The embodiment of the invention provides a packaging corrugated board, as shown in fig. 1, the packaging corrugated board comprises a core paper 10, two surface paper layers 20 are respectively adhered to the upper side surface and the lower side surface of the core paper 10, a metal surface film layer 30 is arranged on the outer surface of each surface paper layer 20, and the metal surface film layer 30 is made of MPET (modified polyethylene terephthalate) material.
In the invention, the packaging corrugated board comprises the core paper 10, the surface paper layer 20 and the metal surface thin film layer 30, the structure is simple, the manufacturing process is saved during manufacturing, the manufacturing cost is reduced, the metal surface thin film layer 30 is made of MPET materials, the metal surface thin film layer 30 formed by the materials is light and tough, is beneficial to ecological recovery, can realize carbon neutralization, is beneficial to subsequent recovery of cold chain use, and is beneficial to environmental protection; moreover, the upper surface and the lower surface of the packaging corrugated board are both metal surface film layers 30 made of MPET materials, so that the carton made of the packaging corrugated board has a heat preservation effect, and the heat preservation principle of reflective insulation is adopted.
Preferably, the core paper 10 is corrugated core paper, and is also a degradable material, which is beneficial to recycling.
Preferably, the face paper layer 20 is kraft paper, and the kraft paper and the metal face film layer are compounded, so that the water leakage prevention effect of the corrugated board for packaging can be improved.
Preferably, the metal surface film layer 30 is a metal surface bubble film, and the metal surface film layer 30 is attached to the outer surface of the paper surface layer 20, in practice, the metal surface bubble film can be compounded on the outer surface of kraft paper according to the existing Italian innovative film blowing technology, so that a buffer protection layer can be formed, the impact resistance can be improved, the manufactured paperboard is firmer and more durable, and the metal surface bubble film can be recovered by 100%.
Overall, the corrugated paper board for packaging adopts corrugated medium paper as the medium paper 10, kraft paper as the surface paper layer 20 and a metal surface thin film layer 30 made of MPET material, so that the thickness of the corrugated paper board for packaging can be reduced, the occupied space of the paper box can be reduced when the paper board is manufactured into the paper box, meanwhile, the paper box produced by adopting the paper board can have a heat preservation effect, can meet the requirement of cold chain transportation under the environment of 0-7 ℃, and the thinner paper board is beneficial to reducing the transportation and storage cost; moreover, the corrugated board for packaging is firmer and more durable, is easy to recycle and is beneficial to environmental protection.
Based on the corrugated packaging board, the embodiment of the invention also provides a corrugated packaging box which is manufactured by the corrugated packaging board.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the packaging corrugated carton comprises a box cover 1 and a box body 2, wherein the box cover 1 is arranged on the top of the box body 2 and covers the box body 2.
In the invention, the packaging corrugated case is made of the packaging corrugated board, adopts easily-recycled MPET material and adopts a heat preservation principle of reflection insulation, so that the packaging corrugated case has a heat preservation effect, can realize carbon neutralization, is beneficial to subsequent recycling of cold chain use and is beneficial to environmental protection; in addition, this carton includes case lid 1 and box 2, and case lid 1 sets up in the top of box 2 to lid closes box 2, simple structure. It should be noted that the packaging corrugated case can be used as a heat-preservation packaging box in cold chain transportation.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the box cover 1 includes a cover plate 11, a first connecting plate 12, a second connecting plate 13 and a third connecting plate 14, the cover plate 11 is disposed on the top of the box body 2, generally, the cover plate 11 can be integrally connected to the box body 2, the cover plate 11 can be turned over relative to the box body 2, the first connecting plate 12 is disposed on the top of the cover plate 11, the second connecting plate 13 and the third connecting plate 14 are respectively movably connected to the left and right side walls of the cover plate 11, and when the cover plate 11 is covered on the box body 2, the first connecting plate 12, the second connecting plate 13 and the third connecting plate 14 are correspondingly mounted on the side walls of the box body 2. In the present invention, after the articles are packed in the box 2, the first connecting plate 12, the second connecting plate 13 and the third connecting plate 14 can be correspondingly installed in the front side wall, the left side wall and the right side wall of the box 2, respectively, to cover the cover plate 11 on the box 2.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the box body 2 comprises a rear side plate 21, a bottom plate 22 and a front side plate 23, the rear side plate 21 and the front side plate 23 are movably connected to the top and the bottom of the bottom plate 22 respectively, the cover plate 11 is movably mounted on the top of the rear side plate 21, and two side walls of the bottom plate 22 are movably mounted with a first mounting plate 24 and a second mounting plate 25 respectively;
when the first mounting plate 24 and the second mounting plate 25 are erected on the bottom plate 22, the front side plate 23 covers the front sides of the first mounting plate 24 and the second mounting plate 25, and the rear side plate 21 covers the rear sides of the first mounting plate 24 and the second mounting plate 25;
the first connecting plate 12, the second connecting plate 13 and the third connecting plate 14 are respectively mounted on the front side plate 23, the first mounting plate 24 and the second mounting plate 25, wherein the first connecting plate 12, the second connecting plate 13 and the third connecting plate 14 can be respectively inserted into the inner sides of the front side plate 23, the first mounting plate 24 and the second mounting plate 25, or bonded on the inner side wall or the outer side wall of the front side plate 23, the first mounting plate 24 and the second mounting plate 25.
In one embodiment, in order to improve the water leakage prevention capability, as shown in fig. 3, a water leakage prevention structure 3 is provided inside the case 2.
Specifically, the water leakage preventing structure 3 comprises a first water leakage preventing plate 31 and a second water leakage preventing plate 32, both of which are foldable, wherein the first water leakage preventing plate 31 and the second water leakage preventing plate 32 are installed on an inner side wall of the box body 2;
the water leakage preventing structure 3 further comprises a third water leakage preventing plate 33 and a fourth water leakage preventing plate 34, both of which are foldable, and the third water leakage preventing plate 33 and the fourth water leakage preventing plate 34 are installed on the other inner side wall of the box body 2.
In this embodiment, the first waterproof board 31 and the second waterproof board 32 are respectively movably connected to two side walls of the rear side board 21, and both can be folded into the box body 2 and mounted on the inner side wall of the rear side board 21; the third water leakage preventing plate 33 and the fourth water leakage preventing plate 34 are respectively and movably connected with two side walls of the front side plate 23 and can be folded and installed on the inner side wall of the front side plate 23 in the box body 2.
As can be understood from the above, in the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 to 3, the packaging corrugated carton comprises a lid 1 and a box body 2, and the lid 1 comprises a lid panel 11, a first connecting panel 12, a second connecting panel 13 and a third connecting panel 14, and each of the first connecting panel 12, the second connecting panel 13 and the third connecting panel 14 can be folded with respect to the lid panel 11; the box 2 includes posterior lateral plate 21, bottom plate 22 and preceding curb plate 23, and the both sides wall difference movable mounting of bottom plate 22 has first mounting panel 24 and second mounting panel 25, and posterior lateral plate 21 and preceding curb plate 23 can be turned over for bottom plate 22, and first mounting panel 24 and second mounting panel 25 can be turned over for bottom plate 22, and the structure of this packing corrugated box can make this carton can tile, can fold, convenient transportation, still easily amalgamation to repeatedly usable and repackage. The corrugated packaging paper board is made of corrugated medium paper, kraft paper and a metal surface bubble film made of MPET materials, and can improve the water leakage prevention effect of the paper box. Moreover, because the inner surface and the outer surface of the carton both use the metal surface bubble films formed by the MPET materials, the reflective insulation can be used as a heat preservation principle, and the heat preservation effect is improved.
Based on the packaging corrugated case, the invention further provides a manufacturing process of the packaging corrugated case, which specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, compounding a metal surface film layer onto the surface paper layer, wherein the metal surface film layer is made of MPET (modified polyethylene terephthalate) material;
s2, manufacturing the surface paper layer compounded with the metal surface film layer through a paperboard line of core paper to obtain a packaging corrugated paperboard;
and S3, according to the structural design of the target packaging corrugated case, carrying out production through the working procedures of die cutting, line pressing, printing and the like to obtain the packaging corrugated case.
In the invention, the manufacturing process has simple steps, is beneficial to reducing the manufacturing cost, and the manufactured packaging corrugated case can be recycled, thereby being beneficial to environmental protection.

