When the pitch angle of the antenna main body 7 needs to be regulated down, the screw rod 27 is correspondingly rotated, so that the screw rod 27 pushes the sliding block 25 and the sliding rod 26 to be close to the outer hinging seat 22, the inclination angle of the connecting rod 28 is reduced, and the position of the outer hinging seat 22 away from the inner hinging seat 21 is lowered, so that the pitch angle of the antenna main body 7 is regulated down; when the pitch angle of the antenna main body 7 needs to be adjusted to be high, the screw rod 27 is correspondingly rotated, so that the screw rod 27 pushes the sliding block 25 and the sliding rod 26 to be far away from the outer hinging seat 22, the inclination angle of the connecting rod 28 is improved, and the position of the outer hinging seat 22 far away from the inner hinging seat 21 is lifted, so that the pitch angle of the antenna main body 7 is adjusted to be high; in addition, the length direction of the link 28 is always perpendicular to the length direction of the hinge lever 23 while the link 28 moves.
A stabilizing component is arranged between the lifting seat 5 and the outer hinge seat 22 and comprises an inner hinge strip 29 and an outer hinge strip 30, the inner hinge strip 29 is hinged at a position, close to the inner hinge seat 21, of the lifting seat 5, the length direction of a hinge shaft of the inner hinge strip 29 is parallel to the length direction of the hinge rod 23, the outer hinge strip 30 is hinged at the top position of the outer hinge seat 22, the length direction of a hinge shaft of the outer hinge strip 30 is parallel to the length direction of the hinge rod 23, and the hinge position of the outer hinge strip 30 and the outer hinge seat 22 is positioned above the hinge rod 23; the side surface of the inner hinging bar 29 is horizontally provided with an inner bar-shaped hole 31, the inner bar-shaped hole 31 penetrates through two opposite sides of the inner hinging bar 29, the length direction of the inner bar-shaped hole 31 is parallel to the length direction of the inner hinging bar 29, the side surface of the outer hinging bar 30 is provided with an outer bar-shaped hole 32 corresponding to the inner bar-shaped hole 31, the outer bar-shaped hole 32 penetrates through two opposite sides of the outer hinging bar 30, and the length direction of the outer bar-shaped hole 32 is parallel to the length direction of the outer hinging bar 30; the stabilizing assembly further comprises an adjusting bolt 33 and an adjusting nut 34, wherein the adjusting bolt 33 is arranged in the outer strip-shaped hole 32 and the inner strip-shaped hole 31 in a sliding mode, and the adjusting nut 34 is connected to the outer side of the adjusting bolt 33 in a threaded mode.
When the angle between the outer hinge seat 22 and the inner hinge seat 21 is adjusted, the corresponding angle between the inner hinge strip 29 and the outer hinge strip 30 is changed, so that the adjusting bolt 33 can slide to different positions of the outer strip-shaped hole 32 and the inner strip-shaped hole 31, after the outer hinge seat 22 is adjusted, the adjusting nut 34 is screwed, the adjusting nut 34 and the adjusting bolt 33 clamp the outer hinge strip 30 and the inner hinge strip 29, and accordingly the inner hinge strip 29 and the outer hinge strip 30 are fixed, and the connection stability of the outer hinge seat 22 is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, the connection rod 6 includes an inner connection frame 35 and an outer connection frame 36, the inner connection frame 35 is fixed at a position where the outer hinge seat 22 is far away from the inner hinge seat 21, the inner connection frame 35 is a hollow elongated frame body, a vertical section of the inner connection frame 35 is square, an end of the inner connection frame 35 far away from the outer hinge seat 22 is provided with an opening, the outer connection frame 36 is slidably inserted into the inner connection frame 35, an outer side of the outer connection frame 36 is attached to an inner side of the inner connection frame 35, an end of the outer connection frame 36 far away from the inner connection frame 35 extends out of the inner connection frame 35, and the antenna main body 7 is fixed at an end of the outer connection frame 36 far away from the inner connection frame 35; a connecting member is provided between the inner connecting frame 35 and the outer connecting frame 36, and the connecting member can fix the inner connecting frame 35 and the outer connecting frame 36. The top surface of the inner connecting frame 35 is vertically provided with a positioning hole 37, the positioning hole 37 is communicated with the inside of the inner connecting frame 35, the top surface of the outer connecting frame 36 is vertically provided with a plurality of through holes 38, the plurality of through holes 38 are linearly arranged in the length direction of the outer connecting frame 36, and the length direction of the positioning hole 37 and the length direction of all the through holes 38 are in the same straight line; in this embodiment, the connecting piece is a plug rod 39, and the plug rod 39 is inserted into the positioning hole 37 and any through hole 38.
The outer connecting frame 36 is pushed to enable the outer connecting frame 36 to slide in the inner connecting frame 35, and then the outer connecting frame 36 is fixed through the inserting rod 39, so that the horizontal distance between the antenna main body 7 and a product to be detected can be adjusted, the detection range of the antenna main body 7 is improved, and the practicability of the antenna main body is further improved.
In order to improve the connection strength between the upright rod 4 and the base 3, a reinforcing seat 40 is fixed at the bottom of the outer side of the connecting seat 8, the reinforcing seat 40 is located right below the inner hinging seat 21, and the bottom of the reinforcing seat 40 is fixed with the top of the base 3.
The implementation principle of the electromagnetic compatibility testing system of the product provided by the embodiment of the application is as follows: placing a product to be tested on the test bench 2, detecting radiation emitted by the product to be tested by the antenna main body 7, transmitting a radiation signal to a receiver, and collecting and analyzing the received radiation signal by the receiver; when a product with higher height needs to be detected, the servo motor 9 is started, the output end of the servo motor 9 drives the driving gear 10 to rotate, so that the driving gear 10 drives the internal tooth belt 12 to move to drive the fixed seat 13 to move, the lifting seat 5 can move up and down along with the movement of the fixed seat 13, and the height of the lifting seat 5 is correspondingly adjusted, so that the antenna main body 7 can detect products with different heights; when the product is required to be detected at a lower pitch angle, the screw rod 27 is correspondingly rotated, so that the screw rod 27 pushes the sliding block 25 and the sliding rod 26 to be close to the outer hinge seat 22, the inclination angle of the connecting rod 28 is reduced, and the position of the outer hinge seat 22 away from the inner hinge seat 21 is lowered, so that the pitch angle of the antenna main body 7 is reduced; when the product is required to be detected at a higher pitch angle, the screw rod 27 is correspondingly rotated, so that the screw rod 27 pushes the sliding block 25 and the sliding rod 26 to be far away from the outer hinging seat 22, the inclination angle of the connecting rod 28 is improved, and the position of the outer hinging seat 22 far away from the inner hinging seat 21 is lifted, so that the pitch angle of the antenna main body 7 is increased; when it is necessary to horizontally adjust the distance between the antenna main body 7 and the product to be measured, the outer connection frame 36 is pushed to slide the outer connection frame 36 in the inner connection frame 35, and then the outer connection frame 36 is fixed by the insertion rod 39 to adjust the horizontal distance between the antenna main body 7 and the product to be measured.
