In the embodiment of the present application, although the use risk of the certificate copies in daily life can be avoided by attaching a written description to the certificate copies to limit the use information, the risk of the important certificate copies being stolen or transferred cannot be effectively avoided due to one or more of the following situations.
The first situation is as follows: there is no means to prove whether the copy specified by the non-functional information is true or valid; case two: the graphic processing software has too powerful function, after the copy is scanned, the graphic processing software is used for removing the description of the characters, and the copy is printed and output again, so that a non-professional person cannot distinguish the difference between the printed copy and the original copy at the moment, and if the description of the characters is added to the copy which is counterfeited again as required, the non-professional person cannot distinguish the authenticity of the descriptions at all; case three: when the text description is added to the certificate copy, sensitive information such as photos, official seal and the like is generally not allowed to be covered, and the content of other parts except the text description is added in an almost unified mode such as the identity card, and the patterns of the other parts are almost the same except the photos, the birth dates and the identity card numbers which are used for recording the information. And the information can not be covered or shielded by the characters, so that the difficulty of forging copies through graphic processing software is greatly reduced.
The embodiment of the application provides a license copy using method and node equipment, and the node equipment of all parties of the license and the node equipment of a notary party related in the embodiment of the application complete real-name authentication on a block chain.
FIG. 1 is a flow chart illustrating a method of using a license copy in accordance with an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the method for using a certificate copy in the embodiment of the present application may be applied to a notary node device, and includes the following steps:
step S110, when first information with the node signature of the license owner and second information with the node signature of the license owner, which are sent by the node of the license owner, are received, after the node signature of the license owner of the first information and the node signature of the license owner of the second information are verified successfully, the Hash value of the first information is calculated.
In this step, the first information includes an index mark for uniquely identifying the currently received license copy, a license copy photograph, and license use specification information, and the second information includes the index mark and a hash value of the first information.
And step S120, if the calculated hash value of the first information is consistent with the hash value in the second information, performing notary party node signature on the second information with the node signature of the license owner.
Step S130, second information with notary side node signatures and license owner node signatures is issued to the block chain for the predetermined inquiry node device to determine the validity of the received license copy according to the license copy photo in the block chain.
In step S110, the license use instruction information may include at least text use information of the license copy, a validity period of the license copy, and the like.
In step S130, the content published to the blockchain adopts the hash value, so that the published content can be verified without revealing privacy.
According to the certificate copy using method of the embodiment of the application, the notarization party node device can add the self signature to the received index mark with the certificate owner signature, and after the index mark with the certificate owner signature, the copy photo and the hash value of the certificate use description information are added as a whole to be signed, the signed self signature is issued to the block chain to be recorded into the block chain account book, so that the validity of the received certificate copy can be judged according to the certificate copy photo in the block chain by the preset inquiry node device.
In an embodiment, the step of successfully verifying the signature of the license owner node of the first information and the signature of the license owner node of the second information in step S110 may specifically include: s11, identifying a license number from the received certificate copy photo of the first information, and identifying the identity of a license owner according to the license number; and S12, if the identity of the identified license owner is the same as the identity of the node of the license owner, determining that the verification of the signature of the node of the license owner of the first information and the signature of the node of the license owner of the second information is successful.
Through the steps S11-S12, the identity of the license owner can be identified, and the node signature verification of the license owner is completed.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: s140, responding to the received query request sent by the query node device, and acquiring a copy index mark and service description information in the query request; s141, obtaining the preset information matched with the copy index mark and the service description information from the first information, and sending the preset information to the inquiry node equipment; and the predetermined information is provided with the notarization party node signature and the license owner node signature.
In the above step S141, when the copy index flag and the service description information in the query request are matched with the copy index flag and the service description information acquired from the first information, the matching may be fuzzy matching.
Through the steps S140 to S141, the predetermined information may be sent to the query node device in response to the query request sent by the specified query node device, and the notarization node performs fuzzy matching on its identity and the service description carried in the request when responding to the request of other nodes, so as to avoid a malicious third party from stealing the privacy of the user.
In an embodiment, if the query node device is a judicial node device, the step S141 may specifically include: s21, if the service description information indicates that the query request is a judicial operation request, determining that the predetermined information is the first information corresponding to the copy index flag, and sending the corresponding first information to the judicial node device.
