Background
At present, most commercial tenant groups in the consumer market are in the conditions of decentralized operation and respective collection, and with the wide application of Internet electronic commerce and mobile payment, the scene of mutual fusion of offline service and online transaction is more and more, and the commercial tenant groups in the respective decentralized operation gradually bring together consumer market operators with both client influence and brand strength in the commercial tenant order collection market. Under such new situation, the merchant order market participants have more vigorous demands for "unified payment+multiparty accounting". The acquiring and collecting participants in the consumer market can be divided into two categories.
The first category is operators of the consumer market: a centralized transaction platform is provided for consumers and scattered merchants, which is the main body for facilitating the consumers to reach the merchants, and the consumers expect to obtain the return in each transaction. Another category is consumer market merchants/sellers: goods or services are provided to consumers based on a centralized transaction platform provided by the consumer market operator. However, most of the existing account dividing technologies limit the account dividing participants and the account dividing amount during payment, cannot cope with the change of objective factors of the market, and cannot flexibly customize the account dividing service according to the market demand. Thus, there are many pain points and appeal to both consumer and business operators, and there is an urgent need to address this problem. For example, the market manager has the problems of license plate missing, account separation, low efficiency, account checking difficulty and the like. Merchants have the difficulties of slow money return, difficult financing, worry about the use of funds, and the like.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Under the background that internet electronic commerce and mobile payment are increasingly widely applied, commercial tenant acquiring market trends are mutually integrated with online and offline business, and respective decentralized operations tend to be centralized in brand management. Through intensive investigation, the problems of various pain points and requirements of consumer market operators and merchants are discovered, and urgent needs are urgently solved. Such as unlicensed consumer market operators, bitter account separation, low manual settlement funds, etc. Merchants worry about the pain of money collection being stolen, difficult account checking and the like. The requirements of the merchant for acquiring the bill and dividing accounts in the market are urgent, and the scene of diversification is presented as to how the funds of the same payment transaction are reasonably distributed among different stakeholders. Scene one: the payee is not fixed. When the client goes up and down, the payee is uncertain. After the customer goes offline for consumption, the payee is determined. For example, online purchase of a ticket offline reuse scenario. Clients purchase cruise ship cover tickets on an online platform, which are common to multiple cruise companies. And in the second scenario, the fund settlement amount is not fixed. The consumer pays the order in advance, when the commodity is calculated to obtain the final price through processes such as weighing, packing, sending and the like, if the price of the prepaid order is larger than the final price, the final price is taken as the standard for billing, and the redundant part is returned to the consumer. Most of the existing account separation technologies limit account separation participants and account separation amounts during payment, cannot cope with changes of objective factors of markets, and cannot flexibly customize account separation services according to market demands. The embodiment of the invention provides a method and a system for separating accounts based on a bank merchant order receiving mode. The method faces to tens of millions of order-receiving merchant services and complex merchant funds clearing scenes, and can determine a billing mode according to merchant contracts and actual delivery conditions of order-receiving businesses, so that flexible billing is realized.
It should be noted that, in one or more embodiments of the present invention, the acquiring refers to the process that the cardholder spends in the bank signing merchant through the scenes of card swiping, gateway skip, APP skip, H5 page skip, code scanning, non-inductive payment, etc., and the bank deducts a certain proportion of the commission from the transaction amount and then settles the final amount to the merchant.
According to one aspect of the invention, the embodiment discloses a billing method based on a bank merchant order receiving mode. As shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, the method includes:
S100: order information sent by the consumer market operator application system is received.
S200: and transferring funds of the payment account, which are the same as the order amount, to the supervision account according to the order amount in the order information and the account information of the payment account so as to complete the transaction.
S300: and determining a corresponding account dividing mode according to merchant information corresponding to the order information, determining account dividing information of the settlement accounts according to the account dividing mode, and transferring funds in the supervision accounts to each settlement account according to the account dividing information. The merchant information may include information such as a merchant number, a billing mode, and a settlement account. The account separation information may include each of the settlement accounts and funds after the account separation obtained by each of the settlement accounts separating funds related to the order in the administrative account according to the account separation mode.
The invention receives order information sent by an application system of a consumer market operator, after determining order amount and a payment account according to the sent order information, executes a deduction action, transfers funds for paying the order amount in the payment account to a monitoring account to complete transactions (the monitoring account is a temporary funds storage account, usually an account which is set up by a bank and does not belong to any account separating party), and transfers the funds after the account separating in the monitoring account to a settlement account of each account separating according to the account separating information after the account separating information is determined.
