step (1), pretreatment
Moving a lifting turnover plate (32) of the processing basket (3) to the lowest position of a position-giving opening (33), then cleaning the leafy vegetables to be processed, putting the leafy vegetables into the processing basket (3), opening a bin door (2), and putting the processing basket (3) into a processing bin (1);
step (2), dehydration treatment
A rotating shaft (61) of the processing bin (1) works to drive the processing basket (3) to rotate so as to dehydrate the leafy vegetables;
step (3) of sterilization treatment
The output port of the ozone generating device (5) outputs ozone towards the processing basket (3) to sterilize the leafy vegetables for 30-50 min;
step (4), drying and cooling treatment
After sterilization is finished, a fan (7) and a heating pipe (71) of the drying mechanism work to blow hot air upwards to dry vegetables in the processing basket (3), wherein the drying time is 50-70 min, and the drying temperature is 40-60 ℃; and after drying, stopping the heating pipe (71) from working, independently working the fan (71) to blow out cold air for cooling treatment, wherein the cooling time is 20-40 min, and finishing processing.
