1) a rubber mixing machine is used for feeding the chloroprene rubber raw material to a rubber mixing machine roll;
2) crushing and sieving the resin and the anti-aging agent by a 200-mesh sieve, putting the resin and the anti-aging agent into a rubber material, adding zinc oxide, high wear-resistant carbon and an accelerator, and uniformly mixing to prepare chloroprene rubber masterbatch;
3) feeding the nitrile rubber raw material to a rubber mixing machine roll by using a rubber mixing machine;
4) crushing and sieving the resin and the anti-aging agent by a 100-mesh sieve, putting the resin and the anti-aging agent into a rubber material, and sequentially adding zinc oxide, high wear-resistant carbon and an accelerator to prepare nitrile rubber masterbatch;
5) and then the two master batches are mixed in proportion, and a vulcanizing agent is added on an open mill for even mixing, and then the mixture is rolled, formed and vulcanized to form a specification product.
The invention has the advantages that:
1) the formula of the rubber material of the rubber product is obtained through multiple tests, and the prepared rubber has good corrosion resistance.
2) The nitrile rubber is prepared into rubber, has good effect and durability, and is convenient to store.

The rubber products prepared in examples 1-3 were subjected to performance tests, and the test results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the rubber product prepared by the invention has high strength and strong corrosion resistance.

A corrosion resistant rubber product compound according to claim 1, wherein: the formula comprises the following components: 15-17 parts of chloroprene rubber, 12-13 parts of nitrile rubber, 14-16 parts of zinc oxide, 3-4 parts of an accelerator, 0.8-1 part of resin, 1-1.5 parts of an anti-aging agent and 6-8 parts of high-wear-resistant carbon.
3. A corrosion resistant rubber product compound according to claim 1, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
a rubber mixing machine is used for feeding the chloroprene rubber raw material to a rubber mixing machine roll;
crushing and sieving the resin and the anti-aging agent by a 200-mesh sieve, putting the resin and the anti-aging agent into a rubber material, adding zinc oxide, high wear-resistant carbon and an accelerator, and uniformly mixing to prepare chloroprene rubber masterbatch;
feeding the nitrile rubber raw material to a rubber mixing machine roll by using a rubber mixing machine;
crushing and sieving the resin and the anti-aging agent by a 100-mesh sieve, putting the resin and the anti-aging agent into a rubber material, and sequentially adding zinc oxide, high wear-resistant carbon and an accelerator to prepare nitrile rubber masterbatch;
and then the two master batches are mixed in proportion, and a vulcanizing agent is added on an open mill for even mixing, and then the mixture is rolled, formed and vulcanized to form a specification product.