The order payment process and the account dividing process are separated, so that the order information can be processed independently and deducted, and the deducted funds are temporarily stored in the supervision account, so that the payment process of the user can be completed, and the transaction is completed. Meanwhile, the bank can determine a corresponding account distribution mode according to the order information, distribute funds in the supervision account according to the account distribution mode, and transfer the funds in the supervision account to each settlement account according to the account distribution information. The invention faces to tens of millions of order-receiving merchant services, and complex merchant funds clearing scenes, and can determine a billing mode according to merchant contracts and actual delivery conditions of order-receiving business, thereby realizing flexible billing. Therefore, the invention constructs a merchant fund management platform with safety, high efficiency, standard operation and public supervision, plays a plurality of advantages of safety settlement, flexible account separation, intelligent account checking, consumption guarantee and the like, and meets the integrated financial requirements of merchant order-receiving market customer groups.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the method further includes a merchant registration process S000:
S010: and receiving merchant registration information sent by the consumer market operator application system.
S020: and determining each settlement account and each account dividing mode according to the merchant registration information.
Specifically, in the preferred embodiment, the billing method further includes a pre-merchant registration process. Specifically, the consumer market operator and each merchant can submit merchant registration information related to the merchant according to the bank requirements, apply for registration to become a bank order-receiving merchant, and can automatically create a merchant number as a unique identifier of the merchant according to the merchant registration information. The merchant registration information may include information such as a merchant name, an address, merchant contract information, and the like, and the merchant contract information includes, but is not limited to, merchant settlement accounts, allowable ledger switches, ledger patterns, and the like. The merchant settlement account refers to a settlement account used by a merchant for collecting money, and is used as important information of a merchant contract and is bound with a merchant number. The consumer market operator application system can synchronize the merchant contract information to the account separating system in real time to update the merchant contract information, and the account separating system can acquire a merchant settlement account of the merchant according to the merchant number when the account separating system performs account separating processing. Furthermore, a billing permission switch can be set, and the business function of the bank for billing can be performed by using a billing method based on a bank merchant order-receiving mode only when a merchant with a billing permission authority is opened, namely, when the merchant registration information has a sign corresponding to the billing permission. In the embodiment of the invention, the consumer market operator is taken as a main body of transaction initiation, a request for allowing the accounting is submitted to the accounting system through an application system of the consumer market operator, so that the registration information of the merchant has a mark corresponding to 'allowing the accounting', or a bank merchant manager opens permission of allowing the accounting for the registered merchant, and the mark corresponding to 'allowing the accounting' is set.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the receiving, by S100, order information sent by the consumer market operator application system may specifically include:
S110: and carrying out admission verification on the application system of the consumer market operator according to the order information.
S120: and if the verification is successful, carrying out payment transaction registration on the order information.
Specifically, when order payment is performed, receiving order information sent by an application system of a consumer market operator as an order payment request, and performing admission verification on a transaction main merchant, for example, if the merchant is a registered merchant, indicating that verification is successful, performing payment transaction registration on the order information, and starting a process of performing account separation on an order with successful transaction after the successful transaction payment of the order information.
In a preferred embodiment, the determining, in S300, a corresponding account distribution mode according to merchant information corresponding to the order information, and determining account distribution information of a settlement account according to the account distribution mode may specifically include:
S310: and forming an asynchronous process, and determining a corresponding account dividing mode according to merchant information corresponding to the order information and account dividing information of a settlement account according to the account dividing mode while transferring funds, which are the same as the order amount, of the payment account to a supervision account according to the order amount in the order information and the account information of the payment account so as to complete the transaction.
Among other things, it is appreciated that consumer market operators provide an intermediary platform for consumer market operator application systems and facilitate transactions in which return benefits are desired to be drawn. Merchants provide commodity services, hope that funds can be directly paid out, and avoid the risk of funds being stolen by market parties. In order to guarantee the benefits of the account-dividing participants, a dual mechanism of transaction admission control and funds settlement control is established, and funds compliance and safety are guaranteed. However, the existing account separation technology has high coupling between order payment and merchant clearing logic, and flexible account separation cannot be realized. The invention receives the order information of the application system of the consumer market operator to pay deduction based on the amount of the order, and responds the order payment result to the application system of the consumer market operator. The whole real-time transaction process does not involve ledger clearing. In an asynchronous manner, the accounting is performed according to the order information after the transaction is successful or while the transaction is being performed. Therefore, the invention monitors funds through the supervision account on one hand, and decouples order payment from merchant clearing and account separating through forming an asynchronous process on the other hand, so that the efficiency of payment transaction and account separating can be improved while flexible account separating is realized.
