The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, the meaning of a plurality of means is one or more, the meaning of a plurality of means is two or more, and larger, smaller, larger, etc. are understood as excluding the number, and larger, smaller, inner, etc. are understood as including the number.
In the description of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly limited, terms such as arrangement, installation, connection and the like should be understood in a broad sense, and those skilled in the art can reasonably determine the specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention in combination with the specific contents of the technical solutions.
Referring to fig. 1, an air conditioner 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an air outlet frame 120, a base 130, and an air guide strip 140, wherein the base 130 is detachably connected to the air outlet frame 120, and the air guide strip 140 is rotatably mounted on the base 130.
The air conditioner 100 includes a panel 110, the panel 110 is provided with an air outlet 111, cold air or hot air processed in the air conditioner 100 is blown out from the air outlet 111, and an air outlet frame 120 is installed at the air outlet 111.
When air-out frame 120, base 130 and wind-guiding strip 140 need wash, demolish base 130 from air-out frame 120, specifically speaking, separate base 130 and wind-guiding strip 140 and air-out frame 120 installed on base 130, make wind-guiding strip 140 and base 130 break away from air-out frame 120, wash wind-guiding strip 140 alone again, after the washing, install base 130 and wind-guiding strip 140 again on air-out frame 120 and accomplish the equipment, convenient cleanness.
It can be understood that, referring to fig. 2 and 6, the structure between the wind-guiding strips 140 and the base 130 is an integral structure, the integral structure formed by the above two components and the air-out frame 120 are separable, and the detachable design enables the worker to detach the plurality of wind-guiding strips 140 from the air-out frame 120 before cleaning, thereby greatly improving the efficiency of detachment and installation. In the embodiment of the present invention, it can be understood that, after the air-out frame 120 is installed at the air outlet 111 of the whole air conditioner 100, it is difficult to completely disassemble, therefore, the base 130 in the embodiment of the present invention integrates the plurality of air guide strips 140, so that all the air guide strips 140 can be removed from the air-out frame 120 at the same time during the disassembling process, and the air-out frame 120 is kept fixed at the air outlet 111, which greatly improves the disassembling and installing efficiency and also reduces the disassembling difficulty.
It can be understood by combining the drawings that the base 130 and the air-out frame 120 are installed and matched as follows, the base 130 is detachably connected to the air-out frame 120, the middle part of the air guide strip 140 is in running fit with the base 130 through the rotating shaft 141, the upper end and the lower end of the air guide strip 140 are both provided with rotating pieces, the rotating pieces are inserted into the air-out frame 120, the air guide strip 140 rotates by taking the central axes of the rotating pieces and the rotating shaft 141 as the rotating axis in the rotating process, and therefore the central axes of the rotating pieces and the rotating shaft 141 should coincide. When the air guide strip 140 is disassembled, the air guide strip 140 is slightly bent and the rotating piece is pulled out of the air outlet frame 120, and the air guide strip 140 cannot be damaged due to slight deformation of the air guide strip 140.
It is understood that the air guide strip 140 and the base 130 may be detachable or non-detachable. In some embodiments, in the non-detachable structure between the wind guide strip 140 and the base 130, the base 130 is provided with a mounting member 131, a rotating shaft 141 of the wind guide strip 140 is inserted into the mounting member 131, and the rotating shaft 141 can rotate in the mounting member 131. In other embodiments, referring to fig. 4 and 8, it can be understood that, in the structure in which the air guide strips 140 and the base 130 are detachable, the base 130 has the mounting member 131 with the notch 1311, the mounting member 131 is in an arc-shaped ring of more than 180 °, the rotating shaft 141 of the air guide strips 140 is snapped into the mounting member 131 from the notch 1311 and can rotate in the mounting member 131, and in this structure, when cleaning is performed, after the air guide strips 140 and the base 130 are synchronously detached from the air-out frame 120, the air guide strips 140 are detached from the base 130 respectively for individual cleaning, which is more convenient for cleaning. Specifically, the width of the notch 1311 should be smaller than the diameter of the rotating shaft 141, so as to ensure that the wind guide strip 140 does not fall off the mounting member 131, and in the process of mounting and dismounting, the width of the notch 1311 is changed through elastic deformation of the mounting member 131 itself, so that the wind guide strip 140 can be clamped into the mounting member 131 and separated from the mounting member 131.
Specifically, the mounting member 131 may be a ring-shaped member, and the rotating shaft 141 may rotate in the groove position by the engagement of the groove in the ring-shaped member and the rotating shaft 141. In addition, the mounting member 131 may be a structure that is injection molded on the base 130 and made of a self-lubricating material, so that the fitting between the mounting member 131 and the rotation shaft 141 is smoother.
With reference to the drawings, it can be understood that the wind guide strips 140 are driven to rotate by the motors 143, wherein, referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, each wind guide strip 140 is connected with one motor 143, and a single motor 143 drives a single wind guide strip 140 to rotate; in other embodiments, referring to fig. 6 and 10, a linkage mechanism 142 is disposed between the plurality of wind guide strips 140, the linkage mechanism 142 and the wind guide strips 140 are in rotational fit, only one wind guide strip 140 is connected to a motor 143 for driving, the motor 143 drives one of the wind guide strips 140 to rotate, specifically, the linkage mechanism 142 includes a straight bar and a rotating portion disposed on the straight bar, the straight bar can move in the wind outlet frame 120, the wind guide strips 140 and the rotating portion are in rotational fit, and when the motor 143 drives the wind guide strips 140 to rotate, the straight bar slides in the wind outlet frame 120 and drives the other wind guide strips 140 to swing in the same direction.
