The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a cleaning device for surgical forceps with a drying function.
Background
The surgical forceps are the most common instrument used in medical operations, and dozens of surgical forceps used in one operation are possible, and substances such as blood, tissues and the like attached to the surgical forceps need to be cleaned after the operation. The method for cleaning the surgical forceps is roughly divided into two types of manual cleaning and machine cleaning, the cleaning effect of the manual cleaning is good, but only one surgical forceps can be cleaned each time, and the cleaning efficiency is low; although the existing machine can clean a large amount of operating forceps at one time, the cleaning effect is poor, particularly impurities at the hinged position of the operating forceps cannot be thoroughly cleaned, the operating forceps are not dry in time, the hinged position of the operating forceps can be rusted, the use of the operating forceps is slightly influenced, and hospital infection accidents are seriously caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a surgical forceps cleaning device with a drying function, which can improve the cleaning efficiency of surgical forceps, clean the hinged part of the surgical forceps, enhance the cleaning effect, dry the surgical forceps and avoid the situation that the surgical forceps get rusty.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a surgical forceps cleaning device with a drying function comprises a box body, a driving device, a cleaning box cover and a drying box cover, wherein the top of the box body is of an open structure, and the bottom of the box body is provided with a plurality of water outlet holes and a plurality of supporting legs; two L-shaped sliding grooves and two supporting grooves are respectively arranged on two inner walls of the box body which are oppositely arranged, and the two L-shaped sliding grooves and the two supporting grooves on each inner wall are symmetrically arranged; the driving device comprises two driving rods and two driving shafts, two ends of each driving rod are respectively connected in the L-shaped sliding groove in a sliding mode, the driving shafts are arranged on the outer sides of the driving rods, a driving motor is arranged on the outer wall of the box body, the driving shafts are in transmission connection with the driving motors through speed reducers, two cams are arranged on each driving shaft, two ends of each driving rod and two ends of each driving shaft are respectively connected through connecting components, and the supporting grooves are located between the driving rods and the driving shafts; the connecting assembly is arranged in the supporting groove and comprises a connecting ring and a connecting plate, the connecting ring and the connecting plate are fixedly connected through a connecting rod, the connecting ring is sleeved at the end part of the driving rod, the connecting rod is connected in the supporting groove in a sliding manner, the connecting plate is attached to the cam, a compression spring is arranged between the connecting plate and the supporting groove, one end of the compression spring is fixedly connected to one side of the connecting plate, and the other end of the compression spring is tightly pressed on one side of the supporting groove; during cleaning, the cleaning tank cover is buckled with the tank body; when drying, the drying box cover is buckled with the box body.
Optionally, the cleaning box cover comprises a cover body, the cover body is hollow inside, a water inlet is formed in the top of the cover body, a plurality of spray heads are uniformly arranged at the bottom of the cover body, the water inlet and the spray heads are communicated with the hollow portion, a cleaning pipeline is further arranged on the cover body, the cleaning pipeline penetrates through the cover body and is fixedly connected to the bottom of the cover body, the setting direction of the cleaning pipeline is the same as the setting direction of the driving rods, a plurality of outlets are formed in the bottom of the cleaning pipeline, and the cleaning pipeline is located right above the central lines of the two driving rods.
Optionally, a plurality of vertically arranged flushing pipelines are uniformly arranged on the inner wall of the box body, a plurality of flushing holes for cleaning the surgical forceps are arranged on the side wall of each flushing pipeline, the bottom of each flushing pipeline is of a closed structure, and the top of each flushing pipeline is of an open structure; the bottom of the cover body of the cleaning box cover is provided with a connector matched with the flushing pipeline, and the connector is inserted in the flushing pipeline.
Optionally, the drying box cover comprises a cover body, a fan heater is arranged at the top of the cover body, a ventilation pipeline is arranged at an outlet of the fan heater, the ventilation pipeline penetrates through the cover body and is fixedly connected to the bottom of the cover body, a plurality of air outlets are formed in the bottom of the ventilation pipeline, and the ventilation pipeline is arranged in a snake shape; the cover body is provided with an operation panel and a controller, the controller is electrically connected with the operation panel and the warm air blower, and the operation panel is provided with a display, a timing button, a start button and a stop button.
Optionally, a baffle is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the box body, and a partition plate for partitioning the surgical forceps is arranged on the baffle.
Optionally, a plurality of rectangular separation holes are evenly formed in the separation plate and are arranged in parallel, two mounting grooves are formed in the bottom of the separation plate and are buckled on the baffle, and a plurality of round ventilation holes are evenly formed in the separation plate.
Optionally, handles are provided at both ends of the divider plate.
