Abstract
The invention relates to a pressing die and a preparation method of a reinforcing rib of a flat plate piece, wherein the pressing die comprises an upper die, a lower die and a positioning pin, the corresponding positions of the upper die and the lower die are respectively provided with a positioning pin hole, and the positioning pin is detachably inserted into the corresponding positioning pin hole when the die is closed; the die surface of the upper die, which is in contact with the lower die, is provided with a stamping bulge for stamping the reinforcing ribs, the die surface of the lower die, which is in contact with the upper die, is provided with a containing groove for positioning the flat plate, the bottom of the containing groove is provided with a stamping groove, the size of the stamping groove is larger than or equal to that of the stamping bulge, and the position of the stamping groove corresponds to that of the stamping bulge when the die is closed. The preparation method comprises the steps of fixedly assembling the upper die and the lower die by using positioning pins and then stamping. The pressing die and the preparation method of the flat plate reinforcing rib have the advantages that the structure is simple, the self-production and self-use can be realized, an application die does not need to be purchased, and the cost is reduced.

According to one aspect of the invention, the pressing die for the reinforcing rib of the flat plate comprises an upper die, a lower die and positioning pins, wherein the corresponding positions of the upper die and the lower die are respectively provided with a positioning pin hole, and the positioning pins are detachably inserted into the corresponding positioning pin holes during die assembly.
The die surface of the upper die, which is in contact with the lower die, is provided with a stamping bulge for stamping the reinforcing ribs, the die surface of the lower die, which is in contact with the upper die, is provided with a containing groove for positioning the flat plate, the bottom of the containing groove is provided with a stamping groove, the size of the stamping groove is larger than or equal to that of the stamping bulge, and the position of the stamping groove corresponds to that of the stamping bulge when the die is closed.
The stamping bulge is a strip-shaped body with a middle rectangle and two semicircular ends, and the shape of the stamping groove is the same as that of the stamping bulge.
The shape of the containing groove is the same as that of the pre-pressed flat plate piece, and the containing groove is equal in size.

The positioning pin holes of the upper die are respectively arranged on two sides of the stamping protrusion, and the positioning pin holes of the lower die are respectively arranged on two sides of the containing groove.

Wherein the step of pressurizing the mold comprises the step of placing the mold on an oil press or a press.
The preparation method further comprises the step of selecting a matched upper die according to the shape position and the position of the reinforcing rib before the flat plate piece is placed in the accommodating groove; the manufacturing method further includes a step of taking out the plate member from the lower die after the step of forming the reinforcing ribs.

Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 1-3, a pressing die for a reinforcing rib of a flat plate comprises an upper die 1, a lower die 2 and a positioning pin 3, wherein the corresponding positions of the upper die 1 and the lower die 2 are respectively provided with a positioning pin hole, and the positioning pin 3 is detachably inserted into the corresponding positioning pin hole during die assembly.
The die surface 101 of the upper die 1, which is in contact with the lower die 2, is provided with a stamping protrusion 110 for stamping reinforcing ribs, the die surface 201 of the lower die 2, which is in contact with the upper die 1, is provided with an accommodating groove 210 for positioning a flat plate, the bottom of the accommodating groove 210 is provided with a through stamping groove 220, the size of the stamping groove 220 is larger than or equal to that of the stamping protrusion 110, and when the die is closed, the position of the stamping groove 220 corresponds to that of the stamping protrusion 110. The shape of the container 210 is the same as and the same size as the pre-pressed plate member. The positioning pin 3 is a cylindrical part, and the positioning pin hole is a circular hole. The number of the positioning pins 3 is two, and the number of the positioning pin holes of the lower mold 2 of the upper mold 1 is two, wherein the positioning pin holes of the upper mold 1 are respectively arranged on two sides of the stamping protrusion 110, and the positioning pin holes of the lower mold 2 are respectively arranged on two sides of the accommodating groove 210. The upper die 1 and the lower die 2 are both rectangular plates.
The stamping protrusion 110 is a strip-shaped body with a rectangular middle and semicircular two ends, and the shape of the stamping groove 220 is the same as that of the stamping protrusion 110.
When the device works, the proper upper die 1 and the proper lower die 2 are selected according to the position and the shape of the reinforcing rib, the flat plate piece to be subjected to rib pressing is placed in the containing groove 210 of the lower die 2, and the containing groove 210 and the flat plate piece are completely matched in shape, so that positioning is formed. And inserting the positioning pins 3 into the corresponding positioning pin holes to form the matched die of the upper die 1 and the lower die 2, then pressing on an oil press or a bending machine to enable the upper die 1 and the lower die 2 to be further jointed along the direction limited by the positioning pins under pressure, punching the central position of the flat plate by using the punching protrusions 110 positioned on the upper die to form reinforcing ribs, and then taking the flat plate with the formed reinforcing ribs out of the accommodating grooves of the lower die 2. The provision of the stamped groove 220 provides more ample accommodation for the formation of the bead.

and pressurizing the surface of the positioned and fixed die, so that the upper die (1) and the lower die (2) are close to fit along the direction defined by the positioning pin (3), and a stamping bulge (110) positioned on the upper die (1) stamps the surface of the flat plate to form a reinforcing rib.
