When the portable bath assisting equipment disclosed by the invention is used, the counterweight metal pipe head 19 and the handheld nozzle are immersed in water, the starting button is pressed, the controller drives the water pump 24 to work for a period of time through the water pump driving circuit, so that the atomizing nozzle 8 discharges water, then the driving of the water pump 24 is stopped, the water temperature in the inner waterproof shell 40 at the water outlet side is set manually, the controller controls the two U-shaped heating pipes 31 to work through the first electric control switch and the second electric control switch, and the preheating at the water inlet side and the stable heating at the water outlet side are realized; when in bath, the hand-held spray nozzle is taken down, and the switch pressing block 10 is pressed down and locked, so that atomized water of the atomizing spray nozzle 8 is discharged, and the requirement of local bath is met; after bathing is completed, the shutdown button is pressed, and the nozzle cap 33 is removed to drain the remaining water.
