In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides an electronic device and a cable plug for the electronic device.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a first embodiment of the electronic device of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a schematic plan view of the circuit board of fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides an electronic device including:
the shell comprises a front shell 1 and a rear shell 2, wherein the front shell 1 and the rear shell 2 enclose to form an accommodating cavity;
the circuit board 3 is arranged in the accommodating cavity, wherein the circuit board 3 can be fixed to the inner surface of the front shell 1;
a cable receptacle 4, the cable receptacle 4 being arranged at the rear housing 2 for connection with a cable plug (not shown in the figures), wherein, in connection with fig. 3a and 3b, the cable receptacle 4 comprises:
a hollow cavity 41, the hollow cavity 41 extending along the surface direction of the rear housing 2, an insertion opening 411 for a cable plug to be inserted into the hollow cavity 41 being opened at one end of the hollow cavity 41 from the periphery of the rear housing 2, a first electrical contact 412 electrically connected with the cable plug being provided at the other end of the hollow cavity 41, and the circuit board 3 having an elastic contact 31 protruding from the surface of one side facing the rear housing 2 to electrically connect with the first electrical contact 412; and

In this embodiment, the electronic device realizes the electrical connection between the cable and the circuit board 3 inside the housing through the connection between the cable socket 4 and the cable plug, wherein the insertion opening of the cable socket 4 is opened on the periphery of the housing, and the extending direction of the hollow cavity 41 for accommodating the cable plug is the same as the extending direction of the rear housing 2 (the front housing 1), that is, the inserting direction of the cable plug is the same as the extending direction of the rear housing 2 (the front housing 1).
Generally, the position of the cable plug in the cable socket needs to generate a friction force for limiting the cable plug through interference fit between the plug and the socket, and although the fit can provide good fixation for the cable plug, the position of the cable plug in the cable socket cannot be clearly determined due to the difficulty of plugging and unplugging, and then whether the cable plug is installed in place cannot be determined. The plug and the socket which do not adopt interference fit are limited by the cable plug through other fixing structures, and the fixing structures mostly have various problems of high cost, complex structure, insufficient fixing force and the like.
In the present embodiment, the cable plug and the cable socket 4 are not in an interference fit, but are in a clearance fit manner, that is, although the cross section of the cable plug and the cross section of the cable socket 4 are matched in shape, the cross section of the cable plug is slightly smaller than that of the cable socket 4, so that the cable plug can be easily inserted into the cable socket 4. On this basis, the internal surface of the hollow cavity 41 of the cable socket 4 is provided with a clamping structure 42 for limiting the cable plug in the hollow cavity of the cable socket 4, the clamping structure 42 is matched with the cable plug in a detachable clamping manner, wherein the clamping structure 42 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the hollow cavity 41, namely perpendicular to the plugging and unplugging direction of the cable plug, so that the cable plug is limited in the plugging and unplugging direction of the cable plug, and the cable plug is fixed in the hollow cavity of the cable socket.
Further, the arrangement position of the clamping structure corresponds to the position where the cable plug is completely inserted into the hollow cavity 41 of the cable socket 4, so as to achieve the electrical connection between the cable and the circuit board, and when the cable plug is installed in place, the clamping fit between the clamping structure and the cable plug can provide the hand feeling of installation in place for a user, or further provide the prompt sound of installation in place, such as the click sound of the clamping fit. And when extracting the cable plug, joint structure limiting displacement can provide the resistance that hinders to extract for the user to prevent the maloperation and provide firm fixed for the cable plug.
In this embodiment, the clamping structure is arranged in the side wall matched with the cable plug and the cable socket, the structure is simple, the structure of the electronic equipment and the setting space of the internal components cannot be influenced, the limiting effect on the cable plug and the prompting effect on the position of the cable plug can be provided simultaneously, and the clamping structure can be conveniently suitable for various electronic equipment with compact structures.
Fig. 3a and 3b are schematic structural views of a rear case of the second embodiment in the electronic apparatus of the present invention. Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an interposer in the electronic device of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3a, 3b and 4, the cable socket 4 further includes:
and an adaptor 43, wherein the adaptor 43 is fixed to the other end of the hollow cavity 41, and the adaptor 43 comprises a first adaptor 431 and a second adaptor 432 which are vertically arranged and electrically connected with each other. The end surface of the first adaptor body 431 is a first electrical contact 412, which is perpendicular to the extending direction of the hollow cavity 41 and is exposed in the hollow cavity 41, the second adaptor body 432 has a second electrical contact 413 exposed from the inner surface of the rear housing 2, and the elastic contact 31 is electrically connected to the first electrical contact 412 by contacting the second electrical contact 413.
