Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of printing ink, in particular to VOC-free low-color-concentration water-based ink suitable for high-speed printing and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, gravure printing is generally performed by using organic solvent type ink, so that the surface of used tipping paper contains a plurality of organic volatile residual substances, such as benzene series substances, esters, ethers, ketones and other substances, which can contact human bodies to generate certain potential hazards. Meanwhile, the solvent-based ink inevitably causes a large amount of volatilization of the organic solvent in the printing process, so that a large amount of VOC is discharged to the environment and the surrounding atmosphere, certain environmental pollution is caused, and the release of volatile organic compounds can be greatly reduced by applying the water-based ink.
The pigment endows the ink with color characteristics, and meets the requirements of printing on colors. Both general organic pigments and inorganic pigments can be used for the aqueous ink. Since most of the resins of aqueous inks are alkali-soluble, pigments resistant to alkali must be used when they are selected. However, the distribution density of the pigment in the water-based ink is much larger than that of the solvent-based ink, and the surface tension and polarity of water are greatly different from those of the solvent, so that the pigment is difficult to disperse, the stability, viscosity and pH value of the ink are directly influenced, and the problems of color flocculation, color points and the like of the water-based ink frequently occur due to nonuniform color paste mixing in the intaglio printing process. For the aqueous color ink, when the color density is relatively low, whether the color paste is completely dispersed is the key for judging the quality of the aqueous color ink.

The VOC-free (limit of volatile organic compounds in YC 263 + 2008 cigarette sticks and box packing paper) aqueous color ink is more environment-friendly. The water-based ink has uniform color distribution, consistent color ink particle size, good combination of pigment and resin, better leveling property and accurate hue (GB T13217.1-2009 liquid ink color inspection method). The ink has wide application range, and has remarkable advantages in the aspects of glossiness (GB/T13217.2-2009 liquid ink glossiness test method), weather resistance, heat resistance (no obvious discoloration problem at the high temperature of 200 ℃), water resistance (no obvious discoloration when being soaked in normal temperature water bath for 24 h), chemical resistance, stain resistance (GB T26461-.
