Adding 15 wt% acrylic acid and ammonium persulfate into a reaction kettle with a stirrer according to the volume ratio of 50:4, and fully stirring for 30 min; then adding the mixture to acrylic acid in a volume ratio of 15: 1, keeping the temperature of 90wt% ethanol at 65 ℃ for 1h to obtain intermediate mixed liquor; adding cellulose nanofibrils into the intermediate mixed solution according to the ratio of 135g/L, and ultrasonically dispersing for 30min at the temperature of 75 ℃, the power of 50W and the frequency of 30 Hz; centrifuging and washing to obtain a component II raw material;
step three: preparation of foamed double-density sheet
Uniformly mixing 27 parts of the component I raw material, 11 parts of the component II raw material and 3 parts of a foaming agent in parts by weight, putting the mixture into an injection molding machine, setting the injection molding temperature to be 180 ℃, and then preserving the temperature for 35min to obtain a solution carrying foaming gas; then setting the mold temperature of the plate mold to be 50 ℃, injecting the solution into a plate mold cavity at an injection speed of 5.6L/min, and cooling to obtain the foamed dual-density plate; wherein the foaming agent is a mixture of 10-84-4 foaming agent and 123-77-3 foaming agent according to the mass ratio of 2: 1.

According to the weight parts, 140 parts of PP, 55 parts of ethylene-octene copolymer, 38 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 14 parts of talcum powder, 12 parts of white carbon black, 11 parts of strength auxiliary agent, 9 parts of antioxidant and 4 parts of nano kaolin are continuously mixed for 2 hours under the conditions that the temperature is 55 ℃ and the stirring speed is 190r/min, then the mixture is added into a granulator to be granulated under the condition of 240 ℃, and the raw material of the component I is obtained after water cooling, air drying and grain cutting; wherein the strength additive is maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene; the antioxidant is a mixture of antioxidant 1076, antioxidant 1010 and antioxidant 264 in a mass ratio of 5:1.5: 1;
step two: preparation of raw materials of component II
Adding 20 wt% acrylic acid and ammonium persulfate into a reaction kettle with a stirrer according to the volume ratio of 10:1, and fully stirring for 30 min; then adding the acrylic acid into the mixture in a volume ratio of 18: 1, keeping the temperature of 90wt% ethanol at 65 ℃ for 1h to obtain intermediate mixed liquor; adding cellulose nanofibrils into the intermediate mixed solution according to the ratio of 195g/L, and ultrasonically dispersing for 40min at the temperature of 80 ℃, the power of 150W and the frequency of 80 Hz; centrifuging and washing to obtain a component II raw material;
step three: preparation of foamed double-density sheet
Uniformly mixing 30 parts of the component I raw material, 12 parts of the component II raw material and 4 parts of foaming agent in parts by weight, putting the mixture into an injection molding machine, setting the injection molding temperature to 195 ℃, and then preserving the temperature for 40min to obtain a solution carrying foaming gas; then setting the mold temperature of the plate mold to be 60 ℃, injecting the solution into the plate mold cavity at the injection speed of 6.2L/min, and cooling to obtain the foamed dual-density plate; wherein the foaming agent is a mixture of 10-84-4 foaming agent and 123-77-3 foaming agent according to the mass ratio of 2: 1.

step two: preparation of raw materials of component II
Adding 25wt% of acrylic acid and ammonium persulfate into a reaction kettle with a stirrer according to the volume ratio of 50:7, and fully stirring for 30 min; then adding the acrylic acid into the mixture in a volume ratio of 20: 1, keeping the temperature of 90wt% ethanol at 65 ℃ for 1h to obtain intermediate mixed liquor; then adding cellulose nanofibrils into the intermediate mixed solution according to the ratio of 215g/L, and ultrasonically dispersing for 45min at the temperature of 85 ℃, the power of 200W and the frequency of 90 Hz; centrifuging and washing to obtain a component II raw material;
step three: preparation of foamed double-density sheet
Uniformly mixing 35 parts of the component I raw material, 13 parts of the component II raw material and 5 parts of a foaming agent in parts by weight, putting the mixture into an injection molding machine, setting the injection molding temperature to be 220 ℃, and then preserving the temperature for 45min to obtain a solution carrying foaming gas; then setting the mold temperature of the plate mold to 65 ℃, injecting the solution into a plate mold cavity at an injection speed of 6.4L/min, and cooling to obtain the foamed dual-density plate; wherein the foaming agent is a mixture of 10-84-4 foaming agent and 123-77-3 foaming agent according to the mass ratio of 2: 1.
Experimental example: the mechanical property retention rate of the foamed dual-density sheet prepared in the embodiments 1 to 6 of the present invention is tested, and the specific test structure is as follows:

Claims (5)

According to the weight parts, 135-150 parts of PP, 53-58 parts of ethylene-octene copolymer, 36-40 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 13-15 parts of talcum powder, 8-15 parts of white carbon black, 10-12 parts of strength additive, 7-10 parts of antioxidant and 3-5 parts of nano kaolin are continuously mixed for 1-3 hours under the conditions that the temperature is 45-65 ℃ and the stirring speed is 180-200 r/min, then the mixture is added into a granulator to be granulated at 220-260 ℃, and the raw material of the component I is obtained through water cooling, air drying and granule cutting; the strength auxiliary agent is maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene;
step two: preparation of raw materials of component II
Adding 15-25 wt% of acrylic acid and ammonium persulfate into a reaction kettle with a stirrer according to a volume ratio of 50: 4-7, and fully stirring for 30 min; then adding the acrylic acid into the mixture in a volume ratio of 15-20: 1, preserving the heat of 90% ethanol at 65 ℃ for 1h to obtain intermediate mixed liquor; adding cellulose nanofibrils into the intermediate mixed solution according to the ratio of 135-215 g/L, and carrying out modification treatment at the temperature of 75-85 ℃; then centrifuging and washing to obtain a component II raw material;
step three: preparation of foamed double-density sheet
Uniformly mixing 27-35 parts by weight of the component I raw material, 11-13 parts by weight of the component II raw material and 3-5 parts by weight of a foaming agent, putting the mixture into an injection molding machine, setting the injection molding temperature to be 180-220 ℃, and then preserving the heat for 35-45 min to obtain a melt carrying foaming gas; and then, injecting the melt into a plate mold cavity, and cooling to obtain the foamed double-density plate.
2. The preparation method of the light EPP forming foamed dual density sheet according to claim 1, wherein the antioxidant in the first step is a mixture of antioxidant 1076, antioxidant 1010 and antioxidant 264 in a mass ratio of 3-7: 1-3: 1.

The method for preparing a lightweight EPP molded foamed dual density sheet according to claim 1, wherein the second step is: adding 15-25 wt% of acrylic acid and ammonium persulfate into a reaction kettle with a stirrer according to a volume ratio of 50: 4-7, and fully stirring for 30 min; then adding the acrylic acid into the mixture in a volume ratio of 15-20: 1, keeping the temperature of 90wt% ethanol at 65 ℃ for 1h to obtain intermediate mixed liquor; adding cellulose nanofibrils into the intermediate mixed solution according to the ratio of 135-215 g/L, and ultrasonically dispersing for 30-45 min at the temperature of 75-85 ℃, the power of 50-200W and the frequency of 30-90 Hz; and centrifuging and washing to obtain the component II raw material.

The preparation method of the light EPP molding foaming dual-density plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the three steps are as follows: uniformly mixing 27-35 parts by weight of the component I raw material, 11-13 parts by weight of the component II raw material and 3-5 parts by weight of a foaming agent, putting the mixture into an injection molding machine, setting the injection molding temperature to be 180-220 ℃, and then preserving the heat for 35-45 min to obtain a melt carrying foaming gas; and then setting the mold temperature of the plate mold to be 50-65 ℃, injecting the melt into the plate mold cavity at an injection speed of 5.6-6.4L/min, and cooling to obtain the foamed dual-density plate.
5. A method for preparing a lightweight EPP foamed dual density sheet according to any one of claims 1 and 3, wherein the foaming agent in step three is a mixture of 10-84-4 foaming agent and 123-77-3 foaming agent in a mass ratio of 2: 1.
