In a preferred embodiment, when the billing mode is an instruction billing mode, the transaction billing module 13 is further configured to receive actual transaction information sent by the consumer market operator application system, where the actual transaction information includes an actual transaction amount, transaction order information, and a billing instruction; determining corresponding order information according to the transaction order information; and determining account dividing information of a settlement account according to the order information and the transaction order information.

In a preferred embodiment, the transaction billing module 13 is further configured to specifically form an asynchronous process, and determine a corresponding billing mode according to merchant information corresponding to the order information while transferring funds, which are the same as the order amount, of the payment account to the supervision account according to the order amount and the account information of the payment account in the order information to complete the transaction, and determine billing information of the settlement account according to the billing mode.

In particular, according to embodiments of the present invention, the processes described above with reference to flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. when the account distribution mode is an instruction account distribution mode, determining account distribution information of a settlement account according to the account distribution mode specifically comprises:
receiving actual transaction information sent by an application system of a consumer market operator, wherein the actual transaction information comprises actual transaction amount, transaction order information and a billing instruction;
determining corresponding order information according to the transaction order information;
determining account dividing information of a settlement account according to the order information and the transaction order information;
when the account separating mode is a payment account separating mode, determining account separating information of a settlement account according to the account separating mode specifically comprises the following steps:
determining account dividing information preset by an application system of a consumer market operator according to the order information;
when the account distribution mode is a parameter account distribution mode, determining account distribution information of a settlement account according to the account distribution mode specifically comprises:
Determining preset account dividing parameters according to the order information;
and determining the account dividing information of the settlement account according to the account dividing parameters and the order information.
