Description

Biological pesticide insecticidal composition and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticide compositions, in particular to a biological pesticide insecticidal composition and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
At present, chemical agents are mainly used for preventing and treating pests at home and abroad, and a large amount of pest damage is saved. However, the long-term use of chemical agents has serious problems of agent residue, environmental pollution, pest resistance, pest rampant and the like. Therefore, it is an urgent task to reduce the use and gradually eliminate chemical pesticides with toxic and side effects, develop efficient pesticides with no toxicity, no harm, no harmful residue, or low toxicity, and explore new methods for pest control.
The invention patent CN101297652B discloses the application of silicon dioxide in the preparation of drugs for controlling pests and other arthropods, and the control effect of silicon dioxide on the pests on crops is improved by regulating and controlling parameters such as particle size, specific surface area and the like. However, since the natural diatomite and silica with conventional crystal structures do not have surface activity, various application indexes such as surface tension and contact angle are large, so that the spreading, adhesion and penetration of the liquid medicine are not facilitated, in order to improve the application performance, an auxiliary agent with synergistic performance needs to be added, and the addition of other synergistic agent components can influence the photosynthesis of crops to a certain extent and the normal growth of the crops while improving the efficiency of controlling pests.
The invention patent CN111165481A discloses a diatomite-avermectin pesticide composition with a specific structure, wherein diatomite with a saw-tooth honeycomb structure is adopted, and the control effect of the corresponding composition on red spiders, thrips, trialeurodes vaporariorum and the like is improved by utilizing the structural characteristics of the diatomite and the synergistic effect of the avermectin. However, the components can only exert the corresponding control effect after contacting with the corresponding pests such as insects, and the contact between the components and the insects is a passive state, so that the components cannot actively attract the insects or actively adsorb on the body surfaces of the insects to achieve the effect of more efficiently controlling the pests. In addition, due to the structural characteristics of the diatomite with the zigzag honeycomb structure, the diatomite cannot be crushed or vigorously stirred, so that the dispersibility among the effective components and the exertion of the effects are influenced to a certain extent.

The invention provides a biological pesticide insecticidal composition, which comprises diatomite with a specific structure and an attractant active ingredient, wherein the weight ratio of the diatomite to the attractant active ingredient is (1: 80) - (80: 1); the diatomite with the specific structure has a sawtooth honeycomb structure; the diatomite with the specific structure is Celite 610.
In some embodiments, the weight ratio between the specific structure diatomaceous earth and the attractant active ingredient is 80: 1. 60: 1. 40: 1. 30: 1. 20: 1. 10: 1. 5: 1. 2: 1.
silicon of the specific structure described in the present inventionThe diatomite is diatomite with a specific crystal structure and mainly has a honeycomb-shaped saw-tooth structure. In addition, general diatomaceous earth contains a small amount of Al in addition to silica as a main component2O3、Fe2O3CaO, MgO inorganic components, and the like, and other organic components. The diatomite with the specific structure is diatomite with specific saw-tooth honeycomb structure silicon dioxide in the main content after purification treatment, and the purity is higher than 95%.
In some embodiments, the silica having a specific saw-tooth honeycomb structure may be selected from diatomaceous earth having a specific structure of Celite610, available from garnets, france. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, under an optical microscope and an electron microscope, Celite610 can be seen to have a clear saw-toothed honeycomb structure. On one hand, the diatomite with the specific structure has a larger specific surface area due to the saw-tooth-shaped honeycomb structure, and is favorable for being better adsorbed on a wax layer on the body surface of the insect, so that the insect body is quickly dehydrated. On the other hand, due to the zigzag honeycomb structure, the composition is beneficial to causing damage to a wax layer on the surface of the insect body, tearing the surface of the insect body, rapidly permeating into the insect body and causing fatal damage to the insect, thereby improving the lethality of the composition.