In one embodiment, the judicial-related operation request comprises at least one of judicial identification and judicial certification, and the first information corresponding to the copy index tag is sent to the judicial node device in response to a query request of the judicial node device.
In this embodiment, if the query node device is a judicial node device and the service content description information indicates that the request is an operation of judicial-related authentication or certification, an index mark with a node signature and a self signature of the license owner, a copy photo, user identity information, usage information, and a validity period may be returned to the judicial node device; if the identity information of the user does not exist, the index mark with the node signature of the license owner and the self signature, the copy photo, the use information and the validity period are returned to the judicial node equipment.
In an embodiment, if the querying node device is a surviving node device, the step S141 may specifically include: s22, inquiring first information containing the copy index mark, and if license use description information obtained from the inquired first information is matched with the service description information in the inquiry request, sending the preset information to the node equipment of the retention party; wherein the predetermined information at least comprises the certificate copy photo in the inquired first information.
In an actual application scenario, for a situation where an actual user and an ultimate user of a copy are different, for example, a company provides a license copy for its employees to handle bank loans or make a license for their employees, and the actual user is an employee of the company.
In some application scenarios, if identity information of an actual user is not filled in, the copied document generally represents a situation that the owner of the copied certificate handles business directly. For example, when a person enters a office for a mobile phone card, it is necessary to provide a copy of the identification card for the office to be retained or to be copied on site to form a copy. The transferee node may choose not to perform any operations, which means that the transferee is self-burdening the resulting risk event.
In other application scenarios, in order to avoid that the node of the leave-on party has different description modes or modes and habits of describing the party accustomed to license ownership, the service description information of the service to be handled may be preset as the predetermined description content, and the predetermined description content is displayed for the leave-on party staff to select.
As an example, in an application scenario of a business hall of a telecommunication office, service description information may be standardized for hot services or services with higher transaction frequency, for example, for "transacting a phone card", the preset service description information is "open card", and the service transaction efficiency is improved.
In this application scenario, the leave-behind worker may also ask the person handling the business on site for the appropriate description or keywords. For example, in a telco office, a telco worker may describe a "transact phone card" service as "open card" and a user may describe a "transact phone card" when making a usage note. If the fuzzy match does not pass, the staff member can ask the user for comments by replacing "open card" with "calling card" and trying to issue the inquiry request again.
In one embodiment, at least the credential copy photo is sent to the surviving node device in response to a query request by the surviving node device.
In this embodiment, if the node device is a node device other than the judicial node device, the service content description information included in the request message is subjected to fuzzy matching with the use information attached to the license owner. If the matching is successful, returning the index mark, the copy photo, the user identity information, the use information and the validity period with the node signature of the license owner and the node signature of the notarization party, and if the user identity information is not available, returning the index mark, the copy photo, the use information and the validity period with the node signature of the license owner and the node signature of the notarization party.
In this embodiment, when the notarization node responds to the request of another node, the service description information carried in the query request and the use description information submitted to the blockchain by the notarization license owner need to be subjected to fuzzy matching, so that a malicious third party can be prevented and avoided from stealing the privacy of the user.
In the embodiment of the present application, even if it is a judicial node, when an inquiry request is issued to a notarization node, a description of a service to be handled is required, and the service content description information may be, for example, "judicial identification" or the like.
In one embodiment, the predetermined information corresponds to identity information of the querying node device, and before the step S141 of sending the predetermined information to the querying node device, the method further includes: and determining that the service description information in the query request is the service description information matched with the identity information of the query node equipment.
In this embodiment, before sending the predetermined information to the querying node device, the identity information of the querying node device needs to be checked.
In one embodiment, the query request is a query request generated by the query node device according to the received identity information of the license owner, the copy index mark and the service description information; the predetermined information is used in the querying node device to: after the node signature of the notarization party and the node signature of the license owner are successfully verified, calculating a hash value corresponding to the preset information; and is used to: and if the hash value corresponding to the preset information is equal to the hash value corresponding to the copy index mark acquired from the block chain, determining that the license copy in the preset information is valid.