As can be seen from fig. 1, in the embodiment, the circuit board 3 has the elastic contact 31 protruding from a side surface facing the rear case 2 to electrically connect with the first electrical contact 412, but according to the installation position and the extending direction of the cable socket, the extending direction of the first electrical contact 412 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the hollow cavity 41 and is located at one end of the hollow cavity 41 located in the rear case 2, and the elastic contact is located on the surface of the circuit board 3 consistent with the extending direction of the hollow cavity 41, therefore, the present embodiment provides the adaptor 43 having an L-shape, which is made of a metal material as a whole, and the function of the electrical contact is realized by two metal surfaces perpendicular to each other, so that an electrical connection path is established between the circuit board 3 and the cable plug, and the structure is compact and does not need additional wiring.
Fig. 5a and 5b are schematic structural views of a rear case in a third embodiment of the electronic apparatus of the present invention. In the embodiment shown in fig. 5a and 5b, the catching structure 42 is a groove recessed from the first sidewall of the hollow cavity 41 toward the rear case 2, and/or a protrusion protruding from the first sidewall of the hollow cavity 41 toward the hollow cavity 41.
The hollow cavity 41 is enclosed by the first side walls, wherein the latch structures 42 may be disposed on any one or more of the first side walls, and any number may be provided according to the fixing force, the fixing position, and the like.

Alternatively, the clamping structure 42 may be a protrusion protruding outward from the first side wall, and correspondingly, the cable plug may have a groove for accommodating the protrusion, so as to realize the clamping fit of the cable plug and the cable socket.
The mode that this kind of arch and recess matched with has the simple and easy manufacturing of structure, and the plug power is moderate, easy to assemble's advantage, and is very low to the structural requirement that sets up the space and set up the object simultaneously, can not cause great influence to the structure that sets up the object.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 5a and 5b, the snap-fit structure 42 is a groove recessed inwardly from the first side wall. It may be provided on only one first side wall, and in a preferred embodiment, the catching structure 42 is provided on a pair of opposite first side walls of the hollow cavity 41. The provision of the snap-in formations 42 on a number of different surfaces at the same time helps to prevent twisting, translation etc. of the cable plug in the cable socket, such as twisting in the plane of extension of the rear housing 2.
The number of snap structures 42 on a pair of opposing first side walls of the hollow cavity 41 is different. For example, in a preferred embodiment as shown in fig. 5a and 5b, one of the first side walls may have one catch formation thereon as shown in fig. 5a, and the opposite first side wall may have two catch formations thereon as shown in fig. 5 b. By this, the at least three snap-in structures can jointly define a plane intersecting the extension plane of the back shell 2, thereby preventing problems with twisting, translation etc. of the cable plug in the cable socket in all directions.
Further, as shown in fig. 5a and 5b, the cable socket of the electronic device of the present embodiment further includes a fool-proof structure 44. For example, the pair of opposite first sidewalls of the hollow cavity 41 may have different shapes, which may be achieved by providing chamfers at both ends of one of the first sidewalls, or by providing different lengths or widths to the pair of opposite first sidewalls.
As shown in fig. 6, another embodiment of the present invention further provides a cable plug 5 for an electronic device of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5a and fig. 6, the cable plug 5 includes:
the cross-sectional shape of the plug housing 51 is matched with that of the hollow cavity 41, and the plug housing 51 is in clearance fit with the hollow cavity 41;
a cable 52, one end of the cable 52 being fixed to the plug housing 51 and having a third electrical contact 521 exposed to an end face of the plug housing 51, the cable 52 and the third electrical contact 521 being located at opposite end faces of the plug housing 51, respectively;
further comprising:
the snap structures 53 are engaged with the snap structures 42 in a one-to-one correspondence, and the positions where the snap structures 53 are engaged with the snap structures 42 correspond to the positions where the third electrical contact 521 is contacted and electrically connected with the first electrical contact 412.
When the cable plug 5 is inserted into the cable receptacle 4 along the extending direction of the hollow cavity 41 of the cable receptacle 4, the cable plug 5 is inserted in a direction in which the third electrical contact 521 faces the first electrical contact 412. The plug housing 51 is in clearance fit with the hollow cavity 41, that is, although the cross sections of the plug housing 51 and the hollow cavity 41 are matched in shape, the cross section of the plug housing 51 is slightly smaller than that of the hollow cavity 41, so that the cable plug can be inserted into the cable socket 4 without hindrance. On this basis, the inner surface of the hollow cavity 41 of the cable socket 4 is provided with a clamping structure 42 for limiting the cable plug 5 in the hollow cavity of the cable socket 4, the clamping structure 42 is detachably clamped and matched with the clamping structure 53 of the cable plug 5, wherein the clamping structure 42 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the hollow cavity 41, namely, perpendicular to the plugging direction of the cable plug 5, so that the cable plug is limited in the plugging direction of the cable plug 5, and the cable plug 5 is fixed in the hollow cavity 41 of the cable socket 4.

