It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Claims (10)

1. A method for managing fixed assets, comprising:
determining to initiate a corresponding asset activity based on a first operation of a user;
determining a process state corresponding to the asset activity through a preset asset state control table, and displaying the process state, wherein the process state comprises a state before processing, a state after making a bill, a state after submitting and a state after approval;
determining all specific assets corresponding to the pre-processing state through the asset state control table, and displaying all the specific assets;
based on the second operation of the user, making an order for the specific assets selected by the user, generating a receipt, updating the process state corresponding to the asset activity to the state after making the order, and displaying the process state;
updating the process state corresponding to the asset activity to the post-submission state based on the submission operation of the user, and displaying the process state;
and updating the process state corresponding to the asset activity to the approved state based on the received approval passing result, and displaying the process state.
2. The method for managing fixed assets according to claim 1, wherein based on the second operation of the user, the specific assets selected by the user are ordered, the process status corresponding to the asset activity is updated to the ordered status, and after the process status is displayed, the method further comprises:
and returning the process state corresponding to the asset activity to the pre-processing state based on the third operation of the user, and ending the asset activity initiated by the user.
3. The method for managing fixed assets according to claim 1, wherein based on a submission operation of a user, a process state corresponding to the asset activity is updated to the post-submission state, and after the process state is displayed, the method further comprises:
and returning the process state corresponding to the asset activity to the post-order-making state based on the operation of canceling submission by the user, so as to make an order for the selected specific asset again and display the process state.
4. A method of fixed asset management according to claim 1, wherein said method further comprises:
and returning the process state corresponding to the asset activity to the post-order-making state based on the received approval failure result, so as to make an order for the selected specific asset again and display the process state.
5. The method for managing fixed assets according to any one of the claims 1 to 4, wherein the displaying the flow state comprises:
displaying the process state through an asset card, wherein the displayed content of the asset card comprises at least one of the following: a basic information module corresponding to the selected specific asset and a display module of the process state;
the basic information module is used for displaying basic information of the selected specific assets, and the basic information comprises at least one of the following: the method comprises the steps of acquiring an asset name and an asset number, wherein the asset name and the asset number are acquired through an asset state control table;
the basic information module is also used for displaying the information corresponding to the bill when the flow state is the after-approval state;
and the process state display module is used for displaying the process state corresponding to the asset activity.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the structure of the asset state control table comprises at least one of: alias, column name, data type, comment;
wherein the alias comprises at least one of: a state control ID, an asset activity ID, a pre-processing state ID, a post-order state ID, a post-submission state ID, and a post-audit state ID.
7. A method of fixed asset management according to claim 1, wherein said asset activities comprise at least one of: the method comprises the following steps of asset receiving application, asset receiving return, asset purchasing application and asset transferring application.
8. The method for managing fixed assets according to claim 1, wherein the information corresponding to the document comprises at least one of the following: processing department, processing person, processing time and remarks.
9. A management apparatus for a fixed asset, comprising:
at least one processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the method of any one of claims 1-8.
10. A non-transitory computer storage medium for fixed asset management, storing computer-executable instructions configured to: the method of any one of claims 1-8.
