When the integrated banking transaction processing machine 010 of this embodiment is in use, the biometric feature recognition device 130 is used to obtain biometric feature information of a corresponding bank teller, and send the obtained biometric feature information to the control device 140, and when the control device 140 receives two legal biometric feature information, the control device 140 controls the electric control lock 120 to unlock the storage component 110, so that the corresponding bank teller can open the storage component 110 to take and put articles; therefore, links of taking, keeping and handing over keys of the safe box by the bank teller can be simplified, the electric control lock 120 can unlock the storage assembly 110 by inputting two legal biological identification characteristic information only by opening biological characteristic information permission to the corresponding bank teller, and the storage assembly 110 is opened to take out articles in the storage assembly 110 or put articles in the storage assembly 110, so that the working efficiency of the bank teller is improved, the problems of losing keys, forgetting passwords and the like can be avoided, and the safety of special article management of the bank is further improved.
It should be noted that, when the banking integrated service processing machine 010 of this embodiment is used, the control device 140 needs to receive two legal biometric information to control the electric control lock 120 to unlock the storage component 110, so that the security of the banking integrated service processing machine 010 can be further improved compared with the case where only one legal biometric information is received for unlocking. In one application scenario, the bank may set up that people of different levels have the authority to unlock the storage module 110, for example, a department supervisor and a teller have the authority to unlock the storage module 110, when the teller needs to take out an article from the storage module 110, the teller and the department supervisor are both required to input biometric information through the biometric identification device 130, and the control device 140 controls the electronic control lock 120 to unlock the storage module 110 after determining that the two legitimate biometric information are received.
Further, the storage assembly 110 is configured to store bank-specific valuables; further, the bank-dedicated valuables include at least one of bank cards, passbooks, financial bills, bonds, invoices, deposit certificates, payment cipherers, settlement service application books, keys and seals.
Further, referring to fig. 1, the biometric identification device 130 is disposed on the surface of the cabinet 100, so that a bank teller can input biometric information quickly and efficiently; in other embodiments, a mounting slot may be formed in a surface of the cabinet 100, and the biometric identification device 130 may be disposed in the mounting slot.
Further, the storage assembly 110 of the present embodiment includes a drawer movably connected to the cabinet 100, and the drawer can extend out of the cabinet 100 or retract into the cabinet 100; when the drawer extends out of the cabinet 100, a clerk can take items out of the drawer or put items into the drawer; when the drawer is retracted into the cabinet 100 and the electric control lock 120 locks the drawer, the drawer cannot be pulled out of the cabinet 100, so that safety guarantee can be provided for the articles in the drawer, and the articles in the drawer are prevented from being stolen. In other embodiments, the storage assembly 110 includes storage compartments disposed in the cabinet 100 and a cabinet door disposed at an opening of the storage compartments, the cabinet door can open or close the opening of the storage compartments, and the electric control lock 120 can lock the cabinet door in an open state of the closed storage compartments, so as to provide security for the articles placed in the storage compartments and prevent the articles in the storage compartments from being stolen.
Further, the control device 140 of the present embodiment is disposed on the cabinet 100, so as to facilitate the miniaturization design of the equipment.
Further, the control device 140 of the present embodiment is specifically configured to: receiving first biological characteristic information sent by the biological characteristic recognition device 130, judging whether the first biological characteristic information is legal, receiving second biological characteristic information sent by the biological characteristic recognition device 130 under the condition that the first biological characteristic information is judged to be legal, and judging whether the second biological characteristic information is legal; and controlling the electric control lock 120 to unlock the storage assembly 110 when the second biological characteristic information is judged to be legal. When the control device 140 of this embodiment determines that the first biometric information is illegal, the control device 140 may not further receive the second biometric information and perform a validity determination, so as to improve the working efficiency of the control device 140 and further improve the security of the integrated banking transaction processor 010; furthermore, since the control device 140 sequentially receives the biometric information transmitted from the biometric device 130, it is possible to obtain two valid biometric information by providing one biometric device 130, thereby reducing the cost of the banking integrated service processor 010.
Still further, in the present embodiment, after the control device 140 determines that the first biometric information is legitimate, the biometric identification device 130 acquires the second biometric information. For example, in a specific use, the teller may be prompted by the prompting device of the integrated banking transaction processing machine 010 to input the biometric information (i.e., the first biometric information) first, and after receiving the biometric information input by the teller and determining that the biometric information is legal, the department administrator may be prompted to input the biometric information (i.e., the second biometric information), and the biometric information input by the department administrator may be received and whether the biometric information is legal may be determined.
In other embodiments, the control device 140 may synchronously determine whether the first biometric information and the second biometric information are both legal after receiving the first biometric information and the second biometric information. In another embodiment, after the biometric identification apparatus 130 first transmits the first biometric information and the second biometric information to the control apparatus 140, the control apparatus 140 may determine whether the first biometric information and the second biometric information are legal step by step. For example, two biometric devices 130 may be disposed on the surface of the cabinet 100, so that two unlocking persons (e.g., a teller and a department supervisor) having the right to unlock the storage module 110 can simultaneously input biometric information through the different biometric devices 130, and the control device 140 receives the two biometric information and synchronously or step-by-step determines whether the two biometric information are legal, thereby improving the working efficiency of the integrated banking transaction processing machine 010.
The banking integrated service processor 010 of this embodiment includes a plurality of storage assemblies 110 and a plurality of electrically controlled locks 120, the electrically controlled locks 120 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the storage assemblies 110, and the control device 140 is further configured to determine a target storage assembly, and determine whether the received biometric information is legal according to the determined target storage assembly; in detail, the control device 140 is specifically further configured to determine whether the first biometric information and the second biometric information acquired by the biometric recognition device 130 and transmitted to the control device 140 are legitimate according to the determined target storage component. The control device 140 of this embodiment determines whether the biometric information is legal according to the target storage component, and can specifically control the corresponding electronic control lock 120 to unlock the storage component 110, thereby avoiding unlocking other storage components 110, and further ensuring the security of the banking integrated service processor 010.
Further, the plurality of storage assemblies 110 are configured to store different items, and the control device 140 is further configured to receive target item information and specifically configured to determine a target storage assembly according to the target item information; in detail, for example: the first storage component of the integrated banking business process machine 010 stores invoices, the control device 140 receives information that the invoices are stored in the first storage component, when the locking of the first storage component needs to be released, the control device 140 receives information that a teller needs to take out the invoices from the storage component 110, determines that the target storage component 110 needing to be unlocked is the first storage component according to the information that the invoices are stored in the first storage component, receives the biological characteristic information, and judges whether the received biological characteristic information is legal or not according to the related information of the target storage component 110 so as to judge whether the locking of the corresponding electric control lock 120 on the target storage component can be released or not.
Still further, the control device 140 is specifically configured to determine a target storage assembly according to the target item information and a correspondence between a pre-stored item and the storage assembly 110; in detail, the integrated banking transaction processing machine 010 further includes a storage device 150, a correspondence relationship between the article and the storage module 110 for storing the article is stored in the storage device 150 in advance, and the control device 140 receives the target article information and determines the target storage module for storing the target article according to the target article information and the correspondence relationship between the article and the storage module 110 stored in the storage device 150 in advance. Through such setting, the locking of the target storage assembly can be more accurately released, and the other storage assemblies 110 are prevented from being opened by mistake, so that the safety of the bank integrated service processor 010 is improved.
Further, the banking integrated service processor 010 of the embodiment further includes a storage device 150, and the storage device 150 is configured to store the biometric information of a plurality of unlocking persons who have the right to unlock the electronic control lock 120 corresponding to the storage component 110; the control apparatus 140 is further configured to: and judging whether the received biological characteristic information is legal or not according to whether the received biological characteristic information is matched with any one of a plurality of unlocking person biological characteristic information which is stored in the storage device 150 and corresponds to the storage component 110 and has the right to unlock the electric control lock 120. When the control device 140 determines that the received biometric information matches any one of the biometric information of the unlocking persons who have the right to unlock the electronic lock 120 corresponding to the target storage assembly, it determines that the received biometric information is legal; when the control device 140 determines that the received biometric information does not match the biometric information of the unlocking person who is authorized to unlock the electronic control lock 120, the received biometric information is determined to be invalid.
It should be noted that the storage device 150 is in communication connection with the control device 140, so that the control device 140 reads the biometric information of a plurality of unlocking persons corresponding to the storage assembly 110 and authorized to unlock the electronic lock 120, which is stored in the storage device 150, after receiving the biometric information, and determines whether the received biometric information matches the read biometric information.

Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a first unlocking method of the banking integrated service processor 010 according to the embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 4, the present invention further provides an unlocking method for the banking integrated service processor 010, where the method is applied to the banking integrated service processor 010, and the method includes step S010 and step S020.
And step S010, receiving the two pieces of biological characteristic information, and judging whether the two pieces of biological characteristic information are both legal.
The control device 140 receives the two pieces of biometric information read by the biometric identification device 130, and determines whether the two pieces of biometric information are both legal, wherein the control device 140 may receive the two pieces of biometric information simultaneously, or may receive the two pieces of biometric information sequentially, or alternatively, the control device 140 may receive the second piece of biometric information after determining that the received first piece of biometric information is legal.
And step S020, controlling the electric control lock 120 to unlock the storage assembly 110 under the condition that the two pieces of biological characteristic information are judged to be legal.
When both the biometrics information are judged to be legitimate, the control device 140 controls the electric lock 120 to unlock the storage unit 110. If the control device 140 determines in step S010 that one of the two biometric information items is not legitimate, the electronic control lock 120 cannot be controlled to unlock.
According to the unlocking method of the comprehensive banking business processor 010, the electronic control lock 120 is controlled to unlock the storage component 110 by judging the legality of the biological characteristic information of the teller, so that links of taking, keeping and handing over keys of a safe by the teller can be simplified, the working efficiency of the teller can be improved, the problems of losing the keys, forgetting passwords and the like can be avoided, and the safety of special article management of a bank can be improved.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a second unlocking method of the banking integrated service processor 010 according to an embodiment of the present invention, which can be taken as a preferred implementation of the embodiment shown in fig. 4. Referring to fig. 5, the method includes steps S210, S220, and S230.
Step S210, receiving the first biometric information, and determining whether the first biometric information is legal.
In detail, the first biometric information is acquired by the biometric device 130, and the control device 140 receives the first biometric information and determines whether the received first biometric information is legitimate. For example, when the control device 140 receives information that it is necessary to take out an article stored in the storage module 110, the teller is prompted to input biometric information (i.e., first biometric information) first by the prompting device of the integrated banking machine 010, and the biometric information input by the teller read by the biometric identification device 130 is received and whether the biometric information is legitimate or not is determined.
In step S220, when the first biometric information is determined to be legitimate, the second biometric information is received, and whether the second biometric information is legitimate is determined.
In detail, in the case where the control means 140 determines that the first biometric information is legitimate, the second biometric information is acquired by the biometric recognition means 130, and the control means 140 receives the second biometric information and determines whether or not the received second biometric information is legitimate. For example, when the control device 140 determines that the received first biometric information input by the teller is legitimate, the department supervisor is prompted to input the biometric information (i.e., the second biometric information) by the prompting device of the integrated banking machine 010, and the biometric information input by the department supervisor read by the biometric recognition device 130 is received and whether the biometric information is legitimate or not is determined.
In step S230, the electronic control lock 120 is controlled to unlock the storage module 110 when the second biometric information is determined to be valid.
As can be seen from the above, in the flow shown in fig. 4, when both pieces of biometric information are determined to be valid, the control device 140 controls the electric control lock 120 to unlock the storage assembly 110, which is specifically shown in fig. 5: when both the first biometric information and the second biometric information are judged to be valid, the control device 140 controls the electric control lock 120 to unlock the storage assembly 110. In detail, after the control device 140 determines that the first biometric information is valid, the control device receives the second biometric information and determines whether the second biometric information is valid, and when the control device determines that the second biometric information is valid, the control device controls the electric control lock 120 to unlock the storage assembly 110, so that the teller can open the storage assembly 110 to access the article. It should be noted that, when the control device 140 determines in step S220 that the second biometric information is illegal, the electronic control lock 120 cannot be controlled to unlock; when the control device 140 determines in step S210 that the first biometric information is illegal, the electronic control lock 120 cannot be controlled to unlock. In detail, when the control device 140 determines that the first biometric information is illegal, it is not necessary to acquire and receive the second biometric information.
The unlocking method of the comprehensive business processing machine 010 provided by the invention determines whether the electric control lock 120 of the target storage assembly 110 can be unlocked or not by judging the legality of the first biological characteristic information and the second biological characteristic information, so that links of taking, keeping and handing over keys of a safe by a bank teller are simplified, the working efficiency of the teller is improved, the problems of losing the keys, forgetting passwords and the like can be avoided, and the safety of special article management of the bank is improved.

In detail, target item information (for example, a name or a number of the target item) may be input from the operation screen 153 by the teller, and then the control apparatus 140 receives the target item information input by the teller, and the target storage assembly is determined by the control apparatus 140 according to the target item information and a correspondence relationship between the pre-stored item and the storage assembly 110. Of course, in other embodiments, the target component information (e.g., the name or number of the target component) may also be entered by the teller directly from the operator screen 153.
Optionally, the correspondence between the pre-stored items and the storage assembly 110 is pre-stored in the storage device 150 of the banking integrated service processor 010.
Optionally, the storage device 150 of the banking integrated service processor 010 further stores therein biometric information of a plurality of unlocking persons who have the right to unlock the electronic control lock 120 and correspond to the storage component 110, and the control device 140 determines whether the received biometric information is valid by determining whether the received biometric information matches the biometric information of the unlocking person who has the right to unlock the electronic control lock 120 and corresponds to the storage component 110.
In an alternative embodiment, after the target storage component is determined, when the control device 140 determines that the first biometric information matches any one of the biometric information of the unlocking person who is authorized to unlock the electric control lock 120 and corresponds to the target storage component, it determines that the first biometric information is legitimate, and when the control device 140 determines that the first biometric information does not match any one of the biometric information of the unlocking person who is authorized to unlock the electric control lock 120 and corresponds to the target storage component, it determines that the first biometric information is illegitimate. Similarly, when the control device 140 determines that the second biometric information matches any one of the biometric information of the unlocking person who is authorized to unlock the electronic control lock 120 and corresponds to the target storage component, it is determined that the second biometric information is legitimate, and when the control device 140 determines that the second biometric information does not match any one of the biometric information of the unlocking person who is authorized to unlock the electronic control lock 120 and corresponds to the target storage component, it is determined that the second biometric information is illegitimate. In this embodiment, the first biometric information and the second biometric information are different biometric information.
In an alternative embodiment, after the target storage module is determined, when the control device 140 determines that the first biometric information matches the biometric information of a specific unlocking person (e.g., a teller) who has the right to unlock the electric control lock 120, the first biometric information is determined to be legitimate, and when the control device 140 determines that the first biometric information does not match the biometric information of the unlocking person, the first biometric information is determined to be illegitimate. Similarly, when the control device 140 determines that the second biometric information matches the biometric information of another specific unlocking person (for example, a department authority) who has the right to unlock the electric control lock 120 and corresponds to the target storage component, it determines that the second biometric information is legitimate, and when the control device 140 determines that the second biometric information does not match the biometric information of the unlocking person, it determines that the second biometric information is illegitimate.
To sum up, the unlocking method of the integrated banking transaction processing machine 010 according to the embodiment of the present invention determines whether to unlock the electric control lock 120 by determining whether the two pieces of biometric information are valid, and controls the electric control lock 120 to unlock the storage module 110 when the control device 140 determines that the two pieces of biometric information are valid, so that the teller can take and put the articles from the unlocked storage module 110, thereby improving the security of the integrated banking transaction processing machine 010, simplifying links of the teller taking, keeping and handing over the key of the safe, improving the working efficiency of the teller, avoiding the problems of losing the key, forgetting the password, and the like, and improving the security of the management of the articles dedicated to the bank.
