Abstract
一种用于医用X射线C臂机自动收放电缆装置,属于医疗器械技术领域。其技术特征是:松开大齿轮与支臂箱体之间连接螺丝,旋转小齿轮收紧发条弹簧(19),使收线器体(20)对线缆产生涨紧力,再重新固定大齿轮和支臂箱体,同步带和电缆线同步协调运动,在导向轮组件和辅助轮组件的辅助下,电缆线排附在C臂组件上运动并且在预定的运动轨迹上进行收线、放线,将电缆线排内置于机械结构中,最终避免了外置电缆线对临床运用所带来的不方便和不安全性,杜绝了外置电缆线对临床应用所带来的各种问题,具有结构紧凑、可靠性高、临床使用方便等优点。

技术领域
本发明专利属于医疗器械技术领域。
背景技术
随着医用X射线技术的不断发展,医用X射线机越来越数字化、功能自动化、人性化,功能自动化必然使各结构组件之间的电缆增加,我们看到市场主流X射线C臂机线缆多数外置,这样不但不能同步电缆线排和机械运动,还给使用中带来不方便和不安全性,加之临床应用对医疗器械移动设备的要求越来越高,所以将电缆线隐藏于机械结构中的设计将成为医用移动式C臂机主流趋势,目前国外技术已经相当成熟,国内有关方面的研究还刚刚起步。
发明内容
本发明目的是:将线缆内置于X射线机C臂组件中,在C臂做周向运动时,线缆可以随C臂自由缩放,从而避免线缆外置对临床运用所带来的不方便和不安全性。
本发明所采用的技术方案:其结构由C臂组件、支臂箱体、摆动轴承组件、端部轴承组件、大压带轮组件、小压带轮组件、导向轮组件、传动组件、同步带、线缆、收线器组件、发条轴、发条盒、穿线轴、盖板甲、收线器体、盖板乙、圆锥滚子轴承、发条弹簧、收线器体、大齿轮、小齿轮、发条弹簧轴连接板、卡扣2、圆螺母用止动垫圈、圆螺母M30×1.5组成,其技术特征是: 将2个摆动轴承组件、2个端部轴承组件固定到支臂箱体上,将C臂组件安装于摆动轴承组件、端部轴承组件之间,将传动组件固定到支臂箱体,将同步带安装至大压带轮组件、小压带轮组件,将2个圆锥滚子轴承、收线器体、发条弹簧轴连接板通过键、圆螺母用止动垫圈和圆螺母M30×1.5连接,将发条弹簧、发条盒、发条轴、盖板乙连接并固定到收线器体上,将收线器体、大齿轮、小齿轮固定至支臂箱体上,安装线缆,松开大齿轮与支臂箱体之间连接螺丝,旋转小齿轮收紧发条弹簧,使收线器体对线缆产生涨紧力,再重新固定大齿轮和支臂箱体,同步带和电缆线同步协调运动,在导向轮组件和辅助轮组件的辅助下,电缆线排附在C臂组件上运动并且在预定的运动轨迹上进行收线、放线。
本发明的有益效果是:将电缆线排内置于机械结构中,避免了外置电缆线对临床运用所带来的不方便和不安全性,该电缆自动收缩传动装置杜绝了外置电缆线对临床应用所带来的各种问题,具有结构紧凑、可靠性高、临床使用方便等优点。

具体实施方式
参照附图,将2个摆动轴承组件(3)、2个端部轴承组件(4)固定到支臂箱体(2)上,将C臂组件(1)安装于摆动轴承组件(3)、端部轴承组件(4)之间,将传动组件(8)固定到支臂箱体(2),将同步带(9)安装至大压带轮组件(5)、小压带轮组件(6),将2个圆锥滚子轴承(18)、收线器体(16)、发条弹簧轴连接板(23)通过键、圆螺母用止动垫圈(25)和圆螺母M30×1.5(26)连接,将发条弹簧(19)、发条盒(13)、发条轴(12)、盖板乙(17)连接并固定到收线器体(16)上,将收线器体(16)、大齿轮(21)、小齿轮(22)固定至支臂箱体(2)上,安装线缆(10),松开大齿轮(21)与支臂箱体(2)之间连接螺丝,旋转小齿轮收紧发条弹簧(19),使收线器体(20)对线缆(10)产生涨紧力,同步带和电缆线同步协调运动,在导向轮组件和辅助轮组件的辅助下,电缆线排附在C臂组件上运动并且在预定的运动轨迹上进行收线、放线,将电缆线排内置于机械结构中,最终避免了外置电缆线对临床运用所带来的不方便和不安全性。
