The anaerobic treatment device comprises an anaerobic tank 22, the anaerobic tank 22 is fixedly connected in the buffer tank 2, an anaerobic tank water inlet pipe 23 and an anaerobic tank water outlet pipe 17 are respectively arranged on the anaerobic tank 22, and water in the buffer tank 2 enters the anaerobic tank 22 through the anaerobic tank water inlet pipe 23 and flows out of the anaerobic tank water outlet pipe 17 to the interior of the wetland water tank 3 after anaerobic reaction. The sewage enters the anaerobic tank 22 to perform anaerobic reaction and flows out, so that the sewage is purified.
The aerobic biological treatment device comprises a plurality of plant plates 20 and a plurality of plants 21, wherein the plant plates 20 are uniformly and fixedly connected in the wetland water tank 3 at intervals in the vertical direction, and a plurality of plants 21 are uniformly arranged on each plant plate 20 at intervals to further purify sewage.
A water inlet pipe 15 is communicated with one side of the upper part of the sedimentation tank 1, the water inlet pipe 15 is positioned above the grid plate 5, the sedimentation tank 1 is communicated with the buffer tank 2 through a sedimentation tank water outlet pipe 16, the wetland water tank 3 is communicated with the clean water tank 4 through a wetland water tank water outlet pipe 18, and one side of the clean water tank 4 is communicated with a water outlet pipe 19; the side wall of the sedimentation tank 1 is further communicated with a flushing water pipe 24, the flushing water pipe 24 is located below the grid plate 5, and the water outlet end of the flushing water pipe 24 points to the bottom of the sedimentation tank 1. The water inlet pipe 15 is positioned above the grating plate 5 to ensure that the inflowing water is firstly filtered by the grating plate 5; the outlet end of the flushing water pipe 24 points to the bottom of the sedimentation tank 1, and can play a role in flushing when cleaning sediments.
The points to be explained are:
the water inlet pipe 15 pipeline anterior segment even has the water pump, takes out the water in river course to inlet tube 15, and outlet pipe 19 leads to the low reaches river course after water purification treatment.
The water outlet pipe 16 of the sedimentation tank is positioned at the upper section or the middle upper section of the sedimentation tank 1 so as to ensure that the sewage is discharged to the buffer tank 2 after being fully precipitated; an outlet pipe 17 of the anaerobic tank is communicated with the upper part of one side of the wetland water tank 3, an outlet pipe 18 of the wetland water tank is lower than the outlet pipe 17 of the anaerobic tank so as to ensure that the sewage is fully oxidized in the wetland water tank 3, and an outlet pipe 19 is lower than the outlet pipe 18 of the wetland water tank.
The plant 21 is submerged plant, such as plants of chondrus or Foliumet, and the plant 21 can be replaced by activated sludge, the activated sludge is wrapped in a bag made of nylon or PLA corn fiber, and the bag is woven into a structure similar to a filter bag with tiny and dense holes.
The fixed connection referred to in this application may be a bolted connection, a welded connection or an adhesive connection.

A water conservancy river sewage treatment device is characterized by comprising a sedimentation tank (1), a buffer tank (2), a wetland water tank (3) and a clear water tank (4) which are sequentially communicated from front to back, the upper part in the sedimentation tank (1) is fixedly connected with a grid plate (5), the grid plate (5) is provided with a cleaning device for cleaning sundries on the grid plate (5), the bottom of the sedimentation tank (1) is provided with a sediment collecting device so as to discharge sediment, a telescopic disc (10) and a lifting rotating device (9) are also arranged in the sediment collecting device, the lifting and rotating device (9) drives the telescopic disc (10) to vertically lift and rotate around the central axis of the sedimentation tank (1) so as to scrape off sediments, the telescopic disc (10) can be telescopic along the radial direction thereof to abut against the inner side wall of the sediment collecting device; an anaerobic treatment device is arranged in the buffer tank (2), and an aerobic biological treatment device is arranged in the wetland water tank (3); domestic sewage enters the sedimentation tank (1) and flows through the buffer tank (2), the wetland water tank (3) and the clear water tank (4) in sequence and finally flows out.

The water conservancy river sewage treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning device comprises a sundries sweeping part (6) and a sundries cleaning part (7); the sundry sweeping part (6) comprises a sundry sweeping plate (61) and a sundry sweeping rod (62), the sundry sweeping plate (61) is vertically arranged above the grid plate (5) in the sedimentation tank (1) and the bottom of the grid plate is abutted against the top of the grid plate (5), the sundry sweeping rod (62) is horizontally arranged, one end of the sundry sweeping rod (62) is fixedly connected with one side of the sundry sweeping plate (61), the other end of the sundry sweeping rod (62) penetrates out of the side wall of the sedimentation tank (1), and the sundry sweeping rod (62) can drive the sundry sweeping plate (61) to move in the horizontal direction so as to push sundries on the grid plate (5) to the sundry cleaning part (7); the sundries cleaning part (7) comprises a sundries cleaning table (71), a sundries cleaning rod (72) and a sundries cleaning rotating shaft (73), the bottom of the sundries cleaning table (71) is abutted against the upper surface of the grating plate (5), the top of the sundries cleaning table (71) is fixedly connected with the sundries cleaning rod (72) which is vertically arranged, the sundries cleaning rotating shaft (73) is horizontally and fixedly connected in the sedimentation tank (1), the sundries cleaning rotating shaft (73) passes through the sundries cleaning rod (72), the sundries cleaning rod (72) can swing around the central axis of the sundries cleaning rotating shaft (73) and pour out the sundries on the sundries cleaning part (7), a square groove is arranged on one side of the top of the sedimentation tank (1) close to the sundries cleaning table (71), so that the sundries cleaning table (71) swings to extend out of the sedimentation tank (1).

The water conservancy river sewage treatment device according to claim 2, wherein the sundries cleaning platform (71) is composed of a vertical plate and a horizontal plate fixedly connected with the vertical plate, the lower surface of the horizontal plate is horizontally arranged, the upper surface of the horizontal plate is obliquely arranged, and the intersection line of the upper surface and the lower surface of the horizontal plate is positioned at one side close to the sundries sweeping plate (61).
