Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of barb forming, in particular to an electroforming process for forming barbs, which comprises the following steps of: processing a barb die, and processing a groove matched with a barb on a product on an aluminum block; electroforming a barb mold, namely electroforming an aluminum block in a product mold needing to process a barb structure; forming barb structure, pouring liquid plastic into product mould to make barb forming; the barb mold is dissolved and the aluminum block is etched using a solution. The invention has the advantages of smooth barb structure and improved product quality.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of barb forming, in particular to an electroforming process for forming barbs.

In the injection molding process, because the mold is poor in integrity, burrs are easily generated in the traditional preparation process when the barb structure is formed in the mold cavity, the barb structure formed by a product is uneven, and the product quality is affected.

The grooves matched with the barb structures of the products to be produced are processed on the aluminum block, so that the integrity of the die can be improved, the barb structures are completely formed by filling liquid plastic into the grooves in the aluminum block, the formed barb structures are smooth, and the product quality is improved; in addition, the aluminum block is corroded through the solution, the problem that the barb mold is detached to damage a product during demolding is avoided, and the product quality is further improved.