The active ingredient of the attractant is a substance capable of attracting insects, also called pheromone, and generally the pheromone is a substance which is generated in the body of the insects and can cause the same or other individuals to take a special action after being sent out of the body. The type and source of the insect attractant are not particularly limited in the present invention, and various insect attractants known to those skilled in the art can be selected, including, but not limited to, vanillin, ethyl vanillin, propiolactone, tert-butyl 2-methyl-4-cyclohexanecarboxylate, tert-butyl 4-chloro-2-methylcyclohexenecarboxylate, methyl isobutyl eugenol, veratric acid, civet, indole, 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-ol, n-hexanol, 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one, ethanol, malt extract, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, amyl acetate, creamy essence, lactic acid, ethyl lactate, acetic acid, benzyl alcohol, linoleic acid, cis-3-hexen-1-ol acetate, ethyl lactate, benzyl alcohol, linoleic acid, cis-3-hexen-1-ol acetate, methyl cyclohexenyl-2-one, ethyl isobutyl actetate, folic acid, folic alcohol, trans-2-hexen-1-ol, trans-2-hexenal, and the like. The attractant can be used singly or in combination according to one or more of requirements.
In some embodiments, the attractant active ingredient is an insect attractant; the insect attractant is selected from one or more of 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-ol, n-hexanol, 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one and ethanol.
The method and formulation of the biopesticide composition used in the present invention are not particularly limited, and may be used according to the methods known to those skilled in the art.
In some embodiments, the formulation of the biopesticide insecticidal composition is selected from one of emulsifiable concentrate, suspension, wettable powder, granule, aqueous solution, poison bait, mother liquor, mother powder.
The second aspect of the present invention provides a wettable biopesticide powder for insecticidal use, which comprises the biopesticide insecticidal composition as described above; the wettable biopesticide powder also comprises a dispersant and a synergist.
The wettable powder (Wettable powder, abbreviated as WP) is a pesticide preparation which is prepared by mixing a raw pesticide and an auxiliary agent to reach a certain fineness and is diluted by water for use. The wettable powder has the following advantages: (1) the raw medicine which is insoluble in water can be processed into WP, the content of the WP can be higher than that of the suspending agent, and the WP can be mixed with water for spraying. (2) The original medicine which is unstable to water can be prepared into wettable powder to improve the stability. (3) Does not contain organic solvent, has good environmental compatibility and is convenient for storage and transportation. (4) The physical stability is higher than the suspension rate, and the conditions of caking, precipitation and the like can not occur. (5) The production cost is low, and the production technology and the production equipment are mature. Meanwhile, wettable powders also have some disadvantages: (1) there is some dust pollution in the process. (2) The particle size is relatively large and the effect is relatively reduced. (3) The formula auxiliary dosage is relatively less, and the performances of wetting, spreading and the like of crops and targets after dilution are relatively poor.
The wettable powder is used by being mixed with water for spraying, and the suspension rate in use and whether the liquid medicine can be spread and stayed on target crops are the most important to ensure that the wettable powder plays higher drug effect. Meanwhile, in consideration of the special insecticidal principle of the diatomite with a special structure, the diatomite can moisten the target in the largest range and spread on the target as much as possible, so that the probability of contact between target pests and effective components in wettable powder is increased.
In some embodiments, the dispersant is used in an amount of 1 to 8 wt% based on the weight of the biopesticide insecticidal composition.
In some embodiments, the dispersant comprises a solid surfactant.
