本发明涉及植物栽培领域,特别涉及一种移动植物墙。
背景技术
在室内栽培过程中,通常难以为植物提供良好的生长环境,水分、光源以及温度这些都是需求,一般的栽培架仅仅只能够为植物提供一个具有喷淋和光照的生长环境,并不能够根据不同种类植物来调节相对应的波长的光照,喷淋水在喷淋过程中会造成大量水分浪费,植物生长受到影响,不能对空气进行净化,同时一般栽培装置不能够随意移动。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种移动植物墙,本发明中通过风扇强力吸取空气,空气中VOC、PM2.5、PM1.0、PM10、甲醛,经过种植篮内的小石子和植物的根部来净化空气;空气中的二氧化碳在植物的叶子上二氧化碳富集吸收,植物生长的更好,并且通过光合作用释放氧气,能够实现专业植物灯光谱的白光带来的最大程度的吸收和灯光带来的美观优雅;具有净化空气的效果,并且还能够提供水循环,能够给植物墙上的多种植篮的盆栽提供良好的生长环境,此水循环内包含了水杀菌水过滤和水内增氧的功能,整个装置便于移动,WIFI自动定时管理。

本发明一种移动植物墙,包括金属框架和底座,所述底座安装于金属框架的底端,所述金属框架的正面顶端安装有灯,所述金属框架的正面外表面上设置有种植篮基座,所述种植篮基座外表上从上至下相互平行设置有若干种植篮,所述金属框架的背面上设置有和种植篮相连通的进风栅格,所述金属框架的背面底端安装有风扇,所述风扇的底部安装有喷淋头,所述喷淋头的底端连接有水管,所述水管安装于金属框架的背面一侧,所述底座的内部分别安装有水箱、增氧UV过滤器、水泵、过滤器、水槽和WIFI控制器,所述增氧UV过滤器和水泵内置于水箱中,所述过滤器安装于水箱的一侧,所述水槽设置于水箱的顶面,所述水箱的底面通过铝塑板垫在底座内,所述WIFI控制器安装于底座的内壁上,所述水泵和过滤器通过水管相连通,所述种植篮的内部内置有小石子,所述小石子以50%火山石、绿沸石10%、浮石20%和活性炭20%的填充比例组成。