Claims (10)
1. A packaging corrugated board, comprising: the core paper comprises core paper, wherein surface paper layers are attached to the upper side surface and the lower side surface of the core paper, a metal surface thin film layer is arranged on the outer surface of each surface paper layer, and the metal surface thin film layer is made of MPET materials.
2. The packaging corrugated board according to claim 1, wherein the medium is a corrugated medium.
3. The packaging corrugated board according to claim 1, wherein the face paper layer is kraft paper.
4. The packaging corrugated board according to claim 1, wherein the metal face film layer is a metal surface bubble film, and the metal face film layer is attached to the outer surface of the face paper layer.
5. A packaging corrugated box, characterized in that it is made of the packaging corrugated cardboard of any one of claims 1 to 4.
6. The packaging corrugated box as claimed in claim 5, wherein the packaging corrugated box comprises a box cover and a box body, wherein the box cover is arranged on the top of the box body and covers the box body.

The packaged corrugated carton according to claim 6, wherein the box cover comprises a cover plate, a first connecting plate, a second connecting plate and a third connecting plate, the first connecting plate is arranged on the top of the cover plate, the second connecting plate and the third connecting plate are respectively movably connected to two side walls of the cover plate, and when the cover plate is closed on the box body, the first connecting plate, the second connecting plate and the third connecting plate are correspondingly arranged on the box body.

The packaging corrugated box as claimed in claim 7, wherein the box body comprises a rear side plate, a bottom plate and a front side plate, the rear side plate and the front side plate are movably connected to the top and the bottom of the bottom plate respectively, the cover plate is movably mounted on the top of the rear side plate, and a first mounting plate and a second mounting plate are movably mounted on two side walls of the bottom plate respectively;
when the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate are erected on the bottom plate, the front side plate covers the front sides of the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate, and meanwhile, the rear side plate covers the rear sides of the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate;
the first connecting plate, the second connecting plate and the third connecting plate are respectively arranged on the front side plate, the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate.
9. The packaging corrugated box as claimed in claim 6, wherein a water leakage preventing structure is provided on the box body.
10. The manufacturing process of the packaging corrugated case is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s1, compounding a metal surface film layer onto the surface paper layer, wherein the metal surface film layer is made of MPET materials;
s2, manufacturing the surface paper layer compounded with the metal surface film layer through a paperboard line of core paper to obtain a packaging corrugated paperboard;
and S3, according to the structural design of the target packaging corrugated case, carrying out production through the working procedures of die cutting, line pressing, printing and the like to obtain the packaging corrugated case.