And when extracting the cable plug, joint structure limiting displacement can provide the resistance that hinders to extract for the user to prevent the maloperation and provide firm fixed for the cable plug.
In this embodiment, joint structure and buckle structure all set up the position at cable plug and cable socket matched with lateral wall, and its simple structure can not cause the influence to the structure of electronic equipment and the space that sets up of inside components and parts to can provide the limiting displacement to the cable plug simultaneously and to the prompt of the position of cable plug, can conveniently be applicable to various compact structure's electronic equipment.
As shown in fig. 6, the snap structure 53 is a protrusion protruding outward from the surface of the plug housing 51 and/or a groove recessed inward from the surface of the plug housing 51.
The plug housing 51 is enclosed by the second side walls, wherein the snap structures 53 can be arranged on any one or more of the second side walls, and any number can be provided according to the magnitude of the fixing force, the requirement of the fixing position, etc. The snap structures 53 correspond to the snap structures 42 of the cable socket one to one.
In a preferred embodiment, the latching structure 42 may be a concave groove formed in the first side wall, and the latching structure 53 is a convex protrusion formed in the second side wall, and the latching structure 42 and the latching structure 53 cooperate to limit the cable plug. Alternatively, the clamping structure 42 may also be a protrusion protruding outward from the first side wall, and correspondingly, the cable plug may have a groove for accommodating the protrusion as a clamping structure, so as to realize the clamping fit of the cable plug and the cable socket.
6, the snap structure 53 is a protrusion protruding outward from the second side wall. Which may be provided on one second side wall, and in a preferred embodiment, the snap features 53 are provided on a pair of opposing second side walls of the plug housing 51. Correspondingly, the catching structure 42 is a groove provided on a pair of opposite first sidewalls of the hollow cavity 41. Providing snap structures on a number of different surfaces at the same time may help to prevent problems with twisting, translation etc. of the cable plug in the cable socket, such as twisting in the extension plane of the rear shell 2.
The number of snap structures 42 on a pair of opposing first side walls of the hollow cavity 41 is different. Correspondingly, the number of snap features 53 on the pair of opposing second side walls of the plug housing 51 is also different. For example, in a preferred embodiment shown in fig. 6 and 7, one of the second side walls may have one snap feature as shown in fig. 6, and the opposite second side wall may have two snap features as shown in fig. 7. This arrangement corresponds to the configuration of the cable socket shown in figures 5a and 5 b. By this, the at least three snap structures can jointly define a plane intersecting the extension plane of the back shell 2, thereby preventing twisting, translation, etc. of the cable plug in the cable socket in all directions.
Further, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the cable plug of the electronic device of the present embodiment further includes a fool-proof structure. For example, the pair of opposing second sidewalls of the plug housing 51 may have different shapes, which may be achieved by providing chamfers at both ends of one of the second sidewalls, or by providing a different length or width to the pair of opposing second sidewalls. Again, this arrangement corresponds to the configuration of the cable socket shown in fig. 5a and 5 b.
As shown in fig. 8, another embodiment of the present invention also provides an electronic device, including: an electronic device of any of the embodiments as shown in fig. 1 to 5b, and a cable plug of any of the embodiments as shown in fig. 6 to 7.

In one embodiment, the latching structure 42 is a concave groove recessed from the first sidewall of the hollow cavity 41 toward the rear housing 2, and the latching structure 53 is a convex protrusion protruding from the second sidewall of the plug housing 51, wherein, as shown in fig. 9, a first distance L between a pair of opposite first sidewalls is greater than a second distance L between a corresponding pair of second sidewalls, and is smaller than a sum of the second distance L between a corresponding pair of second sidewalls and a height h of the convex protrusion.
The height of the interference between the protrusion and the groove determines the plugging force of the cable plug. The plug housing 51 and the snap structure 53 are mostly made of plastic materials with a certain elastic deformation. When under the effect of external force, protruding and recess production when interfering, the accessible realizes protruding process that stretches into to recess inside from the recess outside to protruding extrusion deformation, or removes to the recess outside from the recess is inside. The extrusion deformation provides the hand feeling of in-place installation for a user, and further, when the cable plug is pulled out, the limiting effect of the clamping structure can provide resistance for the user to pull out, so that misoperation is prevented, and firm fixation is provided for the cable plug.