Optionally, the bottom of the box body is a bottom plate which is obliquely arranged, and the water outlet holes are uniformly arranged at the bottom end of the bottom plate.
Optionally, a blocking cap is arranged at the top of the supporting groove.
The surgical forceps cleaning device with the drying function has the following advantages:
(1) the cleaning device in the application can clean a plurality of operating forceps at one time, the driving device can drive the opening and closing of the operating forceps, impurities at the hinged positions of the operating forceps flow away along with water flow, and the cleaning effect is further enhanced under the condition that the cleaning efficiency is improved.
(2) The drying box cover can dry the cleaned surgical forceps, so that residual water at each part of the surgical forceps is evaporated, and particularly water in the hinged part is prevented from rusting.
(3) Appointed drying time can be set for to the stoving case lid, need not personnel's intervention in the drying process, has reduced operation pincers cleaning personnel's quantity, has reduced intensity of labour, has improved work efficiency.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be further explained with reference to the accompanying drawings, wherein the direction of the driving motor in fig. 1 is taken as the left side in the following description.
As shown in fig. 1-8, a cleaning device for surgical forceps 13, hereinafter referred to as a cleaning device for short, which is a cleaning device for surgical forceps with a drying function, and includes a box body 1, a driving device, a cleaning box cover 2 and a drying box cover 3, wherein the top of the box body 1 is an open structure, the bottom of the box body 1 is provided with a plurality of water outlet holes 12 and a plurality of supporting legs 11, the bottom of the box body 1 is a bottom plate 101 which is obliquely arranged, the water outlet holes 12 are uniformly arranged at the bottom end of the bottom plate 101, and the oblique bottom plate 101 facilitates the outflow of cleaning water; the inner walls of the left side and the right side of the box body 1 are respectively provided with two L-shaped sliding grooves 102 and two supporting grooves 17, the two L-shaped sliding grooves 102 and the two supporting grooves 17 on each inner wall are symmetrically arranged, a baffle plate 5 is fixedly connected between the inner walls of the left side and the right side of the box body 1, a partition plate 4 used for partitioning the surgical forceps 13 is arranged on the baffle plate 5, the bottom of the partition plate 4 is provided with two mounting grooves 404, the mounting grooves 404 are buckled on the baffle plate 5, handles 403 are arranged at two ends of the partition plate 4, so that the partition plate 4 is convenient to mount and dismount, a plurality of rectangular partition holes 401 are uniformly formed in the partition plate 4, the partition holes 401 are arranged in parallel, a plurality of circular ventilation holes 402 are further uniformly formed in the partition plate 4, the surgical forceps 13 are placed in the partition holes 401, the surgical forceps 13 can be prevented from being occluded with other surgical forceps 13 when being opened and closed, and the surgical forceps 13 are prevented from being damaged; the vent holes 402 can enable hot air to flow from the upper part of the partition plate 4 to the lower part of the partition plate 4, so that the whole surgical forceps 13 can be dried, and the drying efficiency is improved; evenly be provided with the washing pipeline 103 of a plurality of vertical settings on the inner wall of both sides around the box 1, be provided with a plurality of washing holes 104 that are used for wasing operation pincers 13 on the lateral wall of washing pipeline 103, washing holes 104 sets up towards operation pincers 13, and the bottom of washing pipeline 103 is enclosed construction, and the top of washing pipeline 103 is open structure.
The driving device comprises two driving rods 7 and two driving shafts 6, when in use, handles 403 of the surgical forceps 13 are respectively sleeved on the two driving rods 7, then the driving rods 7 are installed in the box body 1 through the vertical part of the L-shaped sliding groove 102, the working space of the driving rods 7 is located at the horizontal part of the L-shaped sliding groove 102, the driving shafts 6 are arranged on the outer sides of the driving rods 7, the outer wall of the box body 1 is provided with a driving motor 8, the driving shafts 6 are in transmission connection with the driving motor 8 through a speed reducer 9, each driving shaft 6 is provided with two cams 601, the two ends of the driving rods 7 and the two ends of the driving shafts 6 are respectively connected through connecting components, the supporting grooves 17 are located between the driving rods 7 and the driving shafts 6, and the connecting components are installed in the supporting grooves 17; the connecting assembly comprises a connecting ring 14 and a connecting plate 16, the connecting ring 14 and the connecting plate 16 are fixedly connected through a connecting rod 18, the connecting ring 14 is sleeved at the end part of the driving rod 7, the connecting rod 18 is slidably connected in a supporting groove 17, a blocking cap 19 is arranged at the top of the supporting groove 17, the blocking cap 19 can prevent the connecting rod 18 from displacing in the vertical direction, the consistency of the action of the driving rod 7 is ensured, the connecting plate 16 is attached to the cam 601, a compression spring 15 is arranged between the connecting plate 16 and the supporting groove 17, one end of the compression spring 15 is fixedly connected to one side of the connecting plate 16, and the other end of the compression spring 15 is tightly pressed on one side of the supporting groove 17; the driving motor 8 can drive the driving shaft 6 to rotate, the cam 601 can push the connecting plate 16 to do reciprocating motion, the connecting plate 16 drives the two driving rods 7 to do the actions of approaching → departing → approaching → departing, the surgical forceps 13 can be automatically opened and closed under the driving of the driving rods 7, the hinged part continuously rotates, impurities can slowly flow away along with water flow from the hinged part and then in the flow of cleaning water.
