Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In order to prevent the designated graphic position from being changed at will and improve user experience, embodiments of the present invention provide a method and an apparatus for protecting a graphic position in a document, an electronic device, and a storage medium.
The method for protecting the graphic position in the document provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to any electronic equipment needing to protect the graphic position in the document, such as: a computer or a mobile terminal, etc., which are not limited herein. For convenience of description, the electronic device is hereinafter referred to simply as an electronic device.
As shown in fig. 1, a specific processing flow of the method for protecting a graphic position in a document according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
step S101, after receiving a selected instruction aiming at the current graph, reading the protection position attribute information of the current graph.
In an implementation manner, after receiving the selected instruction for the current graph, the electronic device reads the protection position attribute information of the current graph.
Step S102, judging whether the attribute value of the protection position attribute of the graph is valid or invalid; the attribute value of the protection position attribute is preset by a user.
It is practicable that the attribute value of the protection position attribute can be preset by adopting the following steps:
after receiving a selected instruction aiming at the current graph, judging whether a graph position protection state change instruction is received or not; if a graphic position protection state change instruction is received, reading the protection position attribute information of the current graphic; judging whether the attribute value of the protection position attribute of the current graph is valid or invalid; if the attribute value of the protection position attribute of the current graph is invalid, modifying the attribute value of the protection position attribute of the current graph into valid; and if the attribute value of the protection position attribute of the current graph is valid, modifying the attribute value of the protection position attribute of the current graph to be invalid.
If the judgment result is valid, executing step S103; if the result of the judgment is invalid, step S104 is executed.
And step S103, prohibiting the position editing operation of the current graph.
It may be implemented that the graphic position editing operation of the current graphic may be disabled. In a specific embodiment, if valid, the change graphic position operation button on the document editing interface may be displayed as invalid, unresponsive to mouse drag operation of the current graphic, or as a position shift key or shortcut key on the keyboard. It is practicable to mask the operation related to the position editing when the format menu is called out when the ctrl +1 shortcut key is detected to be pressed. The manner of prohibiting the position editing operation of the current graphic is not particularly limited.
And step S104, responding to the position editing operation of the current graph.
It may be implemented that the position editing operation of the current graphic may be responded to if it is not valid.
Therefore, by applying the embodiment of the invention, if the attribute value of the protection position attribute of a certain selected current graph is valid, the position editing operation of the current graph can be prohibited, so that the position of the specified graph cannot be changed randomly, and the user experience is improved.
Another flowchart of a method for protecting a graphic position in a document according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, includes:
in step S201, a selected instruction for the current graphic is received.
It is practicable that the user can click the left mouse button on any position of the current graph to select the current graph. The electronic device may receive a selected instruction for a current graphic.
Step S202, judging whether receiving the graphics position protection state change instruction.
In practice, the electronic device may determine whether a graphics location protection state change instruction is received. In a specific implementation manner, whether a graphic position protection state change button preset in a document display interface is clicked or not can be judged; or judging whether a graphic position protection state change button in a right mouse button menu is clicked.
If the result of the judgment is yes, namely the graphics position protection state change instruction is received, executing step S203; if the result of the determination is no, that is, if the graphics position protection state change instruction is not received, step S213 is executed.
Step S203, reading the protection position attribute information of the current graph.
And reading the protection position attribute information of the current graph selected by the user.
Step S204, judging whether the attribute value of the protection position attribute of the current graph is valid or invalid.
If the judgment result is invalid, executing step S205; if the result of the judgment is valid, step S208 is executed.
In step S205, a password setting dialog is displayed.
It may be implemented to display a password setting dialog box to allow the user to set the password.
Step S206, saving the password set by the user, and modifying the attribute value of the protection position attribute of the current graph to be valid.
In practice, if the user sets the password, the electronic device can encrypt the password set by the user and store the encrypted password in the password storage position in order to prevent the directly stored number from being easily stolen by others. And the attribute value of the protection position of the current graph can be modified to be valid.
When the user modifies the attribute value of the protection position of the current graph into valid, the password is set, and if other people do not know the password, the editing operation on the graph position cannot be carried out. For example: after the user A edits the document, the other users may wish to modify the text content, but the other users may not wish to modify the graphics position. By the method, other people can be prohibited to edit the graph position, editing of other contents in the document is not influenced, and user experience is improved.
Through the above steps S205 and S206, the protection position attribute information of the current graphic is modified from invalid to valid, that is, the protection state of the graphic position is changed from the unprotected state to the protected state.
Step S207, prohibiting the graphic position editing operation. The flow ends.
Step S207 may be the same as step S103, and is not described herein.
In step S208, a password input dialog is displayed.
It may be implemented that, when the determination result that the attribute value of the protection position attribute of the current graphic is valid or invalid is valid in step S204, a password input dialog box is displayed to allow the user to input a password.
In step S209, it is determined whether the input password is a password set in advance by the user.
It is practicable to judge whether the input password is a password set in advance by the user. Specifically, it may be determined whether the password input this time is the same as the password set when the attribute value of the protected location attribute of the current graphic is modified from invalid to valid.
If the result of the judgment is no, that is, the input password is not the password set by the user in advance, step S210 is executed; if the result of the judgment is yes, the input password is a password set by the user in advance, and step S211 is performed.
And step S210, forbidding the editing operation of the current graphic position. The flow ends.
And step S211, modifying the attribute value of the protection position attribute of the current graph into invalid.
It is practicable that if the input password is a password set by the user in advance, the protection position attribute value of the current graphic may be modified to be invalid.
In the above steps S209 and S211, the protection position attribute information of the current graphic is changed from valid to invalid, that is, the protection state of the graphic position is changed from the protected state to the unprotected state.
In this embodiment, in order to further protect the graphic position from being modified at will, in the process of changing the protected-position attribute from invalid to valid, a protection password may be set so that a user without a password cannot change the protected-position attribute from valid to invalid.
And step S212, responding to the position editing operation of the current graph. The flow ends.
Step S213, reading the protection position attribute information of the current graph.
In step S202, in the step of determining whether the graphics position protection state change instruction is received, if the determination result is negative, the step is executed to read the protection position attribute information of the current graphics.
Step S214, determining whether the attribute value of the protection position attribute of the current graph is valid or invalid.
If the result of the judgment is invalid, step S215 is executed. If the result of the judgment is valid, step S216 is executed.
Step S215, responding to the position editing operation of the current graph. The flow ends.
In step S216, a password input dialog is displayed.
In step S217, it is determined whether the input password is a password set in advance by the user.
It is practicable to judge whether the input password is a password set in advance by the user.
If the result of the judgment is no, that is, the input password is not the password set by the user in advance, step S218 is performed; if the result of the judgment is yes, the input password is a password set by the user in advance, and step S219 is performed.
And step S218, prohibiting the position editing operation of the current graph. The flow ends.
Step S219, modifying the attribute value of the protection position attribute of the current graph to be invalid. Step S215 is performed.
By applying the embodiment, when a user selects a graph and edits the position of the graph, a password input dialog box can be displayed, whether the current user has the editing authority of the graph position is judged by judging whether the input password is the password preset by the user, and if the password is correct, the attribute value of the protection position of the current graph is modified to be invalid; and if the password is incorrect, prohibiting the position editing operation of the current graph. By the method, users without permission can be prevented from editing the graph position, and user experience is improved.
