Background

Stairs, which are present in most buildings, even serve as a passageway for life when a disaster occurs. But as society advances, more and more buildings have been equipped with elevators, and the frequency of use of stairs has been greatly reduced, so that handrails on the stairs are more likely to accumulate dust.

At present, the stair handrail is cleaned by manpower, a cleaner holds a cleaning basin, cleaning cloth and cleaning liquid to clean the stair handrail layer by layer, the labor intensity is high, and the cleaning efficiency is low. Therefore, there is a need for an auxiliary tool for cleaning a stair railing to reduce the labor intensity of a cleaner and to improve the cleaning efficiency.

As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the two cleaning parts 130 are movably connected to two sides of the mounting body 110, respectively, so that the distance between the two cleaning parts 130 is adjustable, a cleaning space 140 is provided between the two cleaning parts 130, the shape of the cleaning space 140 corresponds to the shape of the handrail, and the spraying direction of the nozzle 300 points to the cleaning space 140; if the shape of the handrail is a cylinder, the shape of the cleaning space 140 is a circle, the shapes of the two cleaning parts 130 are both arc-shaped and the inner diameters of the two cleaning parts are the same, if the shape of the handrail is a square tube, the shape of the cleaning space 140 is a rectangle, the shapes of the two cleaning parts 130 are both right-angled and the inner widths of the two cleaning parts are the same. Since the two cleaning parts 130 are movably connected to both sides of the mounting body 110, respectively, and the shape of the cleaning space 140 corresponds to the shape of the handrail, the handrail cleaner can be adapted to stair handrails of different sizes.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, specifically, the head ends of the two cleaning parts 130 are both provided with a sliding block 132, the tail ends of the two cleaning parts 130 are both overhead ends, the mounting body 110 is provided with a sliding opening 111 matched with the sliding block 132, and each sliding block 132 can slide in the corresponding sliding opening 111, so that the two cleaning parts 130 are respectively movably connected to both sides of the mounting body 110. In order to enable the two cleaning parts 130 to move synchronously, a gear 400 is installed in the installation main body 110, the two sliding blocks 132 are respectively provided with an upper rack 410 and a lower rack 420, the gear 400 is simultaneously meshed with the upper rack 410 and the lower rack 420, when a cleaner stretches and retracts any one cleaning part 130, the gear 400 in the installation main body 110 is driven by the rack of the cleaning part 130 to rotate, and then the gear 400 drives the other rack to move, so that the two cleaning parts can move synchronously. In order to reduce the self-extension of the two cleaning portions 130 without any intervention of external force, the upper rack 410, the lower rack 420 and the gear 400 are helical teeth, so that the two cleaning portions 130 can be relatively easily retracted inward and relatively difficultly extended outward (it is necessary to provide a pulling force for the two cleaning portions 130 to be extended outward at the same time), so as to ensure that the two cleaning portions 130 can be tightly attached to the handrail.

In some embodiments of the present invention, in order to prevent the two cleaning portions 130 from being extended excessively, so that the sliding block 132 is separated from the sliding opening 111, the ends of the upper rack 410 and the lower rack 420 are provided with a limiting portion 401, and when the limiting portion 401 abuts against the gear 400, the cleaning portions 130 cannot be extended outwards continuously to perform a limiting function.

As shown in fig. 1 and 3, a cleaning plate 131 for wiping the armrest is connected to an inner side surface of each cleaning portion 130, a cleaning cloth or a cleaning brush is disposed on the cleaning plate 131, the cleaning cloth or the cleaning brush protrudes out of the cleaning plate 131, and when the armrest is cleaned, the cleaning cloth or the cleaning brush abuts against the armrest. In order to facilitate cleaning of the cleaning plate 131, the cleaning plate 131 is snap-coupled to the cleaning part 130 so that the cleaning plate 131 is detached and cleaned. In addition, a plurality of control buttons 210 are arranged on the handle 200, one control button 210 is used for controlling the start and stop of the electric water valve, a battery is arranged in the handle 200, a plug is arranged on the handle 200 and electrically connected with the battery, a socket which is connected with the plug in a matching manner is arranged on the installation main body 110, the socket is electrically connected with the electric water valve, so that the handle 200 and the installation main body 110 can be detachably connected, and once the plug is connected with the socket, the battery is electrically connected with the socket. It should be noted that the plug is a multi-pin plug, and all the control buttons 210 on the handle 200 are electrically connected to corresponding pins in the multi-pin plug, so that after the plug is connected to the socket, the electrically operated water valve can be started or stopped by the control buttons 210 on the handle 200.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the handle 200 is provided with a charging port or retractable charging pins, and the handle 200 can be detached separately for charging when it is necessary to charge the battery.

In some embodiments of the present invention, in order to improve the cleaning effect of the handrail cleaner, a vibration motor (not shown in the drawings) is disposed in the mounting body 110, the socket is electrically connected to the vibration motor, the circuit connection manner of the vibration motor is similar to that of the electric water valve, and after the plug is connected to the socket, the vibration motor can be turned on or off through the control button 210 on the handle 200. When the vibration motor is started, the vibration motor can drive the mounting body 110 to vibrate and transmit the vibration to the two cleaning portions 130, so as to realize micro-vibration of the cleaning plate 131.

As shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present invention, the liquid storage box 120 is provided with a water inlet, and a flip cover 121 is disposed on the water inlet. When the cleaning solution needs to be replenished, the cleaning person can open the flip cover 121 so as to inject the cleaning solution into the liquid storage box 120.

In some embodiments of the present invention, in order to enable a cleaner to grip the handle 200, the handle 200 is provided with a plurality of anti-slip grooves; or the handle 200 is sleeved with a rubber sleeve 220.

By adopting the structure, when the handrail needs to be cleaned, firstly, the two cleaning parts 130 are sleeved outside the handrail, then the two cleaning parts 130 are retracted inwards, so that the cleaning cloth or the cleaning brush on the cleaning plate 131 is abutted against the handrail, a cleaner holds the handle 200 to clean the handrail, if the cleaning cloth or the cleaning brush needs to be matched with cleaning liquid to clean the handrail, the control switch matched with the electric water valve is pressed down and the electric water valve is started, so that the cleaning liquid drops on the handrail, and if stubborn dirt is encountered, the control switch matched with the vibration motor is pressed down and the vibration motor is started, so that the cleaning plate 131 slightly vibrates, and the cleaning effect of the handrail cleaner is improved.

It should be further noted that, since the position of the cleaning plate 131 is not adjustable, when the cleaner uses the armrest cleaner, the cleaner needs to rotate the handle 200 appropriately, so that the cleaning cloth or the cleaning brush on the cleaning plate 131 can completely wipe the outer surface of the armrest.