FIG. 2 is a flow chart illustrating a method of using a license copy in accordance with an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the method for using a certificate copy in the embodiment of the present application is applied to a node device on a certificate owner, and includes the following steps.
S210, in response to receiving an index mark generation request of the license copy, generating an index mark of the license copy, wherein the currently generated index mark is different from the index mark generated each time before.
And S220, generating a certificate copy photo, wherein the certificate copy photo comprises an image of the certificate copy and an image of the handwritten index mark, and the handwritten index mark is consistent with the generated index mark.
And S230, respectively carrying out license owner node signing on first information and second information, wherein the first information comprises the index mark generated this time, the certificate copy photo and the acquired license use description information, and the second information comprises the index mark generated this time and the hash value of the first information obtained by calculation.
S240, sending the first information with the certificate owner node signature and the second information with the certificate owner node signature to the notarization party node equipment, so that the notarization party node equipment verifies the certificate copy according to the first information and the second information.
According to the application method of the license copy, the license owner node equipment generates the unique index mark for the currently received license copy, and sends the license owner node signature to the notarization party node equipment after the license owner node signature is carried out on the first information and the second information, so that the notarization party node equipment can verify the license copy according to the first information and the second information.
In an embodiment, the step of generating the certificate copy photo in S220 may specifically include: s31, displaying the index mark generated this time; s32, identifying the handwritten index mark on the paper of the certificate copy through an image acquisition device; and S33, if the index mark generated this time is identified to be the same as the handwritten index mark, generating the certificate copy photo.
In some embodiments, the generated index code may be handwritten or printed onto the copy prior to taking the copy picture, and the picture taking may be performed only if the index code is recognized on the copy when the copy picture is taken.
In this embodiment, when the identification copy photo is generated, in the case where it is recognized that the handwritten index mark on the paper of the identification copy is the same as the handwritten index mark, the identification copy photo is generated, and the consistency of the index mark of the identification copy photo is ensured.
According to the application method of the certificate copy, when the certificate copy is generated, the node equipment of all parties of the certificate makes an index mark on the copy, the index mark generated this time, the certificate copy photo and the acquired certificate use description information are signed by the node equipment of all parties of the certificate, the hash value of the first information generated this time is calculated and then the node signature of all parties of the certificate is carried out, the signed information is sent to the node equipment of the notarization party, so that the node equipment of the notarization party verifies the certificate copy according to the signed information, and the safe use of the certificate copy is realized.
For a better understanding of the present application, a flowchart of a method of using a copy-on-license of an exemplary embodiment of the present application is described below in conjunction with fig. 3-4.
FIG. 3 is a detailed flow chart illustrating a method of license copy use of a license owner node device in accordance with some exemplary embodiments of the present application; fig. 4 is a detailed flowchart illustrating a method of license copy use of a notary node device in accordance with some demonstrative embodiments of the present application.
As shown in fig. 3, the method of using a license copy of a license owner node device may include the following steps.
S301, generating an index code in response to receiving a certificate copy index code request from a user.
In this step, the index code generated this time is not duplicated with other license copy index codes generated for the user before. In some embodiments, the index code may be generated in accordance with principles that facilitate writing and principles that facilitate automatic computer recognition. For example, the generated index code is set not to contain letters and numbers at the same time, which are easily confused. For example, if the letter O is included (regardless of case), the number 0 may not be included; if the number 1 is included, the lower case letter l is included.
S302, displaying the generated index code on a designated screen, and simultaneously starting the image acquisition equipment.
In this step, the user can hand-write an index code displayed on a prescribed screen onto a copy sheet, and aim an image pickup device such as a camera or a video camera at the copy sheet containing the index code.
S303, collecting and identifying the index codes among the certificate copies.
S304, if the identified index code is the same as the displayed index code, acquiring a copy photo containing the index code through image acquisition equipment.
In this step, the node compares the identified index code with the index code that was just previously generated and displayed on the screen. If the two images are the same, the image is automatically taken, and the photo contains the certificate and the handwritten index code at the same time.
S305, collecting user identification information, use information and validity period of the certificate copy.