In a preferred embodiment, the ledger schema includes an instruction ledger schema, a payment ledger schema, and a parameter ledger schema.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, when the ledger pattern is an instruction ledger pattern, determining ledger information of a settlement account according to the ledger pattern specifically includes:
s311: and receiving actual transaction information sent by the consumer market operator application system, wherein the actual transaction information comprises actual transaction amount, transaction order information and a billing instruction.
S312: and determining corresponding order information according to the transaction order information.
S313: and determining account dividing information of a settlement account according to the order information and the transaction order information.
Wherein the order information may be historical order information related to the actual transaction information. In other words, under the situation that the payee is not fixed or the fund settlement amount is not fixed, deduction based on the order information can be firstly carried out in the historical order information, namely, the order amount of the historical order information is firstly transferred to the supervision account. After the actual transaction information is formed by online transaction, the transaction order information in the actual transaction information is correlated with the historical order information, and funds in the supervision account are separated. If the actual transaction amount in the actual transaction information is the same as the funds in the supervision account, executing the account dividing and clearing according to the account dividing instruction; if the actual transaction amount in the actual transaction information is smaller than the funds in the supervision account, the redundant funds are required to be separated (multi-back) to the settlement account of the merchant; if the actual transaction amount in the actual transaction information is smaller than the funds in the supervision account, the redundant funds are required to be separated (multi-back) to the settlement account of the merchant; if the actual transaction amount in the actual transaction information is larger than the funds in the supervision account, the funds corresponding to the difference between the actual transaction amount and the historical order amount are transferred from the payment account to the supervision account (less compensation), and then the account separation is executed according to the account separation instruction.
It will be appreciated that the instruction ledger model is applicable to the need for complex multi-variant ledgers that are subject to market customer factors, while consumer market operators self-built application systems have the ability to initiate and process transactions. For consumer market operators that meet this scenario, their billing mode may be set to "order billing mode" when merchant contract information is entered. And the consumer market operator application system is responsible for generating and sending a billing instruction, and the billing system performs billing based on the billing instruction and pushes a billing result.
The consumer market operator application system splits the order flow which is successfully paid by the consumer according to the real delivery condition of the commodity under line, searches the corresponding historical order information, associates the historical order information to form transaction order information, and generates a billing instruction. The ledger instructions should include, but are not limited to, these ledger data: the method comprises the steps of original payment order transaction date, original payment order serial number, merchant number participating in account separation, account separation amount and account separation settlement date. The number of the billing participants is consistent with the billing merchant number, and different billing settlement dates can be designated according to different billing participants. And the consumer market operator application system sends the account separating instruction to an account separating system for account separating processing. The billing system receives actual transaction information for the consumer market operator application system. And analyzing the account dividing instruction in the actual transaction information to obtain the order information of the original payment, and matching and checking the order information with the order information locally recorded by the account dividing system. Matching and checking: the payment order number of the order information and the actual transaction information are required to be consistent, and the payment order amount is consistent. Checking: and carrying out validity check on the account dividing merchant numbers in the account dividing instructions. The number of the participating billing merchant in one instruction of the verification rule must be the number of the billing merchant for which the system is registered to be effective. All account-dividing funds in the two instructions of the check rule should be accumulated to be equal to the administrative account. And for the verified instruction, performing account dividing and settlement according to the settlement time required by the instruction, and transferring funds of the contract account to be cleared of the order receiving service to the settlement account of the account dividing merchant.