Because the diatomite with the specific structure adopted in the application has the honeycomb-shaped saw-tooth structure, the structure is easily damaged in the stirring process, so that the stirring is not suitable, the diatomite is generally mixed in modes of vibration and the like, and the mixing and dispersing effects between the diatomite and the attractant active ingredient, the dispersing agent, the synergist and the like are not ideal to a great extent. In the process of completing the invention, the applicant finds that when a certain amount of specific dispersing agent is added into the composition, particularly a certain amount of solid surfactant is added as a stabilizing agent, the specific structure diatomite can be effectively protected, and the dispersing and mixing effect between the specific structure diatomite and the immune substance can be improved. Even after the stirring and mixing, the structure of the diatomite with a specific structure can be further ensured not to be damaged while the good dispersing and mixing effect is ensured, and the control effect of the diatomite on plant pests is not influenced. Possibly, the solid surfactant can be fully mixed with the immune active ingredients under the action of the dispersion medium, so that the surface activity of the active ingredients of the attractant is effectively improved, and in the process of further mixing the solid surfactant with the diatomite with the specific structure, the solid surfactant can be more fully contacted with the surface of the diatomite with the specific structure due to the high surface activity of the active ingredients of the attractant, and the surfactant is further soaked on the surface of the diatomite with the specific structure, so that the mixing and dispersing effects among the solid surfactant and the diatomite are improved. Due to the higher cohesive energy density of the solid surfactant, the film layer is well protected on the surface of the diatomite with a specific structure, and the heavy flocculation or agglomeration among particles is avoided.
In some preferred embodiments, the solid surfactant has a comb-type molecular chain structure.
Since the granular powder of the present invention is easily affected by humidity, temperature, etc. in the environment when stored before use, it re-flocculates into coarse particles, which affects the suspension rate in use and infiltration and spreading on the plant surface. Especially, when the adopted diatomite has a specific cellular sawtooth-shaped structure, because the cellular structure has a large number of pores and is more sensitive to moisture in the environment, the wettable powder is easy to flocculate again after being stored for a period of time (especially in an environment with higher humidity), and agglomeration, caking and the like occur even in the environment with higher humidity, so that the function exertion of the wettable powder is seriously influenced. The applicant finds that by further setting the structure of the solid surfactant in the application, when the solid surfactant with the comb-shaped molecular chain structure is adopted, the storage time of the wettable powder can be remarkably prolonged, even the wettable powder is stored for a long time in a high-humidity environment, the good powder characteristics can still be maintained, and the re-agglomeration or agglomeration is not easy to occur. Probably, the solid surfactant with the comb-type molecular chain structure can form independent cavities through the comb-type molecular structure, and kieselguhr with a specific structure is coated in the cavities to further isolate surrounding particles and avoid further coalescence among the particles.
In the present invention, the source of the solid surfactant having a comb-type molecular chain structure is not particularly limited, and a commercially available specific product, for example, that of Fuji-Xerox
Figure BDA0002697975000000061
GE 204, and the like.
In some embodiments, the dispersant further comprises a second dispersant; the second dispersant is one or more dispersants selected from the group consisting of MorewetD425, MorwetD500, MorewetEFM, KMT3006, KMT3007, MF-5, K12, GY-D800, HMK-D1003, HMK-D1005, HMK-D806, Agrilan755, GY-D180 and GY-D10.
The applicant finds that when the solid surfactant is used and some anionic high molecular surfactant with a comb-shaped structure is compounded, the storage stability of the powder under high-humidity and high-temperature environment and the pest control efficiency in use can be further improved. Probably because under the interaction between the surfactants with the same comb-shaped structure, the surfactant can be adsorbed on the surface of the diatomite with a specific structure through a plurality of sites, the surface activity of the diatomite is better improved, and the stronger electrostatic repulsive force is provided through the ionization characteristic of the diatomite in water, so that the mutual agglomeration of the powder under a high-humidity environment is avoided. In addition, due to the characteristic of the comb-shaped structure, the water-soluble polymer has good dispersion and hard water resistance to pesticide raw materials, and is particularly suitable for water with high hardness.
In some preferred embodiments, the second dispersant is an anionic surfactant having a comb structure.
Further preferably, the second dispersant is GY-D06 (Beijing, Guangyaoyi agricultural chemical, LLC).