In this step, after the successful photo of the certificate copy containing the certificate and the handwritten index code, the user can be prompted to input the user identification information, the usage information, the validity period and other use description information of the copy. The identification information may be an identification number or a passport number, or the like, or may be blank and unfilled. And after the user inputs the use instruction information, the use instruction information can be submitted by clicking, so that the node of the certificate and all parties complete the information acquisition process.
And S306, signing the generated index mark, the copy photo, the user identity information, the use information and the validity period as a whole.
In this step, if the previously collected information does not include the user identification information, the index mark, the copy photograph, the usage information, and the validity period generated this time are signed as a whole.
S307, taking the index mark, the copy photo, the user identity information, the use information and the validity period generated at this time as a whole to calculate a hash value, and then taking the index mark and the hash value as a whole to sign.
In this step, if the previously collected information does not include the user identification information, the hash value is calculated by taking the index mark, the copy photograph, the use information and the validity period generated this time as a whole.
And S308, sending the index mark with the license owner node signature, the copy photo, the user identity information, the use information and the validity period, and the index mark with the license owner node signature and the hash value to the notarization party node.
Through the steps S301-S308, when the license copy is generated, the node equipment of the license owner makes an index mark on the copy, signs the node of the license owner on the index mark generated this time, the photo of the license copy and the acquired license use instruction information, signs the node of the license owner after calculating the hash value of the index mark generated this time and the first information obtained by calculation, and sends the signed information to the node equipment of the notarization party, so that the node equipment of the notarization party verifies the license copy according to the signed information, thereby realizing the safe use of the license copy.
As shown in fig. 4, the method for using a certificate copy of a notary node device may include the following steps.
S401, receiving information from the node of the license owner, and verifying the signature of the node of the license owner carried by the received information.
S402, after the signature verification is successful, calculating a hash value by taking the index mark, the copy photo, the user identity information, the use information and the validity period in the received information as a whole, and comparing the hash value with the received hash value.
In the step, if the comparison is inconsistent, a rejection message is returned to the node of the license owner, and the process is ended.
In some embodiments, when verifying the signature of the license owner node, the license number may be first identified from the copy photograph, the identity of the license owner may be automatically identified based on the license number, the identified identity may be compared with the identity represented by the signature being verified, and if the two are the same, a denial message may be returned to the license owner node if the two are not the same.
And S403, if the comparison is consistent, adding the signature of the node to the index mark and the hash value of the node signature of the license owner, and then issuing the node to the block chain.
In this step, the index tag and hash value with the certificate owner node signature and notary's signature are published to the blockchain and posted to the ledger of the blockchain.
S404, responding to the license copy photo request of the inquiry node device, identifying the identity of the requester, and sending the related file requested by the license copy photo request.
Through the above steps S401 to S404, the notary node device may add its own signature to the received index mark with the certificate owner signature, and after adding its own signature to the index mark with the certificate owner signature, the copy photo, and the hash value of the certificate usage description information as a whole, issue to the block chain to record a block chain account book, so that the predetermined inquiry node device determines the validity of the received certificate copy according to the certificate copy photo in the block chain.
In the embodiment of the application, at the node of the retention party, the corresponding index mark and hash value with the certificate owner signature and the notary party node signature can be found on the block chain book according to the certificate owner identity information and the copy index mark input by the operator; the corresponding certificate copy photo can be requested from the notarization side node equipment according to the index mark, and the request message carries the description of the service content to be transacted; and receiving the response message of the notarization party node equipment, and checking the content returned by the notarization party node.
In judicial node equipment, the request for verifying the effectiveness of the certificate copy can be responded to by any party, and after the verification request is judged to be accepted, a query request can be sent to notarization node equipment; receiving information returned by the notarization party node equipment: for example: one or more of index mark with certificate owner node signature and notary node signature, copy photo, user identity information, use information and validity period.
According to the method for using the certificate copy, all nodes of the certificate side submit the certificate copy index code request each time for each user, the generated index codes are different, so that any side can obtain the certificate copy which is not marked with the index mark, or the copy which is marked with the index mark by scanning, repairing or printing, the corresponding content cannot be searched on the block chain, and the certificate copy can be certified, and the safe use of the certificate copy is ensured.
The certificate copy using device according to the embodiment of the application is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Fig. 5 is a schematic configuration diagram showing a certificate copy using apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application.