For example, in one specific example, the floral market provides on-line sales, off-line weighing packaging, and logistics integration services to flower farmers. Relates to a plurality of participants of consumers, flower farmers, flower market companies and logistics companies. Consumers pay for orders on a platform provided in the floral market, for example, 100 yuan. The flower farmer acts as one party of the accounting and agrees with the accounting rules of the flower market, for example, 80% of each order is given to the flower farmer. Factors that vary from market to market: the cost and logistics cost of each fresh flower order after weighing and packaging are different and are variable. Therefore, according to the actual situation of packing and distribution of the fresh flowers off line, the packing cost and logistics cost are submitted and fed back to the background server of the flower market through the flower market app by the sponsor. And the background server finds out a corresponding order according to the received actual condition and divides and splits the order. For example, the original order income is 100 yuan, the order income is distributed to flower farmers 80 yuan, the packaging cost is 10 yuan, the logistics cost is 8 yuan, and the rest 2 yuan are distributed to flower market companies as profits.
In conclusion, the order management platform built by the flower market company accepts the order of the consumer, submits the payment order to the bank, completes the payment flow, and records the order number. The off-line sponsor receives the order and starts to arrange package and logistics, the corresponding cost is fed back to an order management platform (consumer market operator application system) of the flower market, the order management platform generates a billing instruction after feedback, the billing instruction is sent to a bank order-receiving billing system, the bank order-receiving billing system performs billing according to the billing instruction, and the billing funds are settled for each billing party of the order.
In a preferred embodiment, when the ledger pattern is a payment ledger pattern, determining ledger information of a settlement account according to the ledger pattern specifically includes:
s320: and determining account separating information reserved by the consumer market operator application system according to the order information.
In particular, it can be appreciated that the payment ledger model is applicable to simple ledger scenarios that are not affected by market objective factors, while consumer market operators' self-built application systems have the ability to initiate and process transactions. For consumer market operators that meet this scenario, their ledger pattern may be set to "payment ledger pattern" when merchant contract information is entered. The process flow of the account separating system of the payment account separating mode comprises account separating registering, order payment, account separating clearing and fund settlement.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, when the ledger pattern is a parameter ledger pattern, determining ledger information of a settlement account according to the ledger pattern specifically includes:
s331: and determining preset account separating parameters according to the order information.
S332: and determining the account dividing information of the settlement account according to the account dividing parameters and the order information.
Specifically, it can be understood that the parameter billing mode is suitable for billing scenes that are not affected by objective factors of the market, but the consumer market operator has no self-built system and application, and needs to rely on a receipt payment tool provided by a bank to initiate a transaction and complete a subsequent fund billing process. For consumer market operators that meet this scenario, their billing mode may be set to "parametric billing mode" when merchant contract information is entered. The account separation parameter maintenance and synchronization is maintained by a bank merchant manager. Multiple ledger participants may be maintained, and ledger parameters that should be entered include: and the merchant numbers, the distribution proportion and other elements participating in the account separation.
In a preferred embodiment, the present invention also provides an intelligent reconciliation function. Specifically, the account separating system also provides related functions such as order detail account separating, account separating detail account separating and receipt separating, and the like, and provides intelligent unified and accurate fund account separating service for the bank account collecting merchant. The consumer market operator is taken as a main merchant and plays roles of order payment transaction initiation and account dividing instruction initiation, so that the consumer market operator needs to pay attention to whether a transaction order is successful or not and whether the account dividing instruction is successful or not. In order to facilitate order reconciliation by consumer market operators, the system provides payment order details reconciliation documents for the subject merchants. The merchant of the merchant order market is taken as a billing participant, and the result of billing is more concerned. Therefore, the system provides a feedback file of the account settlement details processing result and an account settlement merchant statement for facilitating account settlement of the account settlement merchant. And for the account separating instruction sent by the consumer market operator, the account separating system performs a fund settlement service, transfers funds of the contract account to be cleared of the order receiving service to a settlement account of an account separating merchant, and generates account separating and collecting certificates in the dimension of the account separating merchant.
In conclusion, the invention realizes the standardization of the account dividing service through the qualification audit and the transaction admission control of the operation main body of the merchant order-receiving consumer market, and constructs a merchant account dividing fund management platform with safety, high efficiency, standard operation and public supervision. Specifically, the invention is based on a bank order receiving mode, and the whole process realizes transfer in an account settlement system of a bank no matter a consumer pays funds or a merchant pays funds. On one hand, the problem that an operator in the consumer market cannot provide centralized operation management and automatic funds clearing service for numerous scattered merchants due to license plate is effectively solved. On the other hand, the bank directly settles funds to the settlement account of the account dividing merchant according to merchant contracts, so that the problems that a plurality of merchants worry about the use, delinquent and the like of the funds by the consumer market operators are solved.
