The invention provides a vehicle air-conditioning condenser, which relates to the field of condensers and comprises a condenser body, a fixed plate and a fan embedded in the fixed plate, wherein the fixed plate is fixed on one side of the condenser body, and a water spraying area is arranged between the fixed plate and the condenser body; the sliding frame comprises a connecting rod and supporting legs arranged at two ends of the connecting rod, the supporting legs are in sliding connection with sliding grooves formed in the fixing plate, part of the supporting legs extend into the water spraying area, and the connecting rod is located outside the water spraying area; the water inlet of the nozzle is connected with the water outlet of the water pump, and the water inlet of the water pump is communicated with a water tank in the vehicle; and the swinging part is used for moving the sliding frame upwards or downwards in the sliding groove. Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, one or more embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to a vehicle air conditioner condenser, so as to solve the technical problem in the prior art that since an automobile is in a high-speed moving state for a long time, more dust moves onto fins of the vehicle air conditioner condenser, and the heat dissipation effect of the condenser is affected after long-time accumulation.

and the driving part is used for moving the sliding frame upwards or downwards in the sliding groove.

the water-spraying device comprises a fixed rod, a plurality of nozzles 10 and a water pump, wherein the fixed rod is positioned in a water spraying area, the nozzles 10 are fixed on the side surface of the fixed rod, two ends of the fixed rod are fixed on supporting legs, the nozzles 10 face the condenser body 1, a water inlet of each nozzle 10 is connected with a water outlet of the water pump, and a water inlet of the water pump is communicated with a water tank in a vehicle;
a drive for the upward or downward movement of the carriage 8 in the chute 11.
In this embodiment, when the condenser normally works, the sliding frame 8 is located above or below the fan 6, so that ventilation between the fan 6 and the condenser is not blocked, more dust is accumulated on fins of the condenser, when the condenser needs to be cleaned, the sliding frame 8 is driven by the driving part to move upwards or downwards in the sliding groove 11, meanwhile, the water pump is started, water in the water tank is sprayed out through the nozzle 10, enough impact force is generated on the dust on the fins, the dust is cleaned from the fins, and after the cleaning is finished, the sliding frame 8 is restored to the original position.
As an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the driving part includes a first motor 12 fixed at the bottom of the chute 11 and a screw 9 having one end connected to an output shaft of the first motor 12 through a coupling, the screw 9 is screwed to a leg of the carriage 8, and the other end of the screw 9 is connected to the top of the chute 11 through a bearing.
In this embodiment, the first motor 12 drives the screw 9 to rotate, so as to drive the sliding rack 8 to slide in the sliding chute 11.

and the swinging part is positioned in the side plate 2, is in power connection with the upper column 3 and is used for driving the upper column 3 to swing in the arc-shaped groove 13.
In this embodiment, when the nozzle 10 sprays water to clean the fins, the swinging part moves to drive the whole condenser body 1 to swing around the lower column 4 within the range of the arc-shaped groove 13, and the water cleaned on the fins can drop due to shaking in the swinging process.
Here, as shown in fig. 4, there is provided a structural form of a swing portion including:
the upper column 3 penetrates through the rectangular frame 15, and the width of the interior of the rectangular frame 15 is larger than the diameter of the upper column 3;
and a first cylinder 16 fixed in one side of the arc-shaped groove 13, wherein an output shaft of the first cylinder 16 is fixed on one side of the rectangular frame 15.
Here, when the output shaft of the first cylinder 16 is switched back and forth between retraction and extension, the rectangular frame 15 is driven to slide back and forth in the side wall groove 14, so that the upper column 3 is driven to slide in the circular arc groove 13, and the condenser body 1 swings around the lower column 4 within a certain range.
Here, as shown in fig. 4, it is preferable that the length of the inside of the rectangular frame 15 is equal to the diameter of the upper column 3, so that when the rectangular frame 15 slides, the upper column 3 can be ensured to slide at the same time.

the bottom of the limiting frame 21 is fixedly connected with the output shaft of the second motor 20, the limiting frame 21 is provided with two straight rods, and the upper column 3 is located between the two straight rods.
Here, when the output shaft of the second motor 20 rotates back and forth within a certain angle, the upper column 3 can be driven to slide in the arc-shaped groove 13 because the upper column 3 is located between the two straight rods.
