the main sleeve is sleeved into the steel pipe and fixed by the fixing bolt, the auxiliary sleeve moves downwards by rotating the wrench, the outer layer steel pipe is sleeved on the lower portion of the steel pipe, the inclined wedge is arranged at the initial position of a gap between the outer layer steel pipe and the steel pipe, and the auxiliary sleeve moves downwards to drive the bearing sleeve and the ball to apply pressure to the inclined wedge so that the inclined wedge is stably fixed in the gap.

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides an intertube pressure regulator for castings, in which a steel tube is cast, and wedges 8 are inserted into a gap between the steel tubes in a double-layered or multi-layered nested form. As shown in fig. 1, an inter-pipe pressure adjuster is provided on a steel pipe 1, and the inter-pipe pressure adjuster is composed of a main sleeve 2, a fixing bolt 3, an auxiliary sleeve 4, a wrench 5, a bearing sleeve 6, and balls 7.
The upper part of the main sleeve 2 is provided with two or three fixing bolts 3 for clamping the main sleeve. An auxiliary sleeve 4 is arranged from the middle part to the lower end part of the main sleeve 2, and the auxiliary sleeve 4 is connected with the main sleeve 2 through threads. The upper end of the auxiliary sleeve 4 is provided with a spanner 5, and two or three spanners 5 can be arranged. The wrench 5 may be fixed or unfixed as desired. The sub-sleeve 4 extends downward beyond the lower end of the main sleeve 2. The lower end of the auxiliary sleeve 4 is connected with a bearing sleeve 6 provided with balls 7.

The main sleeve 2 is sleeved into the steel pipe 1 and fixed by the fixing bolt 3, the auxiliary sleeve 4 moves downwards by rotating the wrench 5, the outer steel pipe 9 is sleeved on the lower portion of the steel pipe 1, the inclined wedge 8 is arranged at the initial position of the gap between the outer steel pipe 9 and the steel pipe 1, and the auxiliary sleeve 4 moves downwards to drive the bearing sleeve 6 and the ball 7 to apply pressure to the inclined wedge 8 so that the inclined wedge 8 is fixed in the gap. The number of the wedges 8 arranged in the gap can be arranged according to the requirement, and the size of the wedges 8 can be determined according to the requirement of the gap between the pipes.
The casting inter-pipe pressure regulator of the invention has the working process as follows:
