Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present application better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Currently, a user may travel to a banking outlet to transact business, such as transacting deposit, exchange, purchasing financial products, and the like. However, since the information management mechanism of the target bank is not perfect, the phenomenon that a bank teller illegally operates the user funds exists.
In some scenarios, the bank teller may use his familiar user to perform an illegal action, such as appropriating the user's funds for the customer whose data is being used, thereby posing a certain security risk to the user.
In the following description of the embodiment of the present application, the teller uses the user to perform the violation operation, which may refer to the teller performing the violation operation on the account of the user.
In order to solve the above problem, in the embodiment of the present application, if the first teller deals with the second service for the first user before dealing with the first service for the first user, it indicates that the first teller may perform an illegal operation by using the first user. At this time, in order to ensure the property safety of the first user, the service information corresponding to the first service may be acquired, and the service information is sent to the device corresponding to the first user as a prompt message, where the prompt message is used to prompt the first user to confirm the service information corresponding to the first service. Therefore, by adopting the scheme, if the first teller manages the second service for the first user once, the first user can be prompted to confirm the service information of the first service when the first teller manages the first service for the first user, so that the first teller is prevented from carrying out illegal operation by using the first user, and the property safety of the first user is ensured.
Various non-limiting embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Exemplary method
Referring to fig. 1, the figure is a schematic flow chart of a data processing method according to an embodiment of the present application.
The method shown in fig. 1 may be executed by a controller or a processor having a data processing function, or may be executed by an apparatus including the controller or the processor. The device including the controller or the process may be a terminal device or a server. In the following embodiments, the apparatus is described as an example of a server.
In the present embodiment, the method shown in FIG. 1 can be implemented, for example, by the following steps S101-S103.
S101: when a first teller deals with a first service for a first user, determining that the first teller deals with a second service for the first user before dealing with the first service for the first user.
In this embodiment, when a first teller handles a first service for a first user, it is first determined whether the first teller handles a second service for the first user before handling the first service for the first user. The first business and the second business are various financial services provided by the bank for the user, such as purchasing financial products, purchasing funds and the like. The first service and the second service can be the same, for example, the first service and the second service are both purchasing financing products; the first service may be different from the second service, such as the first service being the purchase of financial products and the second service being the purchase of funds. And if the second service is managed for the first user before the first teller manages the first service for the first user, the fact that the first teller may use the first user to perform illegal operation is described. For this case, in order to secure the property of the first user, the following S102 to S103 may be performed.
S102: and acquiring service information corresponding to the first service.
S103: and sending prompt information to equipment corresponding to the first user, wherein the prompt information comprises service information corresponding to the first service, and the prompt information is used for prompting the first user to confirm the service information corresponding to the first service.
In this embodiment, it is determined that the first teller transacts the second service for the first user before transacting the first service for the first user, which indicates that the first teller may perform an illegal operation by using the first user. At this time, service information corresponding to the first service is acquired. The service information is information for the user to handle the first service, for example, when the first service is a purchase of a financial product, the service information corresponding to the first service includes a name, a purchase amount, a purchase time, a payment method, and the like of the financial product purchased by the first user.
In order to avoid that the first teller uses the first user to perform illegal operation, after the service information corresponding to the first service is obtained, prompt information is sent to equipment corresponding to the first user, and the prompt information is used for prompting the first user to confirm the service information corresponding to the first service. The device corresponding to the first user may be, for example, a terminal device, and the prompt information may be sent by a short message or a mobile banking.
In a possible embodiment, if the first teller does not manage the second service for the first user before managing the first service for the first user, it is indicated that the first teller has a low possibility of performing an illegal operation by using the first user. In this case, the steps S102 and S103 need not be executed.
In some embodiments, after the teller transacts the business for the user, the server may store the correspondence between the teller and the user in a first database, and it is understood that the correspondence between the teller and the user corresponding to the historical business transacted by the teller is stored in the first database. For this case, in this embodiment of the present application, it may be determined whether the first teller deals with the second service for the first user before dealing with the first service for the first user by using the first database. Specifically, if the first database includes the corresponding relationship between the first teller and the first user, it is indicated that the first teller handles the second service for the first user before handling the first service for the first user; if the first database does not include the corresponding relationship between the first teller and the first user, it indicates that the first teller does not manage the first service for the first user before managing the first service for the first user.
In this embodiment, after sending the prompt message to the device corresponding to the first user, if the server does not receive the confirmation message sent by the first user, it indicates that the first user does not confirm the service information corresponding to the first service, and at this time, the service information of the first service may be different from the service information that the first user actually wishes to handle, that is, the first teller may have an illegal operation. At this time, the server outputs alarm information to prompt a related person in charge that the first teller has possibility of illegal operation. The confirmation information may be sent by a short message or a mobile banking method, for example. In addition, the first user can reply and confirm the correctness in a short message mode, a mobile banking mode and the like, and at the moment, the server cannot output the alarm information.
It can be understood that there are two situations when the server does not receive the error-free information sent by the first user, and the first user may reply the prompt information in a form of short message, mobile banking, or the like; or the first user does not reply to the prompt message. Aiming at the two situations, the server can output alarm information from the angle of protecting the property safety of the first user.
The first teller may perform an illegal operation by using the first user, considering that if the first user does not confirm the service information corresponding to the first service. In this case, it is highly likely that the first teller also performs an illegal operation with other users who have transacted business, thereby affecting the property security of the other users. In order to avoid this problem, the server may further obtain service information corresponding to a third service that is handled by the first teller for a second user other than the first user within a certain time, and send the service information corresponding to the third service to the device of the second user corresponding to the third service, so that the second user can know the service information corresponding to the third service. It can be understood that, if the service information corresponding to the third service is incorrect, the second user may learn about the specific situation of the third service by using a manner such as actively contacting a bank worker.
The certain time may be a preset time, and the embodiment of the present application is not particularly limited. The third service may be the same as or different from the first service and the second service; the device corresponding to the second user may be, for example, a terminal device.
It will be appreciated that the first teller may transact business for a plurality of users, the second user being one of the plurality of users, within the predetermined time period. In this embodiment, for each of the plurality of users, the server may perform the step of sending the service information of the service handled by the first teller for the user to the device of the user.
Since the service information corresponding to the handled service is sent to the device corresponding to the user (e.g., the second user) to ensure the property security of the user, and not all services provided by the bank have security risks, for example, a mobile phone number service bound by a bank card is replaced, a service updated after an identity card is expired, and the like, it is not necessary to send the service information without security risk service to the user for confirmation. Therefore, when the third service is a preset type of service, the service information corresponding to the third service is sent to the device of the second user corresponding to the third service as the prompt information. Wherein, the preset type of business refers to business which may bring property security risk to users.
In view of the security risk that the user may be involved in a transaction such as withdrawal, transfer, or purchase of a financial product, in this embodiment, the predetermined type of transaction may be, for example, withdrawal, transfer, or purchase of a financial product.