During cleaning, the cleaning box cover 2 is buckled with the box body 1, the lubricating box cover 2 comprises a cover body, the cover body is hollow, a water inlet 202 is formed in the top of the cover body, a plurality of spray heads 201 are uniformly arranged at the bottom of the cover body, the water inlet 202 and the spray heads 201 are both communicated with the hollow part, a cleaning pipeline 204 is further arranged on the cover body, the cleaning pipeline 204 penetrates through the cover body and is fixedly connected to the bottom of the cover body, the arrangement direction of the cleaning pipeline 204 is the same as that of the driving rods 7, a plurality of outlets 203 are formed in the bottom of the cleaning pipeline 204, and the cleaning pipeline 204 is positioned right above the central line of the two driving rods 17, namely right above the operating forceps 13; the bottom of the cover body of the cleaning box cover 2 is also provided with a connector 205 matched with the flushing pipeline 103, the connector 205 is inserted in the flushing pipeline 103, a water inlet 202 is communicated with a cleaning water source during cleaning, and cleaning water can comprehensively clean the surgical clamp 13 through the spray head 201 and the flushing hole 104, so that a good cleaning effect is achieved; when cleaning, the cleaning agent is poured into the cleaning pipe 204, and then the cleaning agent is mixed with the cleaning water through the outlet 203 of the cleaning pipe 204 to clean the forceps 13.
During the stoving, stoving case lid 3 and 1 lock of box, stoving case lid 3 includes the lid, the lid top is provided with electric fan heater 301, electric fan heater 301's export is provided with air pipe 302, air pipe 302 passes lid and fixed connection in the lid bottom, air pipe 302's bottom is provided with a plurality of air outlets 303, air pipe 302 is snakelike arranging, be provided with operating panel and controller on the lid, the controller is connected with operating panel and electric fan heater 301 electricity, the last time that can set up the stoving of operating panel.
The using method of the invention is as follows: sleeving two driving rods 7 with surgical clamps 13 to be cleaned, sleeving connecting rings 14 at two ends of the driving rods 7, sliding the driving rods 7 downwards along the vertical part of the L-shaped sliding groove 102 until the driving rods 7 fall on the horizontal part of the L-shaped sliding groove 102, placing a connecting rod 18 into a supporting groove 17, fastening a blocking cap 19, installing a compression spring 15 in a gap between a connecting plate 16 and the supporting groove 17, placing a partition plate 4, fastening an installing groove 404 on the blocking plate 5, placing all the surgical clamps 13 in a separating hole 401, ensuring that the surgical clamps 13 cannot topple in the left and right direction by the partition plate 4, finally covering a cleaning box cover 2, communicating a water inlet 202 with a cleaning water source through a water pipe, pouring cleaning agent into a cleaning pipeline 204 from an inlet of the cleaning pipeline 204, mixing the cleaning water with the cleaning agent to clean the surgical clamps 13, and flushing the surgical clamps by a spray head 201 above the surgical clamps 13 and front and back flushing holes 104 in all directions, the cleaning effect is ensured, when the cleaning is about to be finished, the inlet of the cleaning pipeline 204 is also communicated with a cleaning water source, the cleaning agent in the cleaning pipeline 204 is washed clean, the driving rod 7 drives the operating forceps 13 to be opened and closed ceaselessly in the cleaning process, impurities at the hinged part of the operating forceps 13 can flow away with the water continuously, and the impurities are discharged out of the box body through the water outlet hole 12; after the washing, change the washing case lid 2 into stoving case lid 3, then set up the stoving time on operating panel, start electric fan heater 301, electric fan heater 301 sends into box 1 with the warm braw through air pipe 302 in to evenly spread in box 1 through ventilation hole 402 on the division board 4, the warm braw can make the even drying of operation pincers 13, after the stoving, takes out operation pincers 13, whole cleaning process finishes.
