
(2) the sand textured polyester weather-resistant powder coating has higher bending resistance, impact resistance, adhesive force and other properties, and can meet the requirements of people on sand textured coatings with frosted handfeel.

The invention provides a sand grain powder coating which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
70-85 parts of polyester resin
20-30 parts of polyurea microspheres
4-9 parts of cross-linking agent
2-4 parts of flatting agent
3-8 parts of curing agent
3-7 parts of barium sulfate
1-2 parts of benzoin.
Preferably, the cross-linking agent is one or more of tert-butyl peroxyisopropyl carbonate, 1-bis (tert-butyl peroxy) -3,3, 5-trimethylcyclohexane, tert-butyl peroxy2-ethylhexyl carbonate and 1, 1-bis (tert-amyl peroxy) -3,3, 5-trimethylcyclohexane. The leveling agent is one of alkyl modified organic siloxane, polydimethylsiloxane and polyether polyester modified organic siloxane. The curing agent is TGIC.
The polyurea microspheres are nano-scale or micron-scale polymeric spheres, and a microporous structure can be formed on the surface of the powder coating through crosslinking of the polyurea microspheres and the polyester resin, so that frosted hand feeling is increased, and the change of the hand feeling of the powder coating can be realized by adjusting the content of the polyurea microspheres, so that the hand feeling requirements of different applicable people are met.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the sand grain powder coating, which comprises the following steps:
uniformly mixing the raw materials, and crushing to 70-80 meshes;
adding the mixed material into a double-screw extruder, wherein the rotating speed of a screw is 150-;
adding the melt extrusion into a tablet press, and cooling in a nitrogen atmosphere after tabletting and forming;
and adding the tablets into a crusher for crushing, grinding and crushing the crushed tablets by a grinder, and sieving the crushed tablets by a sieve of 160-mesh and 200-mesh to obtain the powder coating.

A sand grain powder coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
70 parts of polyester resin
30 portions of polyurea microspheres
4 portions of cross-linking agent
Leveling agent 2 parts
8 portions of curing agent
Barium sulfate 7 parts
1 part of benzoin.
Preferably, the cross-linking agent is tert-butyl peroxyisopropyl carbonate; the leveling agent is alkyl modified organic siloxane; the curing agent is TGIC.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the sand grain powder coating, which comprises the following steps:
uniformly mixing the raw materials, and crushing to 70 meshes;
adding the mixed materials into a double-screw extruder, wherein the rotating speed of screws is 150r/min, the temperature of a machine cavity is 100 ℃, the temperature of a machine head is 120 ℃, and performing melt extrusion to obtain an extruded material;
adding the melt extrusion into a tablet press, and cooling in a nitrogen atmosphere after tabletting and forming;
and adding the pressed sheets into a crusher for crushing, grinding and crushing the crushed pressed sheets by a grinder, and sieving the crushed pressed sheets by a 160-mesh sieve to obtain the powder coating.

A sand grain powder coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
polyester resin 80 parts
Polyurea microspheres 25 parts
Crosslinking agent 7 parts
Leveling agent 3 parts
6 portions of curing agent
5 portions of barium sulfate
1.5 parts of benzoin.
Preferably, the cross-linking agent adopts 1-bis (tert-butyl peroxide) -3,3, 5-trimethylcyclohexane; the flatting agent is polydimethylsiloxane; the curing agent is TGIC.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the sand grain powder coating, which comprises the following steps:
uniformly mixing the raw materials, and crushing to 75 meshes;
adding the mixed materials into a double-screw extruder, wherein the rotating speed of a screw is 175r/min, the temperature of a machine cavity is 115 ℃, the temperature of a machine head is 140 ℃, and performing melt extrusion to obtain an extrudate;
adding the melt extrusion into a tablet press, and cooling in a nitrogen atmosphere after tabletting and forming;
and adding the pressed sheets into a crusher for crushing, grinding and crushing the crushed pressed sheets by a grinder, and sieving the crushed pressed sheets by a 180-mesh sieve to obtain the powder coating.

A sand grain powder coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
85 parts of polyester resin
Polyurea microspheres 20 parts
9 portions of cross-linking agent
Leveling agent 4 parts
3 parts of curing agent
Barium sulfate 3 parts
And 2 parts of benzoin.
Preferably, the cross-linking agent adopts 1, 1-bis (tert-amyl peroxy) -3,3, 5-trimethylcyclohexane; the leveling agent is polyether polyester modified organic siloxane; the curing agent is TGIC.

uniformly mixing the raw materials, and crushing to 80 meshes;
adding the mixed materials into a double-screw extruder, wherein the rotating speed of screws is 200r/min, the temperature of a machine cavity is 120 ℃, the temperature of a machine head is 150 ℃, and performing melt extrusion to obtain an extrudate;
adding the melt extrusion into a tablet press, and cooling in a nitrogen atmosphere after tabletting and forming;
and adding the pressed sheets into a crusher for crushing, grinding and crushing the crushed pressed sheets by a grinder, and sieving the crushed pressed sheets by a 200-mesh sieve to obtain the powder coating.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the sand-textured polyester weather-resistant powder coating does not contain harmful heavy metals, and is an environment-friendly powder coating;
(2) the sand textured polyester weather-resistant powder coating has higher bending resistance, impact resistance, adhesive force and other properties, and can meet the requirements of people on sand textured coatings with frosted handfeel.

3-7 parts of barium sulfate
1-2 parts of benzoin.
2. The sand-textured powder coating according to claim 1, wherein the crosslinking agent is one or more of isopropyl t-butylperoxycarbonate, 1-bis (t-butylperoxy) -3,3, 5-trimethylcyclohexane, 2-ethylhexyl t-butylperoxy carbonate, and 1, 1-bis (t-amylperoxy) -3,3, 5-trimethylcyclohexane.
3. The sand streak powder coating of claim 1, wherein the leveling agent is one of an alkyl modified organosiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane, and polyether polyester modified organosiloxane.
4. The sand grain powder coating of claim 1 wherein the curing agent is TGIC.
5. The sand textured powder coating of claim 1, wherein the polyurea microspheres are nano-sized or micro-sized polymeric spheres.
6. A method of preparing the sand textured powder coating of claim 1, comprising the steps of:
uniformly mixing the raw materials, and crushing to 70-80 meshes;
adding the mixed material into a double-screw extruder, wherein the rotating speed of a screw is 150-;
adding the melt extrusion into a tablet press, and cooling in a nitrogen atmosphere after tabletting and forming;
and adding the tablets into a crusher for crushing, grinding and crushing the crushed tablets by a grinder, and sieving the crushed tablets by a sieve of 160-mesh and 200-mesh to obtain the powder coating.