如图1-4,本发明提供一种移动植物墙,包括金属框架3和底座15,底座安装于金属框架3的底端,金属框架3的正面顶端安装有灯1,金属框架3的正面外表面上设置有种植篮基座4,种植篮基座4外表上从上至下相互平行设置有若干种植篮5,金属框架3的背面上设置有和种植篮5相连通的进风栅格,金属框架3的背面底端安装有风扇2,风扇2的底部安装有喷淋头8,喷淋头8的底端连接有水管7,水管7安装于金属框架3的背面一侧,底座15的内部分别安装有水箱11、增氧UV过滤器9、水泵10、过滤器12、水槽13和WIFI控制器16,增氧UV过滤器9和水泵10内置于水箱11中,过滤器12安装于水箱11的一侧,水槽13设置于水箱11的顶面,水箱11的底面通过铝塑板14垫在底座15内,WIFI控制器16安装于底座15的内壁上,水泵10和过滤器12通过水管相连通,种植篮5的内部内置有小石子,小石子以50%火山石、绿沸石10%、浮石20%和活性炭20%的填充比例组成,通过种植篮5内的小石子强力吸附二氧化碳在植物的根部二氧化碳富集,植物生长的更好,并且通过光合作用释放氧气。
种植篮5从上至下有13排,且均相互平行排列安装在种植篮基座4上
进一步的,底座15的底面安装有供灯1照明的电源,底座15的底面安装220V用于灯1照明的电源。
WIFI控制器16分别和水泵10、增氧UV过滤器9、灯1和风扇2电性连接,WIFI控制器16分别控制这些电器部件的工作,具有定时工作的作用。
灯1为植物灯专用白光技术,能够实现专业植物灯光谱的白光带来的最大程度的吸收。
风扇2按照垂直结构从底面吸入风,出风口为正上方;在金属框架3的背面上设置有和种植篮5相连通的进风栅格,由于种植篮5为倾斜内嵌在金属框架3外表面上,因此空气首先从种植篮5背面吸入,然后经过种植篮5内部小石子以及种植的植物根部进行净化空气,再从顶部流出,具有净化空气的效果。
空气中VOC、PM2.5、PM1.0、PM10、甲醛,经过种植篮5内的小石子和植物的根部来净化空气,然后将空气从下至上导流,空气中的二氧化碳在植物的叶子上二氧化碳富集吸收,植物生长的更好,并且通过光合作用释放氧气,能够实现专业植物灯光谱的白光带来的最大程度的吸收和灯光带来的美观优雅。
底座15的底端安装有滚轮6,便于整个装置的便携移动使用。
水槽13分别和过滤器12、水箱11通过水管相连通,首先WIFI控制器16控制水泵10、增氧UV过滤器9工作,通过水泵10将含有富氧的水通过水管7传输至喷淋头8处,将喷淋水从上至下喷在种植篮5内,当最顶端的种植篮5水分溢出后,会向下流,依次经过多排种植篮5后流回水槽13内,然后经过过滤器12过滤后再流回水箱11中,同时UV过滤器9能够起到水杀菌的作用,形成一个水循环。
植物内置在种植篮5内,底座15的背面安装开关门,便于内部各器件的安装维修。
金属框架3的背面还设置有和种植篮5位置相对应的PC背板,起到盖住进风栅格的作用。
本发明中通过风扇2强力吸取空气,空气中VOC、PM2.5、PM1.0、PM10、甲醛,经过种植篮5内的小石子和植物的根部来净化空气;空气中的二氧化碳在植物的叶子上二氧化碳富集吸收,植物生长的更好,并且通过光合作用释放氧气,能够实现专业植物灯光谱的白光带来的最大程度的吸收和灯光带来的美观优雅;具有净化空气的效果,并且还能够提供水循环,能够给植物墙上的多种植篮5的盆栽提供良好的生长环境,此水循环内包含了水杀菌水过滤和水内增氧的功能,整个装置便于移动,WIFI自动定时管理。

1.一种移动植物墙,包括金属框架(3)和底座(15),其特征在于,所述底座安装于金属框架(3)的底端,所述金属框架(3)的正面顶端安装有灯(1),所述金属框架(3)的正面外表面上设置有种植篮基座(4),所述种植篮基座(4)外表上从上至下相互平行设置有若干种植篮(5),所述金属框架(3)的背面上设置有和种植篮(5)相连通的进风栅格,所述金属框架(3)的背面底端安装有风扇(2),所述风扇(2)的底部安装有喷淋头(8),所述喷淋头(8)的底端连接有水管(7),所述水管(7)安装于金属框架(3)的背面一侧,所述底座(15)的内部分别安装有水箱(11)、增氧UV过滤器(9)、水泵(10)、过滤器(12)、水槽(13)和WIFI控制器(16),所述增氧UV过滤器(9)和水泵(10)内置于水箱(11)中,所述过滤器(12)安装于水箱(11)的一侧,所述水槽(13)设置于水箱(11)的顶面,所述水箱(11)的底面通过铝塑板(14)垫在底座(15)内,所述WIFI控制器(16)安装于底座(15)的内壁上,所述水泵(10)和过滤器(12)通过水管相连通,所述种植篮(5)的内部内置有小石子,所述小石子以50%火山石、绿沸石10%、浮石20%和活性炭20%的填充比例组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动植物墙,其特征在于,所述底座(15)的底面安装有供灯(1)照明的电源。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动植物墙,其特征在于,所述WIFI控制器(16)分别和水泵(10)、增氧UV过滤器(9)、灯(1)和风扇(2)电性连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动植物墙,其特征在于,所述风扇(2)按照垂直结构从底面吸入风,出风口为正上方。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动植物墙,其特征在于,所述底座(15)的底端安装有滚轮(6)。