In some embodiments, the weight ratio of the solid surfactant to the second surfactant is (1.5-3): 1.
further preferably, the weight ratio of the solid surfactant to the second surfactant is 2.2: 1.
the synergist of the invention is a general name of an assistant which has no biological activity and can greatly improve the toxicity and the efficacy of a pesticide when being mixed with the pesticide. The specific choice of the synergist is not particularly limited in the present invention, and various synergists known to those skilled in the art can be selected to synergistically enhance the synergistic effect with the diatomite with the specific saw-tooth structure in the present application, so as to improve the effect of controlling pests. Including but not limited to anhydrous fast T-1, super penetrant TT-1, 319D of chemical Limited, Guangzhou Fangzhou; GreenwetBP of Beijing Greengtham Tech technology, Inc., organosilicon QS-302-NP50 of Jiangxi Tian Sanqi New Material, Inc., organosilicon GC of Jiangxi Co-creation chemical company, 100LQ of British grass big company, Agrospred101 and Agrospred prime of Meituji high New Material (China), Bolitong S240 of Yingqiang Special chemical Co, white carbon black of Fujianghengtta chemical technology, Inc., and the like.
In some embodiments, the synergist is used in an amount of 0.5 to 12 wt% based on the weight of the biopesticide insecticidal composition.
Preferably, the amount of the synergist is 0.5-5 wt% of the weight of the biopesticide insecticidal composition.
In some embodiments, the synergist is a polyether modified organosiloxane.
Further preferably, the polyether-modified organosiloxane is polyether-modified heptamethyltrisiloxane.
Further, the viscosity of the polyether modified heptamethyltrisiloxane at 25 ℃ is 20-60 mm2And s. CJ-1500 polyether modified heptamethyltrisiloxane of Zhejiang Chuangji organosilicon materials Co.
The applicant finds that when a certain amount of low molecular weight polyether modified heptamethyltrisiloxane is used as a synergist in the process of preparing and using the wettable powder, the surface tension of the powder after dispersion in water can be obviously reduced, the powder can be quickly spread on the surface of an early crop, and active ingredients such as kieselguhr with a specific structure and an insect attractant in the system are uniformly scattered on the surface of the crop, so that the effect of the active ingredients can be improved. In addition, applicants have unexpectedly found that the use of the polyether modified heptamethyltrisiloxane described above in combination with the above-described compounded dispersants of the present application can also help to improve the anti-drift and rainfastness properties of the powder. Probably because the solid surfactant with a specific structure in the dispersing agent and the anionic surfactant with a specific comb-shaped structure have higher cohesive strength and steric hindrance and the synergistic effect of stronger solvation chain acting force of the polyether modified heptamethyltrisiloxane, the active ingredients of the insect attractant and the diatomite ingredients with the specific structure in the system can be better adhered to the surfaces of crops, so that the adhesive force between the active ingredients and the surfaces of the crops is improved. In addition, under the interaction among the components, smaller particles can be formed by classification, but the particles have stronger interaction, so that the surface of the crop is uniformly distributed, meanwhile, the drift is avoided, and the control effect is higher.
The third aspect of the present invention provides a preparation method of the wettable biopesticide powder, which comprises the following steps:
(1) adding the attractant active ingredient and the dispersant in a formula amount into a reactor, and stirring and mixing to obtain a component A;
(2) adding the diatomite with the specific structure and the rest raw materials into the component A according to the formula amount, and mixing to obtain the product.
In some embodiments, shaking or stirring is selected in step (2); when stirring and mixing are adopted, the stirring speed is not higher than 80 r/min. Preferably, when mixing by stirring, the stirring speed is 70 r/min.
The solid surfactant with the specific structure, the anionic second dispersing agent with the comb-shaped structure and the synergist can protect the diatomite structure with the specific structure from being damaged in the preparation process of the composition, and can be mixed in a stirring mode. However, the specific structure of the diatomaceous earth added in step (2) cannot be stirred too strongly during the preparation of the composition, otherwise the cellular saw-tooth structure of the diatomaceous earth is still destroyed. The applicant found that the structure of the diatomaceous earth is not significantly affected provided that the stirring speed does not exceed 80 r/min.
The vibration frequency in the vibration mixing is 100-1000 r/min, and the amplitude is 0.5-1 mm.
The present invention will be specifically described below by way of examples. It should be noted that the following examples are only for illustrating the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention, and that the insubstantial modifications and adaptations of the present invention by those skilled in the art based on the above disclosure are still within the scope of the present invention.
